Positive: Among the best Hotels I've stayed at in London. Large, clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary equipment. Nepresso coffemachine in rooms. wery good service. Near Oxford street and Bond subway station. Negative: Internet access only available to a high cost. High price for extra coffee. Some noice from street.

"Hotel mandeville,perfect boutique hotel in london"
The location is one block behind selfridges n 2 blocks from tube station,cant beat the central location. The concierge carlos is exceptional as are the friendly,helpful n courteous staff like nick, the doorman. Our deluxe room is roomy ,comfortable, n chic with amazing closets. The bathroom is large...its a true delight...we stayed 10 nights!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The staff were really friendly, particularly considering they were working over Christmas. We enjoyed a beautiful Christmas lunch in the restaurant. A really lovely stay, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful which surprised me as I had read the other reviews on this site. "So many examples of why this is a terrible hotel"
The gentleman working at check in, Ignacio, was completely apathetic and unkind. I asked for a high floor. He said I was on 2, and there was no other option. I left my phone in a taxi at one point during my stay - I couldnt call it because the rooms dont have international dialing capability, and when I went to the desk during the overnight seeking […] help, Jay, the reception agent, could only recommend "there was a pay phone down the street". On my finaly day, I ordered room service for breakfast before leaving - it was 12 quid for eggs benedict, although that included no sides, and to boot, while the "18% service charge is included for your convenience", the waitress didn't even bring a glass of water with breakfast! For how terrible everything was, on my way out, at 10 AM on thursday, I asked to speak to the manager. The response I received was that there was no manager to speak to. Incredible. Whoever runs this hotel must not be going for any sort of reputation of being a hospitable establishment, and I would avoid this hotel in the future like the plague. Skaityti daugiau

Rent og fint, 5 min gange til Oxford Street og 10 min til Hyde Park, fantastisk.

Hotellet har super beliggenhed, fem minutter fra Oxford street og i gå afstand til både Soho og Covent garden. Servicen var god, smilende og meget hjælpsomt personale, så alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

Hotellet är trevligt med mycket bra läge nära Oxford Street. Omgivningarna är lugna och trevliga och en eloge måste ges till den mycket trevliga personalen som gör allt för att hjälpa Dig med det Du önskar.

Toen wij na inchecken op de kamer aankwamen bleek het een kamer geschikt voor iemand in een rolstoel. Op zich zou dat geen probleem moeten zijn: alleen bleek de wastafel dusdanig klein dat er eerder sprake was van een klein wc fonteintje. We hebben nog nooit zo'n klein wastafeltje gezien.... Bovendien hing deze erg laag bij de grond. Daarnaast was er […] geen bergruimte voor toiletartikelen op of naast de wastafel. Er was ook geen bad. De doucheruimte was overigens wel erg ruim met een goede douche. De kamer was ruim genoeg alleen de indeling was nogal apart: Het tweepersoons stond tegen een muur in de hoek met maar één nachtkastje. Kortom, toch net niet het comfort dat je van een 4 sterren hotel mag verwachten, terwijl er wel een volldigeprijs voor de kamer betaald moest worden. Ruilen van de kamer bleek niet mogelijk omdat het hotel vol zou zitten. Indien we zouden bijbetalen zou het echter wel weer mogelijk zijn om van kamer te wisselen. Veder lag het hotel op een perfecte locatie vlakbij hippe bars en restaurants in de wijk Marylbone. De lobby zag er goed uit en de cocktailbar was levendig en hip. De staff was professioneel vriendelijk. Op zich is het hotel een aanrader indien je op een normale kamer beland met een normale wastafel en voldoende bergruimte voor toiletartikelen. Skaityti daugiau

Großartiges Hotel unweit der Oxford Street und Cavendish Square in einer Seitenstr. der Widgemore-Street. Damit ziemlich zentral sowohl für Business als auch fürs Shopping. Jedwedes Personal außerordentlich freundlich und effizient. Zum Hotel gehört eine trendige Bar und ein gehobenes Restaurant. Zimmer sind sauber und vernünftig ausgestattet und nicht […] zu klein, was man ja sonst in London oft hat. Es gibt natürlich schnelles Internet, wireless und mit Kabel, ganz wie man möchte.
