The hotel is very nice with good location. Service was good. However, the plumbing needs a major upgrade. The are old, cranky, with separate hot and cold water lines. Too much extra fees as well - resort, valet....

stayed at the bungalows. they really are full apartments designed to spend a week for a conference. wanted the extra room, but didn't need it. did not realize how huge the place was. there's a tram to get to and from locations. main hotel terribly busy. bungalows were a 5 minute ride away. super secluded and quiet. loved that part. the beach club was […] very nice but extremely crowded. if you can, pay the extra couple of bucks to go to the spa. has a secluded pool and tons of amenities. we loved it because very few people were there and those that were stayed mostly silent. we achieved the total relaxation we were looking for. you just need to know how to find it in such a large place. nothing bad to say - two orders of room service, food HOT when it was supposed to be and fast...bed great and nice quality sheets and pillows. Great shower and products. Good a/c. Will def stay again next time in Boca. One comment, I wanted to try Morimoto's for dinner but one reviewer site gave it bad reviews...that was a bummer for me.

We just returned from a five day family vacation at the Boca Raton resort and had a fabulous time. Warmly welcomed by the most helpful bell man ever, he told us about the property and gave us his recommendations both on and off the resort as he took us to our room in the Tower. The room was fabulous with gorgeous views of the marina and ocean beyond. […] Travelled with two teenage girls and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate all of us. We took the boat to the beach club two of the five days too enjoy the ocean and activity there. Had two fabulous lunches at the poolside restaurant. You cannot go wrong with the salads. So yummy! The first and last day, we preferred to stay at the quieter pool by the tower and enjoyed the ping pong table and lunch. We ate off the resort for two business suppers with husband's clients in Mizner Park but enjoyed a fabulous meal the last evening at Cielo listening to live music and enjoying the sunset views. We ate breakfast at the palm court several mornings, which was terrific, and opted for Serendipity's grab and go breakfast offerings of fruit and yogurt on the other mornings. Our experience of the hotel and staff was first rate. Everyone had a smile for us, and the bellman greeted us each morning by name. We will definitely be returning! Skaityti daugiau

I was disappointed in the condition of the bungalows at the Boca Raton Hotel. The walls are paper thin and you could not only hear your neighbors, but you could smell their cooking.

This was a bad experience from start to finish. First, my son and I were given a room with a king bed despite having a reservation for two beds. A folding bed was provided for my 6' son. Second, the hotel restaurant that we chose to eat in was extremely slow, and the food was disappointing - including a clump of saran wrap in my son's mashed potato. […] Last, there were young children running up and down the corridors unchecked until after 11pm at night. Very luxurious resort with a lot to offer. One day spent just figuring out where to go within the resort, because our room was about 1/2 mile away from the main hotel and the beach was a boat ride (or bus trip) away. Most of the servers tried hard to maintain a professional demeanor and worked their tails off. We got to know Travis on the main pool […] deck and he helped to make us feel comfortable by finding us chairs and checking on us now and then. He even remembered us by name the next time we showed up and that kind of attention to detail deserves recognition. Jessica also did a great job serving on the main pool deck and made our time by the pool more enjoyable. I travel extensively and have never written a negative view of a hotel before, but feel compelled given the experience I had at the Boca Hotel & Resort. My husband is a Hilton VIP client, and knows the owner of this hotel, which made me question how the typical guest is treated. We stayed at the bungalows. We specifically requested two beds in our room, […] and were "upgraded" to a room with only one bed. When we advised the receptionist at check in that we needed two beds for the first night, she explained that there were none of the rooms we requested available and offered a cot at a charge of $30 per night. The carpets and couch in the bungalow had visible stains. There was mold in the shower. The AC unit made a loud, grinding noise, and it took the maintenance staff four attempts to fix it. After our second night, the refrigerator started making its own noise. This is a family-friendly hotel, but the pools are overcrowded with people who made noise you could hear throughout our bungalow starting at 7:00 a.m. and going until late at night. The common areas are filled with garbage and look as if they are rarely cleaned. This is not a place that you want to stay if you are expecting at least a 4 star hotel. I would rate it 2-3 at best. I loved the resort. It was beautiful and easy to access. As for the service in the in-hotel restaurants, they were pretty awful. One set of chopsticks, empty soy sauce, way overpriced. The rest of the service was awesome (concierge, bars, front desk, etc).

