Close to airport and bed was very comfortable. On-site restaurant was fine, but not many other options close by.

This property does not live up to Doubletree's normal standards. My room was tired - stains on carpet, obvious repair areas. Desperately needs refreshing. Staff service levels were spotty. This is right next to the airport but surprisingly nice. There is a great pool there and people are super friendly. The cookies are wonderful of course but the great thing is that it is a well appointed property.

The Front desk people exemplified awesome customer service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The gym was amazing. The only complaint I had was the service of the Derrick Restaurant located inside the hotel. There were only 2 waitresses and the poor things could not keep up with the tables they had. The staff at the front desk where amazing. We didn't have our luggage so the lady at the desk gave us complementary tooth brush and paste and deodorant. And the last four warm cookies. We arrived late in the evening. I think her name was Barb, but not sure about that. If we r flying thru there we WILL be staying at the Double Tree

An ok choice for airport accomodations. I thought it was a little pricey for what you got, but it was pretty much the going rate. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant could use a little work.

Hotel was excellent , staff was friendly and very helpful! Room was clean! Everything was great except for the bed. It was too soft and every time you would move you rolled toward the middle of the bed. We did not get a good nights sleep. We tried both beds but they were the same.

We liked the room, it was on par with the comfort of the bed and cleanliness. However, the shower was not, the water pressure was really low and the shower head was not working properly with the stream of water. The front desk staff was friendly, and very helpful! The cookie after check-in was a nice touch. Shuttle was a short ride, though it was a 20 minute wait from the airport and the shuttle driver was a little scattered and took off without me the first time maybe he was in some kind of rush but he shut the door on me, so my boyfriend and i had to wait/call […] for the next one. We have stayed at many of the airport hotels around IAH, including the one right at the Houston Intercontinental airpot, but this is our favorite. Friendly and prompt shuttle and check-in service. Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Perfect for flight layovers.

We were only there overnight to catch a flight in the morning, but it's the second time we've done this and the food and room was very good. Clean, friendly, comfortable. No problem. :)

Close to airport with convenient transportation to and from. Well maintained hotel with bar/restaurant open until 11pm. Had surprisingly good tortilla soup. Friendly staff offering those delicious warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend.

found small pieces of paper towel on the floor of our room, the hot water did not work in the shower. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor when you flushed the toilet. you will be hearing planes taking off and landing but that is the drawback to being close to the airport. Arriving very late, no problem with check in. Personnel agreable and willing to help. Some spots in carpet on the room.

the only drawback was that my room was opposite to some exit doors and there was constant opening and closing for awhile but then I fell asleep and that was it . the drivers of the airport shuttle were very courteous and even had cold water in cooler fro shuttle from airport....would stay again but ensure room location is different .

Hotel is excellent and they run a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The pool area was lovely, with lot's of loungers and chairs. Friendly and fast service. I had a problem with my room telephone late at night and a technician was sent almost immediately. Front desk service was very friendly as well. This is a hotel that covers all your needs for an airport hotel.

Last minute Saturday night reservation...got a GREAT deal!! For an airport hotel I was amazed that we didnt hear any air traffic at all. Slept in til 9:30 with no noise pollution!! Staff was very nice!! Beautiful courtyard area, but we didnt get to take advantage of since it was pouring rain.
