the hotel was good on the whole. a bit cheaper than others of the same standard in the area. that said, the internet connection (despite being free) was painfully slow. almost like the internet was in 1999. unless that is fixed i will have to consider looking at something else.

I think this was a great deal for price. The lobby was beautiful and oranate. We got a small room for an excellent price. Thw bathroom was not that great, tiles and grout had some black and were older. Definitely not a 4 star bathroom/room rating. More like a 3 star. But definitely acceptable. The only concern I had was that we confirmed a king size […] (one bed) They put us in early check in which was fantastic , in a room facing Main Street. It was awesome BUT it was 2 single beds put together. We did not notice til we had unpacked everything and went to bed. Next morning we asked to fix and they wanted us to pay for upgrade. We asked for them to waive charge but they wouldn't. We had to repack everything (when on vacation this is a hassle), wait for porter to show up to help us move... They gave us a much smaller room overlooking an interior courtyard of roofs and mechanicals. It would have been much better business sense to include the upgrade especially since we had to re-pack and wait to get moved. However, I roils highly recommend this hotel, it's a great plaice, the staff was awesome and I didn't mind a small room with an older bathroom. Skaityti daugiau

We had a fairly large room for Paris. Bathroom was quite large. Bed was comfortable. TV was small, but we weren't spending too much time watching it. No view from our room window, however. The hotel lobby was magnificent. The hotel itself was about a 20 minute walk to the Place de la Concorde. The Concorde Opera is a fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. The Hotel itself if beautiful and the staff are great, the concierge service is excellent. The rooms are a little on the small side but very comfortable and clean. Would definately stay here again on a return to Paris.

the hotel was so nice! it was so much prettier than expected and the pricing was good too. loved the location which was right next to st lazare metro station and it was very easy to get a taxi from the hotel. very very pleasing experience.

Excellent location for us, especially during the January sales and close proximity to Printemps and other stores and small shops. A great bakery across the street which provided a very inexpensive breakfast of coffee, oj and a croissant. Very conveniently located. Lovelh lobby. Some rooms are great, others are very unremarkable and showers are deeply unreliable (lack power and alternate from hot to cold and back).

Lovely traditional hotel with a beautiful lobby area. It is in a great location with the main shopping areas at your doorstep and excellent transport links a few mins walk away. i stayed in delux room with double bed which was actually just two single beds. It was uncomfortable for a couple to sleep because the bed keep moving and split apart. No free wifi. No coffee pot. It was good that slippers were provided. Shower was a bit challenge because the water temperature keeps changing from too hot to too cold. Location wise this […] hotel was perfect. Room size was not too small by paris standard. No english paper or magazine provided. If you want to stay in a hotel that is easy to move around then i recommend, because it is close to saint lazare train station and shopping area. The room was a junior suite but it needed maintance. There were stains on the carpet, paint chipping, dirty base boards, mold in the shower. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel.

loved the spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The architecture in the lobby was very nice. We loved this hotel, definitely recommend it. Everybody spoke English, was very helpful, rooms were very comfortable with a big washroom. The shower was a little weird, but not a big deal. Great eateries immediately around you, and walking distance to Champs-Elysee.

Every time we visit Paris we choose new hotel to stay . Now it was a turn of Concord Opera. I have never stayed in Paris for such a low price before and I was really afraid that something would be wrong. But surprisingly we had perfect deluxe room - specious, quiet and decorated in perfect style of old Paris. Long balcony and wonderful view to real […] Paris, perfectly working AC, big marble bathroom with good light and balcony also. I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. All was very good or rather perfect. Usually I pay twice more for such a quality room . Got engaged in Paris recently and stayed in the Paris opera. Beautiful hotel everything you could want when lookin for somewhere really nice to stay.. Beautifull view in the room we stayed in, a balcony in the bedroom and bathroom that we could see the Eiffel tower from. Rooms just need to be updated a little. The hotel was mostly excellent (comfort, staff service, etc) apart from the ac, which was not the best; would have been a more important issue in warmer weather.

Stayed there with my wife and 2 year old kid. No complaints. Free wifi did get a bit slow at night due to heavier usage. We checked out 2 hours later and didn't incur a charge.

Over all a good experience, the hotel is in the center of Paris, walk distance to the big stores, Opera, Louvre, Champs-Élysées. Metro station is 2 mins away.There was 5 of us, so 2 got standard room, which is big for Paris, and 3 of us got family room, which was very big room, have balcony and big windows. We enjoyed the stay of 4 nights. The room was small but the price was also attractive. Service was very attentive and helpful particularly the bellmen and the concierge. The hotel is well located with easy access to several metro lines and numerous bus routes. I would gladly stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the entrance and reception area were stunning. It is in an ideal location, next to a mainline station and the metro with quick and easy links to the major attractions. The room was comfortable and very clean. The rooms were too hot even after complaining to the receptionist, they sent a maintenance guy who stated that it was working when it wasn't.

I spent five days at this hotel and I must recommend it in the highest possible terms. It is located right beside St Lazare Metro and train station and is surrounded by many typical Parissiene cafes and restaurants aswell as Starbucks and McDonalds for those seeking familiar favourites. The welcome we received in this hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and gave our little three year old a teddy bear on arrival, which she named Paris and is still very attached to! The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. It's an old building, full of character and tradition. Highly recommended.

We stayed 8 nights in superior room w. balcony french doors overlooking busy front streets. Overall, Excellent & Comfortable. Room was small & bathroom large. Bed comfy, all clean. Concierges always helpful with any little thing & directions. Highly recommend location for all transport & walkers. Howevers include: flaky Wi-Fi, tho free, inconsistent […] & frustrating. Shower temp uneven. Had to squeeze between end of bed & desk. Hotel could improve room layout by hanging TV on wall, smaller desk. Housekeeping & Rm Service fast on requests. My husband and I arrived at 8:30am and were immediately offered a wonderful quiet room with a balcony. The hotel is central located with restaurants, shopping, trains, Metro, and must see tourist sites within walking distance. From the moment we arrived we were treated with such courtesy and genuine warmth we immediately felt welcomed. All the staff were friendly and efficient, and extremely helpful. If any criticism can be leveled at the hotel it is that the room was in need of redecoration as the paintwork was somewhat scuffed and the desk surface was stained and marked. The bathroom was rather basic but totally adequate and very clean. When the room was serviced a very thorough job was done. The location of the hotel is brilliant for sightseeing in Paris; we walked everywhere and soaked up the atmosphere of the city through the life on the streets. Most of the sights were within easy reach by foot, and if we got a little footsore of course we found a cafe-bar very easily of course! Our trip was a present from me to my husband for his 50th birthday and as a lovely personal touch there was a card and a present of bonbons from the duty manager in the room.
