Red Lion Hotel Eugene - Judžinas

Room had very bad odor. Old and not well insulated. Will not be staying there again, in fact have second thoughts about staying at a Red Lion again.

Staff were great. Hotel provides free shuttle to Eugene airport and allows guests to leave car in Red Lion lot for up to 7 days at no charge.

Awesome... The hotel may be a bit outdated, but the service was awesome. The front desk gal was so helpful. when we arrived a day early, she set us up in the same room we had already reserved for the next 4 days. The Maid service was wonderful, always making sure our room was clean and clean towels and bedding. the pool was clean as well as the hot […] tub. My son and his family came up a few days later and stayed at this hotel also, as well as my brother. The room wasn't very clean. The shower handle was very loose, making adjusting the temperature very difficult.

Nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was also close to the University and other points of interest in Eugene. There were also restaurants and shopping directly across the street.

I'm pretty easy to please but, this was disappointing. The rooms were run down. The 1st key cards didn't work (the key readers on the doors were very old) and I was alone with my child. We were both tired and arms full of our overnight things when I discovered the keys were absolutely not going to work. I called the front desk and they said to come […] back. So we had to reload all our items in the car and walk around the complex to the front desk. Nobody offered to come meet us at the room with replacement keys nor did they offer to escort us back to make sure the new ones worked. It took several more tries and another call but we got in the room. The room was alright but very stinky. Heavy old smoke smell and it was a non smoking room. The bed was super over soft and at about 3am a clicking sound in the wall started and continued every 90 seconds the rest of the night. I don't know what it was but it kept waking me up the rest of the night. The breakfast was ok but it's the first time I was charged for a breakfast, I've stayed there before and it came with the room. This should have been mentioned. The check in paperwork just said come have breakfast, nothing about a charge. My son was excited about pancakes or waffles but, none offered. All and all I should have just stayed at a Motel 6, it would have been cheaper and cleaner. Skaityti daugiau

One of the noisiest stays I have had in years. This is NOT a hotel, but rather a motel with highway traffic, rolling carts, "housekeeping" being yelled out from the sidewalk, and a train whistle just SOME of the noises going on all night.I left the room exhausted and cranky. NOT your usual Red Lion experience!

I thought it would be awful based on the location and exterior (immediately close to freeway) however it was pretty quiet, clean, and comfortable. The towels seemed to be new and fluffy (rare occurrence)

It was okay, room was dated but fine - balcony was dirty, but we never really went out there. Breakfast was good enough and inexpensive.

I was very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed with temperatures in the 80s!! Also a maid knocked on my door at 9:30 even tho I had the do not disturb sign on the door..after a late night I wanted to sleep in but this rude maid put an end to that!!

The staff was fantastic and our room was nice and clean. We stayed for the marathon and were overjoyed with a late check out time that gave us all plenty of time to shower before heading out of town.

I accidentally reserved the wrong date through my app. After a quick call to the hotel, Michelle fixed my problem, and I checked into the last available room an hour later. Quick check-in, helpful staff... One critique: the mattress was too soft.

Had a great stay even if only for one night, Staff were friendly, room was big and very comfortable, nice outside hot tub and the breakfast was brilliant.

After spending a week at another hotel chain that is touted as a great place to stay, I was relieved to have a very comfortable stay with a coffee maker that worked, a refrigerator, and a microwave! Not all hotel amenities are maintained appropriately by every chain. Room was not ready at 3:45. Check in 3:00. Still not eady at 4:20. Had to change clothes in hotel restroom in order to make dinner reservations. Add to that toilet backed up in the morning and had to request a plunger. Had to wipe off dirty bathroom counters when we arrived. Hot tub was a pit. Gritty bottom and in need of updating. We came up as we had appointments on a Monday so we stayed Sunday over night. The double queen room that was pet friendly was not only extremely decent in size it also had a convenient sliding door that opened I to a nice private grassy court yard area were our pets could potty. They provide doo doo bags and a trash to dispose them in the courtyard […] as well. The beds were pillowtops, so nice to know we can get an amazing night sleep away from home which is rare typically when your staying in hotels. Rooms are very updated and plush and focus on cleanliness was definitely there. The continental breakfast very good! Cheesy eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, juices coffee milk coffee. Everything in a catering form so very professional. Great location with tj max, pf changs, old navy, trader joes, Starbucks, mucho gusto, DSW, and so many more shops just right next door or across the street. Loud music and patron partying emanated from the bar until 1:30am, costing me and my son (visiting UOregon for a compus tour). The plumbing serving the room above ours was very loud when used by those guests, a sign of poor quality construction. There was no hot water for a shower the following morning. You need to fix the wifi. I am down there weekly and need wifi that works 100% of the time. But the wifi came and went. Fix it and I will come back.

We were very impressed with our room from the moment we stepped thru the front entry. Large, spacious, pleasant surroundings with a garden setting off the patio deck. Would definately stay here again. Easy access from the freeway. Good prices. Staff were courtious and efficient. .....

My son and I were in Oregon to visit the University. The hotel was conveniethly located to the college. I was so happy to find a nice hotel for such an inexpensive price. The room was large, the bathroom had real tile floor and shower walls and the counter was granite. It also provided a mini refrigerator and microwave. This is a motel, not a hotel. For the price, you would think you would be getting something better. There is a window air conditioner above the door. The hotel is loud. It's dirty, smells funny. The desk inside of the room about fell over when I set my laptop on it. There is nothing good about this hotel. I stayed overnight to catch a VERY early morning flight. I had come to Eugene to pick up the 18mo little boy that my husband and I are adopting. The staff were very helpful in everything from relocating my room to a ground level, to the bar cooking a meal my 18 mo could eat, to extra assistance at shuttle pick up so I didn't have to carry everything […] myself. But the most amazing part was that I had a few boxes I was unable to fly with me and housekeeping locked the items up until I could arrange for someone to pick up on Monday (I stayed Saturday night). They even called to let me know when it was picked up. I was pleasently surprised with all of the assistance and quality of the staff. Will stay again and refer others! Skaityti daugiau

I used the hotels shuttle service both times coming into eugene and flying out...they are great, they get there when they say they'll be there...the driver is always professional and personable....the hotel is very clean....I've never had a problem checking in at the front desk..the agent there is always quick, efficient , and pleasant..

That is not qualified to be called a hotel! It is a very low class motel. The sheets may have been cleaned, but they are old and brownish looking. There was no grass or trees, scary at night, the inner court/parking area wasn't well lit, it looked more like an old school apartment complex than a hotel. Thin walls...could hear neighbors and Red Lion did charge an extra $25 on my card for unknown reason

Overall rooms were not bad but on my last night my new neighbors showed up at 11:00pm with a small loud child and a yapping puppy. I realized at that time how thin the walls were. I called the front desk and they gave me a different room. If you like piece and quite this is not your hotel.

we asked for extra pillows the first night and we had to go ask again the next day. they cleaned the room and didnt wipe off the tables or take dirty washclothes.
