We have stayed in the area before but decided to try a different hotel. We booked here...twice, for our way in and then back out of town. The first night we were VERY late getting to the hotel but the front desk was right there and got us checked in immediately. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. We needed to leave first thing in the morning […] so we grabbed breakfast, which was not a huge spread but it covered everything my diverse eating family wanted. Check-out was just as easy. Later that week for stay #2, we got in a little sooner. We had some issues with the wi-fi but it finally worked. There are hardly any stations on the tv, especially for kids. we requested a room maybe on the first floor....because we both have leg and back issues....no,got stuck on the top floor absolutely as far away from elevator and stairs as you could get..thinking the hotel was full or packed?...nope 5 cars in the parking lot for first 3 days....and the owner lirking about with the scowel on his face.....came up on […] the morning of the last day to stay and told us it was check out time....had to show our reciept that he was wrong.....other than that the location was good and maid service was good.....and the breakfast was okay Skaityti daugiau

we had room 302 and we had to push furniture up to the door. just so no one would come in. my girlfriend was scared to dearth. the door would not lock at all could be opened from outside if locked from inside. we didnt even have to use the room key. you could just push it open.

This is a great motel to stay at and the price was great too- clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was really good and was told that they are planning on adding items too. Definately planning on staying there again!!

The hotel is right downtown Pigeon Forge. It of course is loud at night with the traffic, but that is expected. The room was clean except the tub needed some bleach and a scrub brush to it. There was also about a inch gap at the bottom of the door that allowed cool air to come in but the heater worked great so it wasn't a problem. Water in shower was hot. Beds were decently comfortable. This was a basic room with a small fridge and microwave. The room was SMALL and the bathroom was SMALLER, i.e. you just about have to get in the tub to shut the door. The bathroom is not ideal if you need to get dressed with privacy. BIGGEST COMPLAINT: NOISE...From inside the room, one can hear […] all the parkway traffic, people talking, etc. For the price we paid, it was ok. The hotel staff was friendly. I always stay at this hotel if I can. It certainly is not the best hotel in the world, but it is constant. It has everything you can expect from a cheap motel, no more and no less. The rooms are clean, the location is good, the staff is friendly but not in-your-face. Pigeon Forge doesn't really have any "nice" places, and such, this place is certainly […] par for the course. This motel isn't the greatest in Pigeon Forge, but it also isn't the worst by far either. For the money, it is a pretty good choice. The room was clean and easy to get to, there were plenty of towels, and the only notable bad thing was that the lamps in the room had bulbs that didn't work and the lamps were broken. Very clean, large room. Clean breakfast room with waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, juices and coffee. Easy access to shopping. No complaints at all. Close to Gatlinburg and the national park.

The rooms had no overhead lighting and even with 3 lamps was very dark. The bathroom was filthy! There was a ring around the toilet, there was dried urine on the door frame, and the bed had a hair on it which belonged to no one in my family. The continental breakfast was gone before 10...management had even turned the juice machine off by 9: 50.

We went down for the weekend. The hotel was cheap and clean. What more could you ask for? We just use the hotel for sleeping and getting ready. This was a no-frills hotel that met our needs. When I was reviewing comments about hotel/motel rooms in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge I had become disappointing in the fact that they were all low scores unless they were the "resort" like hotels that were over $150p/n, which is not what we were looking for... I read the reviews for Pigeon Forge Inn & Suites and it showed a 3.6 out of 5 which is the best […] I had seen thus far so I book AND AM GLAD I DID! The staff was nice and helpful. Check in & out was effortless. The outside of the motel was not very clean but not enough to go somewhere else. The rooms (all three of them) were clean and put together well. The room was clean, amenities were all there and working and bathroom was clean as well. They even put our rooms next to each other. There was much to do/go to eat around the motel for children and adults! If I could give some helpful hints... ~Bring your own pillow as theirs were huge and not very giving ~If you like coffee bring your own stuff as their sugar took several minutes to dissolve Overall...for a weekend trip where we didnt spend any time in the room but time sleeping...Pigeon Forge Inn & Suites was a great place to stay and for the price...you could not beat it! The overall experience at the motel was good. The guy working at vheck in was not friendly. The lady working in breakfast room was very nice. The air condition in my room was not in proper working condition. Beds were very comfortable.

everything was clean and very convenient location. Only issue was that the bathtub did not drain well and you were standing in water the whole time you were taking a shower.

The stay was great. Only suggestion for future, make bathroom just a little bigger and sink area a little smaller. Stumped my toe on bathroom door a couple of times.

The room was bare bones, but did have a microwave, one-cup coffee maker, and hair dryer. It seemed to be clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioner was efficient. The bathroom was small and didn't have any place to temporarily hang night clothes or used towels. The pool looked clean and inviting, but we did not have time to use it. […] The breakfast was o.k.. It had lots of sugary items and carbs, but no protein, fruit juice, or fruit . The coffee was pretty good. We loved the location..! in the middle of all shops, restaurants, parks..etc all with a walking distance .Room was clean , a lots of towels that was good for us. The guy in the front desk was very helpful but looked tired or bored..? Continental breakfast was good...toast, waffles, cereals, pastries, coffee, milk, OJ, maybe if would have some fruits […] will make much perfect. Has that home away from home feel. My first impression was "comforting and inviting". All the amenities you need and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The layout of the rooms provided close access to everything and also provided a sense of privacy and security. Although the rooms were non-smoking, other patrons felt it was ok to smoke outside their rooms (making the walkway a little messy). The breakfast ran out quickly with the amount of people staying this particular weekend. Totally understandable. The young lady in charge of the breakfast room was clearly overworked. Stay was ok,the walkway did need to have the carpet replaced,was dirty and nasty. The room was clean and you had plenty of towels and was very quiet. Would stay there again.

Okay for what and where it was, but room was not clean when we got into it. Too many cigarette butts in bottles along the walkways. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Need to ask where to get off trolley--it was easy to get on but don't wait for it to make a full loop, or you'll be on it for hours, like we were. It was a spur of the moment trip, so you get what you pay for..I asked for adjoining rooms and was told they were available for us...didn't get it...paid too much for what we got.

We stayed for five days we moved to another room after 3 days because the a/c wasn't cooling real good, however it was in the 90's outside but room we moved to cooled much better.there was work being done and there were a bunch of old a/c units an refridgerators etc stacked under our stairway that was a eye sore,looked junky, hoiwever there was work […] in progress breakfast was just ok but for the price overall was a good deal. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was very good. Normally I do not sleep very well away from home, but I slept like a baby. Even though we were facing the main road (Parkway) it was very quiet. I was very pleasantly surprised.
