The stay was good. It was clean. Shower was pretty decent. The Bed was comfortable (a bit dated), but I slept well.

For what it is its a great place it's not fancy the bed is not most comfy the room is dated but for what you pay for it it's clean and in a good location

We stayed for one night because of the price. the room is a little small and outdated but had everything we needed and the bed was actually comfortable. The staff was friendly and it's close to restaurants in a nice neighborhood. It is fine for the price. The breakfast was good, cereals, waffles and yogurt.

This was my 3rd stay at the Super 8 in Beachwood, and I will likely stay here again. It's a good hotel for the price.

Rate and location next to city and colleges was good. Cleanliness also rated "good." Had scary encounter with male who would not stop looking at me and giving unintelligible mumbling to me at room entrance. Met similar "scary" individual in breakfast area the next morning. I am fit middle aged father with son on college audition trip, like hundreds […] of other parents doing the same thing in this area at this time of year. Please know that I pride myself on being color blind and am not prejudice when I say that I suspect that perhaps near inner city local and combination of lower rate is attracting scary clientele. Breakfast was worst hotel continental breakfast I have had to date. Extremely limited selection. No peanut butter or creme cheese packets, no bananas, no low sugar cereal offered, such as Cheerios. I've stayed here twice now, very nice clean rooms, coffee 24/7, and friendly helpful staff. I would recommend it to anyone. I will stay here again and again!

Old needs work. Not a very good continental breakfast, no fruit or any kind of protein, all carbohydrates.

Quite pleased with my stay. Front desk was friendly & had good directions & suggestions. Only drawback was the door...hard to open and lock and it appeared to have been forced open before with the door showing splintering along lock area. Other than that wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Good breakfast as well.

Our stay was just fine. We were planning on spending all of our time with the family in the area. We just needed a place to crash, and clean-up, and put all of our gear for cheap. An adequate two-star hotel, somewhat in need of an update. The room door handle broke (the setscrew was stripped and fell out). When I went to the front desk the clerk said it would be taken care of, but after waiting 10 minutes outside in the cold I got a pliers out of my car and opened it myself. Everything was as you would expect from a Super 8. The room was cheap but comfortable with all the necessary amenities and nothing fancy. The bed was quite comfortable, and the room contained a mini fridge which is always a welcome addition. My only complaints were that the carpet seemed dirty and the housekeeping was loud in the morning when they were […] cleaning the surrounding rooms. It was convenient for what we needed, and quiet. The price was very good. Was nice it also had breakfast, and the make-you-own waffle machine was fun. The only breakfast drawback, though, was it would have been really nice if it has some basic fresh fruit, like bananas, apples and oranges. Other than that, though, it was just fine.

Hotel room was filthy and not clean. When I showed the person who checked me in how filthy the room was he didn't try to find me another room. told me to complain to the manager in the morning. The hotel room was very quiet and spacious. I spent two nights and they have excellent cleaning people. Hotel front desk at night shift was very professional and friendly. But morning shift was not. Hope the hotel also serves bacon, sausage and egg. I dont mind paying extra $5 to $10 per day for a better breakfast menu.

Very good for prices compared to other places in the area. Bathroom linoleum and wallpaper peeled up on most edges. Easy to find.

The room was ok. I was there on business so it was just there for sleeping. I wouldnt take my family there but if I was looking for a cheep room for myself it was enough to get by. It was a little old and needed some work.

The people working the front desk were very helpful especially the night manager who brought my daughter something to drink because he heard her coughing while we were in the lobby. The room was clean and there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

The room could have been a lot cleaner and the bed was rock hard. This is the second Super 8 I've stayed at, and the first one was much better than this one. But for half the price of my usual hotel in that area, it wasn't a bad deal.

I booked two non-smoking rooms for my family of four for one overnight stay while we were in Cleveland for a wedding. One room smelled like cigarettes and the other had a broken door lock, but we were moved to two different rooms without a hitch. The staff was very pleasant. it was ok, but it smelled bad. must've been the cleaning solution. If they could clean that up, it would've been an acceptable cheap room.

The staff was nice and pleasant, the area was very nice and we felt safe. The bed was hard and like sleeping on a board, and the overall condition of the room was not the greatest considering the cost of the room. I use to work in the Hotel/Motel field and and felt that it was a little over priced for what it is.
