We had a great stay. The Hotel decor was beautiful , the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable (and I have severe back issues), the Staff were so accommodating and friendly, and the location is right in the center of everything! We only had two minor inconveniences: 1) we had ordered Take Out and the place we ordered from forgot plastic ware […] and plates so we called the main desk, asked if they could provide them, they said yes but 11/2 hours later, still no plastic ware, we called again, they then switched us to the in-house restaurant and they refused to bring us plastic ware because we didn't order from them. 2) Our air conditioner was broke but had maintenance come immediately, and temporarily fixed it, so didn't need to tear all apart during our stay. So, all in all, it was a great stay and we will be back next year!!! Skaityti daugiau

We just went for 1 night to visit some friends. The hotel a bit outdated but was very clean and the bed, very comfortable. Was surprised on such a big name hotel to have a gift shop that had almost all bare shelves in it. We were also woken up at 7:30am to evacuate the building by a very loud alarm and announcement, to enter shortly after for a false […] alarm. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They gave us warm cookies at check-in and were very helpful in helping us navigate the hotel. The hotel was comfortable and had very nice decor. I will definitely stay at another DoubleTree in the future.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff, from the front desk to the porters were so welcoming. The room was very nice and quiet. Check in and Check out were so easily done. I would gladly return to this hotel.

Overall we were very please with this hotel. The inside is very neat with the pool and all the greenery. The kids thought is was "awesome". The kids had a great time swimming in the pool while it was snowing outside. The staff was friendly when we arrived. We would stay there again.

Great service. Great for children as the rooms are a good size, and the staff are very accomadating.

It's very clean! The outside look of the hotel doesn't do it any justice as to how it looks in the inside. It's got great design on the inside! Def will stay again! Two thumbs up!

Nice hotel. I had little interaction with hotel staff except to complain about noisy guest in adjacent room at 11 pm they said they would send security to check and noise abated about an hour later 12 pm. It was a Saturday night. Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Internet fee is $10 a day "please".

We had stayed at this hotel once before and absolutely loved it. We then planned consecutive nights with two rooms and brought family to celebrate an event, but then found out there was a hockey tournament the entire time we were there. The drunken chaperones and kids running wild for two days was not the best; we were unable to use the pool, hot tub, […] etc. and kids were bouncing balls off of our sliding glass doors in the corridor, etc. We will know to ask about group conferences the next time! This hotel is an excellent location with many great dining opportunities within walking distance. The staff was quick to serve and answer questions. The overall cleanliness (in public areas and in my room) was exceptionally notable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a business traveler or family.

Everything was good about the hotel. My only complaint is that I specifically asked for a room away from any kind of noise and was put too close to the lobby, on my last night there was a group of people carrying on until 3:30 am at the Atrium bar that was already closed & I didn't get any sleep that night.

We had a first floor room by the pool area. Despite all of the people in the area, we heard no noise from it. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The decor was beautiful in a contemporary way. I would say it's time for them to clean the carpets; they were pretty dirty throughout the room and hallways. One of the outlets in the […] bathroom (right in plain sight by the sink) was old and yellowed, which suggests that some details were forgotten in the remodel. The pool and hot tub were clean and large, but there were no pool towels anywhere. Somebody went and asked for some, and none came. My husband went, and was told there weren't any; however, a manager told them to give my husband some room towels. We received hand towels. The hotel was completely booked, so I would imagine that means they need to invest in more pool towels. Also, they required you to pay for wireless internet and there was no on-demand television, which surprised me since you can get free wi-fi, and get on-demand at hotels of far less quality. Despite their having several weddings going on that weekend, and being booked solid, our check-in and out were smooth, and the hotel was in a decent area for the money. Highly recommend. Pros: Large Room, Very clean, Warm cookies each day, Good pool hours, Business Center, Cons: Mostly Business Clientele, Small pool, Surrounded by major roads across the street from strip mall, no park/land nearby