The resort itself is beautiful. I was very dissappointed in the room. Being a Waldorf hotel, this part of the property, the Bungalows, was very old and dated. Room needs new carpet and stained shower. Beds were very mushy. Back was killing me after. We stayed in the Cloisters, the main & oldest hotel property. The lobby & entire first floor is magnificently renovated - absolutely gorgeous. Great restaurants. The staff is so well trained - best hotel service ever. The amenities - outstanding. The least positive experience was our room. We had to change rooms because of problems with the airconditioning […] & shower. This was done without any problems except that our 2nd room, althought clean & with very comfortable bed & beautiful view, was worn & the bathroom extremely tight & awkward. The best part of our stay was the spa. Transported us to another world. The Ritual Bath is a must have experience. Have a massage & ask for Gary. The best massage ever! We stayed for two nights while on our way to Miami. The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. While you pay a daily resort fee, we still made sure to have some $1's for tipping. Pool area was great and very quiet for Spring Break, perfect for families. The beach club was great as well with the ferry going back and forth to the hotel and club. […] Meals are pricey but there us good local food. We tried Boca's Best Pizza and it was delicious, awesome Alfredo. There is a BofA ATM that we didn't realize until check out. Car has to be valet, but they were willing to bring it around as often as needed. Rooms were good size with plenty of drawers. There was also a Keurig in the room. Overall a great stay! LOVED the customer service at this hotel! From the valet, to the restaurant attendees. they were all excellent! When we got there the room we got was awful! Our view was the air conditioning units. Since we were celebrating our 30th anniversary I called the front desk for an upgrade. And what an upgrade we got!! Gorgeous wall to wall ocean view!! Amazing! […] Everyone was so very nice to us, especially the people at the front desk. There was also great restaurants to chose from and great pools. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone. Beautiful hotel. Only down side was hotel staff not friendly. The valet was awesome and other hotel staff need to learn from valets. No one said hello as you walk the halls or greet you. Need some customer service work.

Resort was beautiful with very nice grounds and lots to do. We played tennis and ate at several of the restaurants. Check-in process and valet parking very harried. Reception person did not give us good directions to bungalows where we were staying - others had same issue. We reserved a bungalow room & were not told that it was over a mile from the main hotel. The bathroom was tiny & in need of maintenance, the shower left a puddle on the floor. The room was OK, bed was comfy, but we booked a king & then were told they only had queens left. Not impressed!

Way too over rated. The entrance is nice but, the room was small and you could hear everything. I sleep better at the Holiday Inn. Way too noisey for my taste.

No place like home... but there is... The room was very comfortable. The condition of the room felt like being in my own bed however, the staff and the service was lacking. When checking in and out it took at least 20 minutes and we were charged hidden fees. The staff were not understanding and did not help the customer.

Old hotel badly in need of renovation. Multiple layers of paint have been applied with evidence of where chipping has taken place over the years. Furniture in room plain and ac very loud.

The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms in the cloisters were very dated. The room was musty and tired looking. We contacted management and they were nice enough to give us vouchers for breakfast to make up for it

We stayed in the bungalows. I was appalled that the cleaning staff parked by a main elevator all day large plastic bins that contained either clean or used linens and towels; this was not only on the first but sometimes third floors. I also was shocked when I went back to my room around noon while the maid was cleaning and after asking if she could […] leave for five minutes so I could change into a bathing suit, was greeted with her replying - "Oh, my God" and look at me with a peturbed expression. No one attended the pool at the bungalows so used towels stayed on the chairs. What was more incredible was finding a napkin, used container of Half and Half and a chapstick in the beach pool; I asked the attendant to clean this debris and had to point out where it was! As for the bungalow room, I did not like seeing a worn bed headboard, and door molding that needed to be painted in the bathroom. I thought most of the food in the restaurants was good, The bus transportation around the resort was timely but I don't understand why I and other guests were subjected to high level air conditioning when it was only in the low 70's, In sum, I will not go back. Great location, tennis courts and clinics were well done. Everything was expensive, but what do you expect? Was upgraded to stay at the Towers and it was worth it for the view of the water. However, the couch in the living area was very uncomfortable, and the low flush toilets didn't help with keeping everything looking "clean".
