Older hotel but in a good location if you need to be close to the hospital. Friendly staff and it was clean.

The first day there I found dirty underwear on the floor, turned the sheets down and found body hair and particles on the sheets. Second night noisy guests yelling screaming fighting most of the night after 3 am. Banging on walls. Had to call the local police because clerk didnt handle situation.

Adequate for what we needed, very good location, nice breakfast, good mattress, walls a little thin, but it was pretty quiet overall. We would book it again. Front desk staff very nice, at both check in and check out.

The room was very clean. Nice fluffly towels. Full size bars of soap for bathing and for sink use. The 12:00 checkout time is very convenient. Restaurants, Dairy Queen, Bar and Grill in walking distance and very close. Very friendly and helpful people working the front desk. The breakfast was great and also the happy hour in the late afternoon.

This hotel is very nice and there are some good restaurants in the neighborhood. However, the person on duty when we checked in was having a 'bad day'. She went through the motions but seemed entirely uninterested in welcoming us, nor did she take time to explain locations and ammenities in the hotel. She explained them, but so fast only someone who […] had been there before would have an idea what she was talking about. Not great. Supposed to be smoke free but I could easily smell smoke. Tv continuously stopped working. Felt dirty.

In order of experience: the parking to room ratio is less than 1:1 so prepare to walk a ways to get to your room. Once inside you'll find it's dated but reasonably clean. Throughout the night you'll be awoken by what appears to be some type of church bell/railroad crossing chime. It's loud and annoying. My son says be heard people fighting and puking […] all night. We didn't but I have no reason not to believe him. Once other guests wake up you'll hear every move they make and conversation they have as they depart. And if you're lucky enough to have a room next to who we dubbed "Emphysema Man" you'll be serenaded with a barrage of hacking, coughing, choking, and spitting. The walls are quite possibly made of paper mâché. As I lay here in bed typing this my wife just informed me "we will stink today" as there is no hot water. This is a $50 a night place, tops. I was given a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely Lots of room, very nice furniture, big flat screen and full kitchen...very comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, I fell asleep and awoke without pain!! Only could stay one night but would go back to this hotel someday.

This is one of my favorite plane to stay when ever we go to Tucson. It is in a quiet out of the place, yet 5-10 minutes from where ever we need to go.

We stayed at this establishment the night before my wife's surgery at St. Joseph hospital. It was a very affordable and pleasant surprise. Breakfast and Happy Hour were nice touches. Neat little English style pub next door with great ambiance and food. The grounds are nicely kept, and the rooms, although a bit dated were clean and comfortable. The only […] negatives were that the AC/heat pump was noisy and the mattresses were soft and needed replacing. (When you sell sleep, firm mattresses are most important). We did not plan in advance and there was little choice in our price range... so this was the only place available. My wife was not impressed with the crumbs in the drawers. I think the carpets needed cleaning as the air was not pleasant with the use of the air conditioning system. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I stayed 3 nights and liked it. I then moved to another hotel closer to downtown Tucson for 2 nights, but I wish I would have stayed in this one instead. Nice touch with the free drink during the social hour every evening. Good breakfast. Clean and fresh pool area. Quiet location. Comfortable bed. Signage from the road is horrible. Front desk manager was wonderful. Very helpful. Breakfast was decent enough. maid service not good. Only made the beds. Left her own dirty Kleenex on our tables. Coffee pot not cleaned. Very poor housekeeping. Would we recommend? No. I am sure there are other hotels at the same rate which are better.

Great stay at Ramada - beautiful layout of the pool and eating area - the hot tub is actually hot and pool water warm. Room is spacious with two tables one for working on computer and the other to eat on. Fridge and microwave in room. Breakfast is expansive - love the waffle machine. I had stayed here before a half marathon and the location was great. Close to some great restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again!

Comfortable hotel - great location especially enjoyed the free drink and snacks vouchers for their social get togethers each evenings for guests and deluxe complimentary breakfast was also very enjoyable. Clean hotel and surroundings with excellent pool facilities. Great value.

I look forward to staying at Ramada Foothills again. Location good if you intend to visit Sabino Canyo, Mr. Lemmon, or air force base (but far from downtown, UA, and airport). everything was great free breakfast was awesome but when trying to rest before checkout and do not disturb sign on door grounds people should respect that and not use gas blowers to clean walkways so early in the morning :( and fridges in room need to be colder

When we first pulled up to the hotel I was a little worried since it looks a little dated and my kids would be sleeping in the room. However, once we got inside it was very clean and the tv's were nicer than some of ours at home. Even the bathrooms were well maintained and up to my germaphobe standards. I really can't complain. We were able to check in early and given the room we requested. Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety; waffles, sausage, biscuits, gravy, yoghurt, fruit, cereal. The coffee was good (they had flavored creamers too) and the juice was not watered down.
