I didn't like this place at all. Was very disappoointed in getting a King suite that was very small and no more space than a normal room, but yet the charge was 50 dollars more. I've stayed in suites many times because of the extra space it provides. extremely disappointed.

I couldn't ask for a better location. The rooms are clean and modern, the view is fantastic. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else, really.

After paying for a room, paying another 20 + dollars to parks a little much,especially when concert park the same night was only 7 dollars in the same structurefor the night .

HVAC in room noisy. Restaurant didn't open until 7am for breakfast. Otherwise pleasant, clean, well situated.

My stay was great, although because of distance I should have booked the Delta Barrington but that was my error. We had a disturbance in the hallway in the middle of the night with profanity. This can certainly happen at any hotel, hotel gave us card for discount for our next Delta visit.

We found the hotel well kept, and very central with a pedway that connected to many stores, mall food court and attractions, which comes in handy in case of inclement weather. The hotel was very noisy. There was a hockey game in the Metro center so the hotel parking was full with cars of the people who were attending the game. It was difficult to find a parking spot in the parkade. Don't book this hotel if the Mooseheads are playing in town unless you are attending the game.

Great staff.Friendly and helpful.Loved the pedway access to the mall.Hard to get an elevator at checkout.We had to use stairwell .My hotel of choice in the futur without a doubt.

I would be embarrassed to charge that rate for that room and to have to pay for parking is unreasonable on top of that inflated price. We found it hard to get around from parking into hotel then find our room with all the twists and turns. It was just disappointing to have a room in the bowels of the hotel.

Unfortunately we were staying at the hotel when it was host various Christmas party so we did conplain about the noise. I found the noise echoed in the room very badly. Pillows were great, but I found the bed could be a little more comfortable for the price we paid for the room. I was hoping for the hotel to be a little fancier. I didnt really look […] exactly like the picture (I dont think they even do). The connection from the Delta to the Mall was nice because we didnt have to walk out in the cold for long. The annoying part of the hotel location was that it was located on a one way street, and we did not know the area well so it was a challenge to get back to the hotel. Other than that the service was very great, very friendly. We had forgot our tooth brushes and they had brought then up to us. That saved us a trip down stairs. The staff was also very helpful with giving directions, and if they did not have it, they would google it and print it off for us. It was a good stay overall. Skaityti daugiau

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was somewhat dated, especially the bathroom. The bathroom door certainly needed some cleaning and the taps and towel bars should be replaced. I liked the fact that the restaurants and shopping was so close by. In all, not a bad place to stay for one evening. We didn't spend anytime in the room except […] to sleep and shower. The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful...the parking cost an extra $20 bucks and the front arrival area is SMALL and very congested...I was blocked in several times. The room was clean and comfortable but the access to the underground parking was confusing. Access to the pedway was very easy and provided protection from the elements. Over all […] a positive stay. Overall little pricey when you add in parking pass for parking garage and other extras. Well equipped gym ,nice pool and convenient location was worth it.

The staff in this Delta are so friendly - from the reception to the restaurant. Very accomodating to all requests. The staff at the Delta Halifax actually made me change my mind about Delta Hotels - that's how great the visit was and how helpful all the staff were here. Hotel was conveniently located near Neptune Theatre and eating establishments. It is well located for the Casino and is a pleasant place to stay. Personnel were friendly and helpful.

Great location for exploring downtown on foot. easy walk to bar/rest. areas and to casino. wish they still had a few smoking rooms though, smokers travel and spend money too!

Close proximity to Historic properties, music venues, shops, restaurants, waterfront. Hotel is clean and appealing. Love when we get a harbourview room ( not this visit). Valet parking service prompt. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Great restaurant in hotel.

Location is good, if you get a view of the bay. Bistro is mediocre with less than stimulating food served by a very slow, disinterested staff. Hotel seemed to be strenuously trying to project a business-center, conference-type image at the expense of serving the people who were registered.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the need of repair our room was in.. I thought for what we were paying it would have been in better condition.. The view was fantastic and the service good.. The lady cleaning our room was great... I don't know if I would stay there again....

You need better signage in the parking garage to help people checking in find the garage location nearest the elevators to the hotel. Only two elevators running meant long waits -- run all three please.

The location is excellent downtown. A short walk to the Waterfront, handy for the #1 bus to the Halifax Shopping Centre and only a few minutes from the bars of Argyll Street. The pool is good and the bar service very good. Reception staff very friendy, helpful and efficient.

Lovely hotel, great rooms. The price was outlandish for Halifax though, and it was difficult to get around the hotel because of its layout. A lot of walking required. Parking is difficult. The staff was excellent.

Overall the room was great - it appears to have been renovated. The only thing that was not renovated was the noisy air conditioning unit that would squeal and moan through the night. We got use to it throughout our stay. Food was great in the hotel restaurant and it was quiet as we were on the fourth floor. Staff was helpful and friendly.

the service was good, staff were friendly, room was generally clean, hallways looked old and a bit grungy, bathtub needed replacing badly, full of chips and certainy not inviting to take a shower let alone a bath.

Room was very comfortable but general areas of hotel (halls) look a bit tired. The carts used to take luggage to a room could have the brass polished as an opportunity to make a good first impression.
