I travel a lot for work and this was a breath of fresh air, incredibly comfortable bed and nice rooms, the desk clerk even let us swim well past pool closing hours. Price was reasonable as well. Keep up the good work!

We stayed here while in Knoxville for a college visit to UT. The room was comfortable, quiet, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that it was a little farther from UT than we initially thought. However, it was an easy drive to the University and only took about 15-20 minutes. We have stayed here many times for UT games. The hotel has ben re-modeled since our last stay and was very impressed. There was a strange oder when we first checked in - bug spray maybe - it did go away but we were congested the whole weekend. That could happen at any hotel so wasn't a huge deal. Would stay here again.

Hotel was much more upscale than your typical at this rate. Very modern, well decorated, kept clean. Pool was very nice and breakfast was top notch. The room was very spacious.

Room was very spacious and roomy for 2 adults and 3 children. It was very clean and comfortable, as well as reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

Not clean. From the moment we entered the room, you could notice the smell to humidity at the bathroom. There was a scum smell coming out of the A/C. They ended up changing us to another room. It was better, but Management was not very happy about offering another room. The next day, we passed 10 min the check out time and they were already calling […] asking us to leave. We had called for directions to hotel and the person who answered the phone was very helpful. When we arrived the hotel staff was also very accommodating. We had a suite and really appreciated the couch and extra space. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay there again if need be or another Comfort Suites.

Really great hotel for the money. Everything has been updated and even smells new. The rooms are very large, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

This was the best overnight stay we have ever had for this price. The room was clean, beds very comfortable and staff very friendly. Highly recommend. Should definitely have more stars.

The room was large with seperate sitting area. The only drawback was the TV was located in the area of the beds. It could be turned to the sitting area but would have been better in the sitting area to reduce the volume in the sleeping area. Loved this hotel and will stay there when I am in the Knoxville area.

A great place to stay. Courteous staff, room was nice and clean. Room was nice. Hot breakfast. we have stayed in 10 hotels in the past 5 months and this was the cleanest and nicest of them all.

We stayed in a room with two queens and a pull out couch. It was a great room with plenty of space for the five of us.

This hotel was a little farther than we wanted to stay, but only by about 5 minutes. However, it's one short exit down from EVERYTHING you'd need for shopping or eating. The rooms were spacious, with the sitting area separate from the sleeping area which was nice. The beds were super comfortable. Staff was friendly. The hotel was beautiful. The carpet was new, the decor was great and the service was excellent. We were attending a UT Football game and arrived at 3 a.m. because we drove seven hours to get there and left home after our local Friday night football game. The stay was great and the location was excellent.

The staff was very helpful. Upon check in, we found our ceiling had a large wet spot. (The hotel was fairly new and it was raining) They immediately gave us another room and offered to move our things for us. The room was very nice, clean with plenty of space. Breakfast the next morning was fairly typical, but the area offered plenty of seating and […] was well kept. The only negative comment I might have would be that the indoor pool had a pretty strong chlorine odor, enough to make my eyes water. Maybe that's what it took to keep it in balance. There were five of us--two queen beds and a sofa. The heated indoor pool was very nice. We enjoyed breakfast. There was a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in the room, but we didn't get around to using them. There's a shopping center on the other side of the interstate with shopping and restaurants.
