The room and public areas were always clean and tidy. While the elevators are somewhat slow - they do arrive and have been upgraded sometime during the past year. Service was excellent. Upon finding a problem with the air conditioner/heater [noise] I reported it to the Desk Clerk and immediately was given an alternative room. Rooms were well looked […] after by the staff and were properly cleaned. The adjacent IHOP had also been upgraded and was most presentable. I am not sure about the $5 credit for breakfast given by the hotel - IHOP does some funny accounting and I question whether they do give the client proper credit. The location is very good - just off I-395 South at Duke St. A cab from National Airport takes about 15-20min. if there is no heavy traffic and costs approx. $32 + tip. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the local Metro station throughout the day - generally every half-hour at rush hour, and otherwise every hour. Skaityti daugiau

A non-smoker will notice that this was once a smoking option hotel by the faint smell. There are several burns in the carpeting that also give it away. Overall, reasonably comfortable, but vending machines were not well- stocked.

The hotel was very clean and quiet with all the normal on site amenities. I especially enjoyed the IHOP located beside/in the hotel.

I stayed here for two nights. The staff was good. The room was clean and very comfortable. I wish they would a continental breakfast. But they had a Keurig which was a great surprise. Very close to everything including IHOP near the lobby.

The hotel posted reasonable rates online. Staff members were cordial and nice. Staff offered assistance in making the stay comfortable and friendly. Room was very clean and furniture in very good condition. Location suited nearby restaurants and retailers for ease of shopping and quick dining.

Water was so cold. They told me they dont have hot water in the night time. So it was freezing cold and taking shower in cold water was one of a thing. Other than that it was good

Besides needing a makeover the first room they gave me had stains on the carpet. They gave me another room and it had no heat and hot water. It was late when i moved the room. I didn't notice about the heat till morning. Same with the shower. I was there for a a funeral for my 12 year old niece. This stay was far from the comfort inn.

All areas of my room were spotlessly clean, there were enough complimentary coffee, tea packs and condiments for 4 adults, towels and washcloths were clean, fresh and fluffy-soft and the room smelled fresh and clean. My guest said it was the perfect night after a stressful day.

I was worried about it being clean after reading reviews, but was surprised that it was clean and comfortable. But they have STILL not fixed one elevator so there is only one, the wait can be long at times. The neighborhood is not the best but had no problems, for the price in that area, it is very good.

Cleanliness, and NO HOT WATER (on the 6th floor) were deal breakers. Also, the gimmick $5.00 breakfast coupon at the IHOP (just off the hotel lobby) was annoying, and inadequate. Clearly, IHOP is not what it used to be!!!

The staff on premises was always very friendly, courteous and professional. However, the general appearance and quality of the hotel, ie dirty carpets, very slow elevators, poor internet service and a toilet that constantly ran made my stay a little disappointing. This facility is a little dilapidated and could use a renovation on many fronts. In regards […] to the internet, the hotel uses a company called SBOCA as the provider, certain computers may not work and you must call a technician who will ask you to change security parameters of your computer in order to access the wireless network. Hotel not very well kept and very very noisy. Had to call front desk twice in one night for parties going on. Carpet in room was filthy as were the walls in the bathroom. All Employees were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is ok, it was very close to where i needed to be.

This hotel was SO BAD, I don't even know where to begin. Although there is a sign on the building, there is no driveway on the main street, just a chain link fence. No signs for it on the side street and only a small sign at the driveway. The hotel was poorly maintained with broken elevator buttons, burnt out lights, out of order vending, a phone with […] no working buttons, and worn and stained carpet. The front desk just doesn't seem to care, not answering calls, saying the are "too busy" to talk or shunting you off to multiple other people. The Internet service they say they have didn't work from my room at all in spite of numerous calls up to the manager of the hotel (who didn't return the call) and to the highest level of support for their network provider. They locked the main doors at different times at night, all before the time they said they locked them. This meant guests had to go to a side door that was on a very narrow sidewalk. There was a shopping center that seemed nice enough across the street, but getting there was a difficulty because of the poorly marked streets. The center next door looked very run-down. Although the low price and location near freeway were nice, I came for a relaxing visit to family, not to be stressed out in the hotel. we stayed here two nights on our trip to D.C. there is no way we could afford to stay downtown, but this was very convenient to the interstate and had a metro station about a mile away. This hotel offers a free shuttle service to the metro station on the half hour. This was a huge help. The station has very little parking, so take advantage of this! […] The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Had some trouble getting wi-fi to work the first night, but worked fine after that. There has been a vast improvement in the decor and rooms at the hotel. Due to its location I have used the Comfort Inn for many years. Two problems on this visit - the security safe was locked upon arrival and took two requests to the desk to rectify the matter. The second issue was the lack of HOT water for 4 of the 7 days. At best the water was warm […] - but not what you reallly wanted. From seeing plumber's trucks - I surmised that there was a heating problem with either the boiler or the hot water heater. Once rectified, the problem vanished. The $5 for IHOP is a bit of a misnomer - I know I do not get $5 off the cost of the meal - something less. They do creaative accounting! Skaityti daugiau

The room was spacey clean sheets and towels. The carpet need to be replaced very dirty and mold was on the bathroom walls. Also the outside ot the tub had a lot of rust around it. The room did not have a fresh smell but the room was very well price and the location is convenient.

The hotel is averagely okay. People smoke in the elevator and run out of coffee for guests. Parking is terrible.

Up on check in...the area around hotel is not a very good area. The out side of hotel is disgusting There is not a real restaurant in hotel..it is a connected IHOP with no Bar as advertised The 4th floor down button for the elevator does not work. There were cigarette burn holes in the curtains and bedspreads The ceiling above the Toilet was falling […] in The desk chair was badly broken The AC was not blowing cold after an Hour on the coldest setting The AC was falling out of casing. There was a 3/4" gap between casing and frame of AC The staff did not have time to talk to you or care The manager never called me back to discuss issues after I left my card for her too. Will not recommend this hotel for anyone much less for business people booking on Expedia DON'T BOOK OR STAY HERE. My room # was 408. Checked out after an hour. Low price hotel - run down, not well maintained, no amenities, tv didn't work, no tissues in room, ice machine not on floor, air conditioner very noisy, beds uncomfortable. Front desk clerk very cordial and tried to resolve issues. Expected more from Comfort Suites but price should have alerted me to stay away

Decent hotel for the price and close to my project and close to stores. Internet was down at the hotel fro 90% of the stay (2 weeks after a storm). IHOP restaurant is on the first floor.

The beds were comfortable, but the tv didn't work, it was fuzzy. None of the channels came in clearly. And there was black mold in our shower and the ceiling was peeling paint in the bathroom and the main bedroom area. I stayed 3 nights. Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned, there were several spots. Never did use the pool due to it being outside. Shuttle to the Metro was great! Hotel employees were very helpful when giving us directions about the shuttle and how to use the Metro. Was also nice to have IHOP right in the hotel!! This hotel is in a VERY GHETTO AREA! At 11:30pm, a crack head was banging on my hotel room door for 15 min, each time getting louder, and leaning in to hear inside. Stay here at your own risk and consider yourself warned!
