Had a what was called suits room and it was dirty burned sheets and it was a front room so traffic noise was really loud, ac was loud too but at least cold

The sheets were dirty, there was never enough wash clothes for the 2 of us. The ice machine did not work and we had told several people at the front desk. As wekk as other people in the hotel also. They finally got a bag of ice at the front desk so that we could get ice. It seemed no one could do anything because the manager was not there. There was […] no salt shaker!! so she hands me the box of salt to use.... We had order'd the shuttle to Sea World from the night clerk for the next morning. Good thing I asked the next morning when it was coming, because it didn't get order'd. She was too busy talking to friends outside and had her baby with her (working the night shift). The TV kept messing up, there solutions move to another room. We were settled, did not want to move to another room.... If I had not had a reservation for a week there, and if Fiesta had not been going on we would have moved to another hotel. But they were all taken with Fiesta going on, so we made the best out of a bad situation! Skaityti daugiau

It was a great room for the price, we liked the location and it seemed like a fairly safe area.........we will definently stay here again!!

It was convenient in terms of getting a head start out of San Antonio the next day. It was also close to the restaurant where we had our farewell meal with friends and family.

The rooms are clean, what you would expect for the price. I like the location close to Shopping center, restaurants and Sea World. I would consider to stay in this hotel again.

Great location, for shopping ,freeway excess, for seeable sites, theme parks, an for a verity of food loacation , great staff.

I reserved 2 rooms and requested the rooms be next to each other. My room was on the 1st floor and the other room was on the 2nd floor on opposite sides. The wifi was free but was in and out. the first night and didn't work at all the second night. The light fixtures on the wall by the bed had pieces of the inside cover coming off. The stand up lamp […] was not very sturdy and the a/c cut off a few times. If was close to our destination Seaworld and it was reasonably priced. They had a shuttle to Seaworld for a fee which we did not use. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Skaityti daugiau

I was a little nervous about the hotel in the days leading up to our stay after reading the decried but everything turned out great. The room was clean and comfortable, I always take my own lysol spray and bug spray and am happy to say I didn't need either. The a/c worked great and the bathroom was bigger than I expected, with a long vanity perfect […] for all my girl stuff. I had a 1st floor room right by the pool, which freaked me out at first, but it seemed pretty safe. My only wish would have been for a couple more full size towels. Overall, a great stay. Pros- the room was clean Cons- the queen beds were small. The towlet overflowed the first time it was flushed and we were told to clean it up. The TV was old and reception was Horrable When I complained they said someone would fix it. No one did. I will never stay there again.

Great location ... accessible to food, mall etc. Clean rooms. They need to improve their continental breakfast menu.

the stay ws ok but there was no soap, shampoo or lotions in the room. We had to get the soap, but never other items. The refrigerator did not work well....was not cold. We had requested a cot when we had booked...it was not there. We asked for it and did finally get it only to find they had not given us the pillow. We just used one from the bed. Great price for three nights. In today's economy, glad to know there is a nice, clean place to stay without blowing our budget.

Cheap hotel, their rooms are very outdated, dirty, the door in my room had about 1/4 inch gap between the door and door frame so anyone could see in and you could see out through the door side. The peep hole had been painted black. The location was in the ghetto, there were drug dealers inches from my door. A drunk person was pounding on my door at […] 6am, mistaken my room for someone else's. The continental breakfast was one of the worst I had seen, only a few mini muffins, some stale bread, and milk. They also had cereal but no bowls to put it in so that's not a breakfast option. It was a very unwelcoming lobby in the morning with all the rude men hovering over the counter and pretty much blocked access to anything you might want to get for breakfast so I just took my kids to a restaurant. Most certainly will spring for a nicer hotel in a safer location next time. Don't waste your time and money on this one. Skaityti daugiau

Decent place for your dollar. Comforters had stains, but overall very clean. Nice staf, very helpful. Decent breakfast. Mgmt said they are renovationg the whole place soon

There was no iron in the room. The towels were old. The tv had a lot of static. The AC in would not cool the room enough. It wasn't what I was expecting.

It left me thinking that the job of the house keepers is only to make beds. We were never given extra shampoo, conditioner, soap and tissues. We were lucky if we had enough toilet paper. I had to go ask for extra towels since the room did not have enough. Management was not an issue as they were very polite and addressed things in a promptly manner. […] It was a nuisance to try to go out on vacation only to fix a stay fixing little details. The hotel meets your basic needs and for the price no reason to complain. It it in the heart of alot of stores across from Ingram Mall. You get breakfast and the hotel front desk is very friendly. If just want a clean place to lay your head I highly reccommend. The rooms are outside entry and the pool is small and out door.

Hotel was great but I was told that deluxe rooms had microwaves but in our room and there was no microwave. We had to use the lobby.

this is more like a cheap motel,nasty place,old,toilet broken,reservation was bad,reserved non smoker room and got smoker,switch room,rooms smell bad cigarett,dont stay at this place I was hoping this hotels were nice,,,,,worse,,,,,i will never stay at this hotels

LOCATION WAS VERY NICE VERY LARGE ROOM, I STAYED FOR 4 DAYS I SPOKE TO MANAGER TO GET INTERNET WORKING IT NEVER HAPPEN . INTERNET DID NOT WORK IN MY ROOM. BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE THE LADY ONLY MADE ONE POT OF COFFEE AT A TIME SO GUEST ALWAYS WAITING FOR COFFEE.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and chatty, even at midnight when we checked in. She upgraded our room to a king-size bed room. My boyfriend is in a wheelchair, however, they had no rooms available downstairs and they don't have an elevator. We did not request a handicap accessible room, so it wasn't that they gave it away or anything. […] However, I do wish they had noted on the website that there was no elevator. We we're in town for a graduation from the Air Force Base. The hotel is only a few minutes from the base and surrounded by a variety of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable.and the hotel is quiet at night . We did have a maintenance issue with the shower head but we were able to take care of that ourselves […] .
