Our room was lovely however there is extensive work going on at this hotel and had we known we might have booked elsewhere. Friday morning at 8AM the workmen began their day. Not their fault BUT your site should have made a note of construction in progress!!! Perhaps had we known this we could have made a better choice for us.

Came in a few minutes earlier then the 4 check in. Lined formed behind me because the one desk person was on break. Did not have time to put the requested crib in my room. When checking in I asked about it and was told they do not have cribs only pack n plays. I said it was on their website, I was then corrected and told I booked through expedia so […] their information is incorrect. Well they should check the information bookthey put in their own rooms or says cribs availiable. Tv did not work, HBO had a humming sound and picture looked on most stations like they were still using rabbit ears. Trash still on the floor under the bead spread and by the tv stand from the last guests. Could not park near the side door to carry luggage out because with most of the parking lot empty the maids parked right near the door. Someone took the do not disturb sign off the door so the maid came knocking waking my napping daughter, not her fault but when I explained I had the sign up and it as no where to be found I needed another, I was not given one and someone came knocking 45 min later. Location if fine and the girl that checked me out was very pleasant. I wouldn't stay here again nor reccommend with better options. Skaityti daugiau

The front desk officer was professional and knowledgeable . The facility was clean, on the strip near the outlets with easy access to a near by diner. The hotel breakfast was nice. Really enjoyed the waffle station. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for all seasons and occasions.

Was in Rehoboth for the shopping; this hotel was perfectly located for that. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Bathrooms were spartan, but the towels were big. Staff gave us good recommendations on a breakfast restaurant and shopping. A good stay, good value for the money.

I was In the area for a interview and the hotel staff was friendly and was asking about my interview after ect. I even had to come back after I checked out and they were very flexiable. It's in a great location and room is clean. The staff restaurant recommendations were excellent.

Five to 10 minutes from the beach. Hotel entrance is right off of the highway. Stayed 3 nights. Weekend rate is expensive.. Parking was good in the hotel lot. Breakfast was OK. Restaurant recommendations by the registration staff were good.

Perfect for family with kids. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Hotel has a good location to shopping and restaurants, with a Safeway next door. Fridge and mwave in room also nice.

Tho hotel is all non smoking our first room had stale smoke odor, door to room dd not carry the non smoking symbol staff did change room ths one without a smoke odor however a/c unit had an issue at 2 am in morning with burning smell. Front desk did respond immediately with offer to change room or install a new unit that night. Weweeds 3 hours to wake […] nether an option. Did make some adjustments and smell gradually improved and a/c unit was actually cooler. We were in town for the weekend to see friends. Location was convenient to event & shopping. Very clean, attentive staff and reasonably priced rooms. I would stay there again.

Comfortable, good selection of dining near by. Breakfast quite adequate, although coffee pot was empty when we arrived for b'fast at 8 15 am. Pool area small but great for kids

For the price this hotel is nice, the rooms are updated and modern looking. The cleaning staff is lovely and did a good job. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a wide variety. The desk staff was SUPER nice and friendly,..helpful to the point of giving us restaurant brochures directions, advice and helping make my older (using a cane) mother feel […] comfortable and welcomed.We really enjoyed the round the clock coffee in the lobby. Bed was EXCELLENT! Nice and firm - better than more expensive hotels (Marriott, Sheraton, etc); not one of those marshmallow types that give you a backache in the morning. Room was clean, had small fridge and microwave. Would stay there again. Downside: few extra TV channels such as HBO, Max, Cinemax, Showcase. We were there for one night stay only. Wish we'd stay longer. The room is clean and the queen size beds are very comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor which is non-smoking floor. The room decor is modern. Quiet place. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is sufficient. Love that they put out fresh fruits. The room was overall a real "pleasure." Take away the quotes and you'll see. There were many restaurants and markets nearby and it wasn't too far from the beach and boutiques. While we did only stay one night we were able to munch on the free breakfast the hotel offers, and while it may not be amazing, you get what you pay for. The hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. They appeared to make sure if I needed something, just ask. The continental breakfast was also good, especially the "make your own belgian waffles." Coffee was available 24/7 and when I got a cup at 7:30 pm, it was hot and tasted fresh. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. My wife and I stayed one night with my two children. Safeway is right next door for a quick food run and the beach is only a few miles down route 1. Would stay again.

I've stayed there a few times when I've gone to Rehoboth. It's a great hotel and it's always one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) hotels available. Highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel-good breakfast, convenient location, decent sized rooms. Fairly quiet at night, clean. Could use some more parking in front, but there is plenty of parking in the rear of the hotel.

Ourstay was wonderful. The staff at the hotel was most hospitable. the personnel at the front desk (namely Chelsea) were great. We could have not have been treated any better. We will most certainly return for any visits to Rehoboth, DE.

Hotel was very clean. Housekeeping staff was amazingly pleasant. Rooms were a little small but they were spotless.

once you got a signal, you had to go to 2 web pages to agree to accept the terms and then to agree to disregard some software download -- and then we lost power and had to do it all over again 3 times in one overnite stay!

Staff was wonderful and helpful. Coffee was not up to par but the breakfast was good for continental style. The rooms smelled fresh and were clean.

Acceptable, standard room. pool small and noisy, breakfast bleek at best, ran out of coffee. Front desk could not handle early arrival even to store bags. Can't recommend this hotel for more than 1 night. Jakes restaurant next to hotel gets a negative 10.

We had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I found the pillows to be very uncomfortable. We will defintely be back!

The hotel was clean and our room was just beautiful. It was so clean and comfortable. Did I mention it was clean? It just feels like it's so hard to find an affordable, convenienent room that you are willing to walk around in bare feet and use the duvet. I was not leary about any of those. We only stayed one out of our three nights at the beach and […] sorely regretted it when we left for a cheaper motel for the other two night. It was like going from the Ritz to the Pits! Super courteous staff, working hard to make guests comfortable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Darkening drapes and quiet atmosphere make for the best night's sleep I've had in a while! Smells pretty bad in the area but inside the hotel was great. Breakfast was awesome as well! This hotel is a convenient place for those traveling to Rehoboth and the customer service was friendly which made it a smooth stay for us.

Overall, the room was spacious and it had a small refrigerator which is a plus to put drinks. The shower is not for tall people so thank god we are under 6 ft tall. The continental breakfast was less than expect since the dairy products were completely depleted by 9am and the breakfast is open til 11AM. Pretty nice for the cost of the hotel, when compared to the cost of rooms in the surrounding area and Ocean City, MD. About half the price. They were very nice at check in. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of food both hot and cold. The dining area was large and clean. The pool was nice and large.

Nice room. It was clean. When we went to breakfast they were running out of everything and they were not keeping up with refilling breakfast items. The sausage they put out was still pink not sure if it was cooked fully.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist gave us information about using the metro and made suggestions for dining. There is a shuttle that will take/drop off and it's only a 5 minute ride. We had a great time in DC and it was always great to go back to our hotel at night.
