My stay at Guesthouse was all right. The cleaning staff is wonderful at the hotel. They kept my room clean and in order. Armene is THE GREATEST! She is friendly, attentive, honest and the person you need to know while you are there. She is the reason that I stayed and did not check out when the hot water was out for 24 hours. The location of the hotel […] is good cause it is right by Interstate 40 and convenient to shopping and many restaurants. The price I paid for the room was good and that is 1 of the reasons that I stay there when I am in town. It's always a pleasure to stay here. However, we were not permitted to check in early (as usual). And their wifi was not working this time around. But overall pretty good.

Rate good all things considered. Staff is responsive, helpful, very professional and friendly. We stayed middle of winter so exterior landscape and parking areas appeared bleak and in need of sprucing up and cleaning up. Beds comfortable, temperature controllable. However... one can see daylight around the door when closed! So I stuffed newspaper in […] it to block COLD winds from coming in. Breakfast provided was average to mediocre for this price range. They have infant cribs which really grabbed our eye and the location was perfect right near the exit. Great customer services, room is outdated but very clean. We will definitely stay here again

Me and my husband chose this hotel because they were kind enough to let us check in a little early after another hotel close by was very rude and told us we couldn't check in until after 3PM even though it had only 2 cars in the parking lot! This hotel was nice and clean with a McDonald's only feet away. We were so close, I was picking up their free […] Wifi. We checked in and immediately went to sleep. Very quiet and peaceful. The cost of the hotel was reasonable. The rooms were outdated but comfortable and Clean. The staff was exceptional. My husband and I plan to stay again real soon.

I've stayed a few times and it was okay....this time was not okay....changed rooms 2 times before we got a decent room and even then it wasn't what is was the other times...

I was really creeped out and only lasted one night. I ended up checking out early because I was horrified by the room. The sheets were ratty, The carpet was dingy and torn, the walls were scuffed up, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days, and I'm not sure how anyone could sleep with the traffic coming from the street out front. […] The next night, I stayed at one of the hotels across the street and had a MUCH better experience. The staff was friendly and helpful., They provide a nice continental breakfast much better than average, with sausage and biscuits, waffles etc. Rooms need updating but were clean. I would stay here again.

The evening clerk was very unhelpful at check in. The main entrance was locked at sundown. The clerk gave very vague directions about how to access the assigned room. Then, I was assigned to a smoking room when I reserved a nonsmoking room, requiring I return to the unhelpful clerk to get another room assignment. It was a last minute decision, but i really enjoyed my stay there. Great hospitality and the bed was HEAVENLY!! I will return to Guest House for a full weekend this time.

Mistakenly given a room for 2, when we told them 3 (through Expedia). Desk attendent was nice, but responded with an "Oh well, I'll just put you in (... room #). Obviously, this was a room in a block of rooms apparently reserved for "low cost" customers. Room's walls were scarred up and stained and there were stains on the bedspread. We enjoyed it immensely. When I saw the breakfast was about to be closed down, the staff offered to keep it open until my two college freshmen could get something to eat. When the first went, the staff congratulated him on going to college. Then they held it until the second could get there -- and congratulated her, too! My stay was not pleasant. Once I saw a raoch crawling on the nightstand, I know it was time to checkout. The front desk clerk was very pleasant. Hotel.com verified with the hotel we did not stay and we were refunded.

We requested a no smoking room and the moment we opened the door and took oe step in the odor of cigarette smoke and pet urine was overwhelming. It was bad enough that we immediately went and bought some air freshener, which helped to mask the odor. This hotel should barely receive receive a 2 star rating

The hotel is very dated. Thread-bare sheets with terrible pillows. Terrible TV service and loud A/C. It was clean. Wouldn't stay there again. Pay for more--it is worth it!

The breakfast was AWESOME! They had buscuits, real sausage, waffles with a waffle maker, 3 different kinds of cereal, bagals, and fruit. Not ur typical sub-par breakfast found at other cheap hotels.

Rooms were good for the price but the pool area left something to be desired, it was full of leaves as it looked like the filters had not been cleaned out in days and there was a film on the pool as the day progressed, to our dismay it remained that way until our departure the following day

Unable to view pay per view movies cause the system was down. Unable to view HBO channel cause channel wasn't working. Sink faucet when on leaked water over entire counter top. Rooms didn't have refrigerator or microwave. Staff was friendly though

mold in the bathtub, carpet was wet from bathroom into foyer, the facet was not even attached. This was our 3rd room, we had already been ;moved x 2 because tvs did not work.

Celebrating my birthday and I chose GuestHouse and it was great. Didn't have to go too far to get to where I needed to go. The room was clean. It was nice.
