Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. I made my family wear flip flops unless in bed because the carpet was filthy. Mold in the shower, loose faucets, smoke odor, and vomit splatters on carpet going into the bathroom as well as the bathroom walls. Awful.

our room had a door going in and a door going out to the patio and both of them suck very very badly we could not get out of the patio door. In the shower there was only one shower curtain .only one of the door keys work for the room.n also in the showerthe water pressure was very very low.when I booked the rooms I told the gentleman that I needed hey […] hot tub an indoor pool and when I checked in I ask what time the hot tub close and they told me they didn't have a hot tub. Probally one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Lobby is nice and very deceiving! Rooms are deity and outdated. I left something at the hotel and they are refusing to send it to me. Two thumbs way down!!!

We arrive, and I go to use the restroom and it was apparently clogged bad from people before. The water from the toilet was everywhere. Immediately we were placed into a nicer room and an upgraded ro a nicer room. The food could have been a little warmer, and the pool as well. But overall the horel wasn't too bad. It was just barely out of the way for […] us with our destination but it was nice bacause the traffic wasn't so bad in the area. We would go back. Decent priced and worth the money spent. Pool isn't heated like they said it was. Beds were horrible with no comforter and so called matress was lumpy. Overall staff was friendly. Totally not worth staying at if u have children.

The rooms were big and roomy. We paid for a suite and it was pretty big but the tops to the tables were broke off so if you were to bump the table the top would just slide right off. I loved the location of the hotel but there were beer bottles every where outside the hotel and people had broken benches and windows. The hotel overall was very trashy. […] The employees were very nice. I thought for the price we paid we would have gotten something wqy nicer. Worst stay I have ever encountered on a trip. Hotel was eerily located on what appeared to be a deserted industrial area. Room was full of cheap furniture and outlets that did not work. Was awoken prior to 2 pm. by people in the hallway, who were clearly drunk. The revelry lasted for almost two hours, and included pounding on doors and physical fighting […] in both rooms on either side of ours. I called the front desk twice. Had I not paid for the room ahead of time on hotels.com, I would have refused to pay for my stay. We got up early, didn't even bother to use the shower and left first thing. Skaityti daugiau

room not clean at 5:30 check in. asked for room to be cleaned. room still not clean at 8:30. girl at front desk had to clean room. will not stay again.

When we arrived to check-in there were two customers that were complaining to the staff. We checked in and noticed that there was trash on the floor in the hallways. Upon entering the room there was a weird smell in the room. It was DIRTY...Hair in the shower, dirty footprints on the bathroom floor and mud on the floor beside the bed. At this point […] I was ready to leave but due to other events in the area there were no other available places to stay. I woke up at 2 am and headed towards the bathroom and realized my socks were soaking wet. There was some kind of plumbing leak in the room. By 7 am the leak had spread and the carpet was soaked. When I checked out I let the staff know that this was the WORSE place I have ever stayed. She did not seem at all concerned about the plumbing issue or the fact that the rooms were filthy. Although the room was large compared to most hotel rooms and the bed was very comfortable the service was horrible. I asked to have the tub drained because it filled up while showering leaving soap scum on my ankle so that it looked like I was wearing socks an they never showed up. There was barely enough hot water to complete a shower and the hotel […] appeared to be less than half full. The WIFI never worked the entire three days we were there. Not like the picture! Very cold through out the whole hotel. first room the sheets where dirty. missed breakfast first morning because the clock was an hour off. dvd in room didn't work, door was not level so there was a very large gap at the top. Old hotel! a large part of it not in use. it was close to the casinos, but would not stay again

The stay was below average and could have been better. The hotel's location was terrible, it feels like you are driving into the point of no return. There is absolutely nothing interesting for miles. The hotel is away from any restaurants and attractions. There was an issue with our original room smelling musty and damp and hotel staff worked immediately and rectified the situation. The indoor pool water and area was rather cool and we could not stay in it very long. In our restroom, there was an exposed patch job so not very attractive. This iz our second stay here... they are currently under remodeling... The staff is exceptionally helpful in all regards...The restaurant iz slightly expensive... but its close to all main highways... Will stay again... Hopefully remodeling will be completed...

The hotel was nice. It was in different location than what we was expecting. It was in an industrial area. It might of needed more signs or information of where it was located. We had 2 children with us under the age of 6 and it was nice not to have to worry about traffic. The pool was closed for routine cleaning on Monday, but was ok. The bar and restaurant […] were not marked very well. We had breakfast all 3 mornings and it was good. Overall it was nice stay and once you got used to the area it was nice. Location is accessible from interstate, with food and gas nearby. Heat/air unit was loud but efficient. TV worked well, but there were no guides available in room or front desk. Room was clean and comfortable.

