We visred Orlando with children and this hotel was quite conveniently located very close to downtown disney for kids shopping and premium outlets for our shopping. Most importantly, it's convenient to visit the theme parks as well.

"Nice Hotel, access a little tricky"
The hotel was very nice, the only problem is getting into the parking lot. (and out ) The pool was nice, and the room was clean and roomy. Getting into the parking lot we had to go under Interstate 4 and do a U-turn to get in the other lane to turn into the parking lot. .. but overall.. very satified. "poor service"
Service needs improvement. No TV in room last night stay and did not try to resolve my problem. Made several. Calls to front desk did not respond to calls.
"Great staff, but an unheated pool!"
The only reason it's highly unlikely we'll return is because the pool was unheated (I can't imagine we'll be visiting central Florida in the summer). Even with a week of mid-80s weather, the water was frigid (even for us hearty Midwesterners). We did not see this in the description of the hotel at the time of booking, or else we would've gone elsewhere. […] I made this same comment in the Radisson survey, so hopefully they'll rectify it promptly. Otherwise, the hotel was terrific: great staff, good location, etc. If you're a member of the polar bear club, hydrophobic, or planning a visit during the 4th of July weekend, we highly recommend it. Staff was very avalaible, always there to help you. The housekeeper was very nice, we appreciated her help for our room. The restaurant is helpfull when you are back from the park and need to eat

The hotel itself was wonderful! Clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. My ONLY complaint was getting into and out of the parking lot. Traffic is really bad along that road and getting to Downtown Disney was easy, but getting back into the hotel parking lot took an extra 20 minutes because of traffic and there is no turn to get back […] into hotel, you have to go up 2 traffic lights and make a u turn. the rooms are nice but small the bathroom was very some for the price they charge. the rooms could be cleaner for the price. only one laundry room on the second floor and their where eight floors. Clean and freshly decorated. Staff very accommodating. Big rooms with extra amenities. Convenient to Disney but busy highway location. Strangely, the elaborate decor, bedding, etc. was offset with warehouse club toilet paper and rough thin towels ala the lowest budget hotel. Location of the hotel is very convenient and close to both Disney (Parks and Downtown) as well as a variety of shopping and restaurants. "Great for the price"
We stayed at this hotel for a week in late February. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and the staff at the hotel were great, customer service oriented and accommodating. The sleep number beds were outstanding and made for a much more enjoyable vacation to not have to listen to my kids complain that the beds were too hard or too soft!! The […] only issue I had with the hotel was the location. While it was a good location and close to shops and restaurants it was not terribly convenient to get to the Walt Disney World Parks. They do have a shuttle service but it is very limited (only 3 pickups from the hotel going to one of the parks). We ended up racking up quite a bill for taxi service for my family of 5. The hotel is located very close to Disney, Seaworld, etc, and overall very satisfied, however, there is one entrance, and you can only enter from the North bound lane. The traffic around the hotel is unbelievably congested in the late afternoon - evening. You need to plan you driving around time carefully.

The Radisson Orlando Lake Buena Vista has an excellent location for visiting the Disney's parks (6 miles) and is also close to one of the Outlets. Even being close to the road, the windows isolate the outside noise. There was no breakfast included, but there is an option with all-you-can-eat buffet, or menu options. we enjoyed a lot our stay, even […] with some technical problems with the internet that let us 2 days with no access. Nice and friendly staff. Cleanest hotel I've stayed in in this area. Comfortable rooms with adjustable beds and nice sitting area in rooms makes it more roomy. Also love that the hotel has complimentary cookies after 3pm each day. Overall my family and I will stay again.

I was staying here for business and did not wish to be overwhelmed with crowds. It was convenient to where I needed to go, and parking was easy access. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. "Excellent hotel for the cost"
Second best hotel we've stayed in while coming to Orlando for over 20 years. We're not in the room that often but my wife is a nurse and she inspects each room we stay in.
Overall this hotel, rooms & staff were excellent but was disappointed with the restaurant. After our first micro-waved meal we walked to neighboring restaurants for much better food.

I've been to Orlando/Disney at least 25 times in the past 10 years and have stayed at a variety of hotels. This was one of the best stays I've had. Even when the sleep number bed wasn't working right the first night, the staff immediately got me another room. After my arrival, the desk called to make sure everything was satisfactory. Each day the housekeeping […] supervisor came to the room to make sure everything was in order. Now that is great service! All the staff was friendly and courteous. Having a Waffle House across the parking lot was great. The only drawback is trying to get in an out of the parking lot. "Nice Hotel"
Very nice hotel. Staff friendly. The only problem we had was getting in and out of the hotel parking lot. You had to make U turns on a busy street because you couldn't access the lot from the south bound lanes. We were there over Xmas so it was extremely busy.

Rooms were clean and serviced daily . Wifi worked mostly. Plenty of restaurants close by.overall a good hotel. "superb housekeeping staff"
"Superb" house keeping staff, a couple of receptionists were real lazy but a couple were also great. Even though the beds are adjustable, we found them to be uncomfortable gimmicks. Doors are way too thin, can hear everything in the hallways.

The only inconvenience about this hotel is that you cannot turn left into it if you are going south on 535/Apopka Vineland Rd. You must go under I-4 and do a U turn.