When we first got there, the parking lot was not cleared from the previous days snow storm and it was very slippery and even more for the cars safety. The elevator made a beeping noise and would not take us to the floor we chose, but it said that we were there. The breakfast consed of water looking gvavy, ad the eggs had water all througout the bottom. […] There was nothing that Diabtic people can eat, except the watery eggs. There was no blow dryer in my bathroom, but I did not notice it until I got out of the shwoer, and then when we checked out,the lady at thereception desk, said that she hadn't even told housekeeping yet. On Saturday night, there was a Ball or Dance and we had drunk, loud people in our hall all night long until 4am. When we called down to reception desk, no one answered. No parking available. Roads were covered in slush snow and wasn't very easy to get around. Rooms were okay. The beds felt like they were pretty old not to comfortable. Not bad for price.

The front desk attendants were very unprofessional and seem preoccupied. The Hotel is very run down. My bathroom had a countertop that didn't fit and was held up by 2x4's and plenty of old split caulk. NO floor had working ice machines. The breakfast was a disaster. Got a good rate for the weekend. Although the room was nice, the hallways were not heated and it was freezing. They said they provide shuttle service but you have to call in advance(does not say this on website.) Good location for the Power and Light District and bar staff was very nice. Wanted to spend a night away from home to watch super bowl and just spend time together. No heat was on in the room at all. Asked the lady at the desk for warm room she said their was not any way she knew which ones were warm. After two hours of trying went home. Will not go back!

The hotel location was horrible, no restaurants or other hotels near by. It was by a train track and lake that looked very sketchy. The hotel had a horrible cigarette stinch to it. A creepy man kept knocking on my door asking for someone and pacing the hallways. People were cursing and running up and down the hallways. When I went to dinner I saw people […] walking the hallways smoking cigarettes. I went to inform the front desk and waiting 5-10min until I actually called the hotel # for someone to come to the front. When I returned from dinner the hotel still rinked and all the hotel staff had done was put up a sign that said no smoking. Then the group of people I turned in came and said some ugly words to me. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast had a full selection. The problem was it seemed like the hotel was deserted. It was dark like no one was home, hall in our tower was not heated and it looked like they were doing some major repairs or tearing things down.

I already did a review but this hotel is awful, don't trust the pictures! They're completely not even close! Room had so many old, dirty things that need replaced it was ridiculous!

I must say first off that I am in no way a high class hoity toity person, I am more of an average Joe. That being said...Overall, the hotel was fairly nice. I was immediately disappointed upon arrival at the appearance of the front desk clerk who was unshaved, his shirt was untucked, he was personable enough but certainly not what I expected from an […] establishment such as Ramada. The rooms were fairly nice, though a little dated. The bed was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was disappointing in that what should have been grass was all but bare ground, and the "lake" looked more like an abandoned industrial pond with broken pipes exposed and the banks eroded. The rooms were fairly reasonable pricewise, which they should be with the condition of the facility. Overall my romantic getaway was a little less because of this. OK hotel - could use a good scrubbing and updating. Rate was really good for last minute deal - but the room reflected the low rate.

Pros: Pool was nice, indoor/outdoor with a closing door to seperate it. Was kinda neat to be about to take my daughter under it and swin outside with the cold temperatures. Con: Room was terrible. Wallpaper coming off the wall and had to plug in every lamp in the room. Toilet handle was broken and wouldn't flush, had to call maintenance before we were […] even there 5 minutes. It looked like there had been nothing check in the room before they gave it to us. There was no "Wi-Fi" in the room like was promised, but there was a ethernet cord if you wanted to plug in. Doesn't exactly help with iPads and iPhones. Bar/Restaurant was ok at best. Wait Staff was bad and extremely slow, with minimal patrons in there. Live band was playing, but with college football on TV and mostly football fans in the bar, it was a waste of time. Band played until 1 am and made it hard to sleep when we went back up to the room around 11pm. Checkout lady didn't even raise her head to acknowledge that I was checking out. At first glance it was apparent that the hotel had roof problems with water damaged walls throughout the building. The wall paper was peeling off the walls in the hallways and the lobby. This was disappointing. Then came the room; it was not bad except for the mold in the shower and bathroom indicating there was a problem with room maintenance. The […] bathroom door was repaired with sheetrock screws and painted over to hide the repair. The smell was bad; it was musty and moldy, I can’t express my disappointment with words!
