This was a great hotel, but it was a little further from the city than we wanted. We loved getting the free cookie upon check in and check out!

In town for a family wedding. Very nice property and met all of our needs. Would have liked the bar to have stayed open past 11pm on Sat night.

The room was nice. This was our second time to stay here. The only complaint I had was that the hotel could use a little updating. The tub/shower needed to be re-caulked because the existing strips were blackening. We love staying in the airport area because its a little quieter.

We normally stay at the Double Tree downtown but it was completely booked. Instead of booking with another hotel downtown we booked the Double Tree near the Nashville airport and wish we would have chose differently. The only thing that resembled other Double Trees was the bedding and the toiletries they have for guests. The hotel is very out dated […] from the wall decor to the carpeting it w as not at all what I expected. We stayed in a suite on the 3rd floor which is suppose to be the nicest rooms but there were brown rings all over the ceiling, what looked to be mildew growing in the caulk around the tub and a very stained sofa in our sitting area. I must say the staff was extremely nice and helpful with anything we needed. We will never stay at this Double Tree location again. Skaityti daugiau

Breakfast was pricey, but convenient. Van ride downtown way overprice as the van driver made more than I make in a day to drive seven miles. Be careful

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in Nashville. We wanted more room and got it here. Every part of the experience was great from the room, to the breakfast, to the staff. We were very pleased with how quiet it was to be so close to the airport. It will be one of my top pics for the next trip.

Great service! Friendly staff!! Only issue was. Housekeeping trying to enter our room at 820am. They need to realize that some stay til checkout.

Booked this room because there were several other hotels in the area and I have always loved Double Tree. However, this one didn't seem up to par compared to others I've stayed in. Although everything was fine I just had higher expectations for Double Tree. The room was just a little outdated on certain things like wallpaper and bathroom area but some […] things like the large flat screen was new. Our room was very large and location was great. Only real complaint was light above bathroom counter was out but since we were there only 1 night we did not feel the need to bother someone in the middle of the night to fix it. Also noticed in lobby tape was still on stairway where they may have been painting. May check out another hotel next time im in Nashville but would stay here again Skaityti daugiau

Actually, overall this was a very good experience. The true issue with cleanliness was the fact I pulled a "folded,clean" towel from the shelf in the bathroom and there was makeup on the towel. I'm not sure if the towell was re-folded by a previous guest or was actually clean and just stained. Either way, that did not make me feel very comfortable. […] All towels should be pulled and washed after a guest checks out whether they are folded or not. Check-in staff were not overly friendly. Seemed like they were ready to go home. The following day, I did have a lovely young lady help me with directions around the Nashville area. She was very kind and went out of her way to help me. Five minutes from Opryland. Love the chocolate chip cookies they give each guest! Our room was a king/nonsmoking room which was very spacious and had a very unique layout. Desk with minifridge as you walk in leading to a sofa and TV area, then wrapping around to a bedroom/bathroom and yet ANOTHER TV! (separated by a cozylooking pricacy door) We've never […] seen a room layout like that before :) We had some noisy guests on our floor througth the evening, but nothing woke us up after 11pm WE LOVE DOUBLETREES! Suites are well-appointed, albeit somewhat dated decor-wise. Gym is nice...the pool, not so much (very small). Breakfast buffet was very typical (if omelet chef's on duty, it's better!). Dinner was a pleasant surprise, especially since there seemed to be no restaurants within strolling distance. Our server was very friendly and competent.

Stains on the carpet, wallpaper peeling of on all walls. Overall not what I have come to expect from Double tree Hotels. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Room looked good. Disappointed with the double beds and no vent in the bathroom/shower. Wallpaper peeling away due to all the moisture. Had to locate someone for more toilet paper!

Room was very nice and they have a shuttle that will take you and pick you up from the Grand Old Opry. It is close to the airport and easy to get to if you know where it is! If not, check it out first. It is one of those, " I can see it but how do I get to it " moments. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I spent 4 nights at the Doubletree Suites by Hilton Nashville Airport recently and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was professional and extremely accommodating. From the warm chocolate chip cookie that was given to me as I checked into the hotel to the expedient check out my stay was unparalleled. I will definitely choose the Doubletree again. My room was impeccable. I loved having a sitting room with a huge flatscreen then a bedroom with another huge flatscreen. Bathroom was beautiful and the food was delicious. Shuttle even took me to nearby sites. Great stay.

We love DoubleTree's bed they are soooo comfy. Room was clean, there was a big set-in stain on the floor and you could see where they may have suffered from some water damage on ceiling and bathroom. But the room was clean as always. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We skipped the breakfast because thought we could get something a bit more pleasing down the road, however everything else about this stay was great. I don't have one complaint and would stay and this hotel again and again.

Overall it was a great experiance for me and my family. We booked 3 rooms on a Saturday night stay and the hotel staff was EXTREMLY polite and helpful. The room was modestly clean (noticed a few things that could have been a little cleaner) but our only complaint was that the room had a damp musty smell and the floor near the window was wet. Other issues […] that we found was that tile was missing in the bathroom along with the door that seperates the beds from the sitting area was broken. Having stayed at this hotel years ago for the most part it seemed pretty well maintained....just a few items that needed addressed. When we told the front desk about these issues upon checkout the employee was very nice and wrote down a note for someone to check it out. Had we said something earlier I have no doubt that they would have taken care of us....it was just too late at night to mess with changing rooms. We stayed here for a night while coming home from vacation. It was an Excellent hotel. Very clean, spacious, friendly and curteous staff and the bed was by far one of the most comfortable. I would definitely recommend. The gentleman who checked us in even carried our luggage upstairs. They definitely went above and beyond.

The entry and lobby is the nicest thing about the hotel. Room we stayed in was old and damp smelling. Definitely in need of a remodel. Also a bad design for the suite as the sink was in the bedroom with both of the beds. Staff was attentive to our needs, but breakfast was overpriced for what you got on the buffet. The staff was friendly and accomodating, but the room was very damp. Ultra high humidity. Nothing in the room could dry out, not clothes, bedding, or us.Not at all pleasant. Had the same issue last year, but assumed it was a faulty unit. Won't stay there again.

My stay was from Friday night 07132012 until Sunday 07152012. I checked in late Friday night and was given an incorrect room number. The guy at the registration desk printed room 245 on my envelope with the keys. I tried that door with no luck...only to find out I was actually in took 243. When I get into my correct room I'm greeted by wet carpet and […] a s mell very close to that of cat urine. We figured maybe they had cleaned the carpets earlier and they just hadn't dried and were smelling the chemicals. Not the case. The next day after spending the while day out and about we getty back to dry carpets and still the smell of cat urine. The mattresses wetter comfy though. Unfortunately I didn't get much sleep due to I could hear absolutely everything through the walls and we happened to be starting right in the middle of a group of teenagers who couldn't seem to stay in their ruins. I rgot a down feeling when I first got there. It was like if you went through hotel.com you got the room no one else wanted. They told me my room was the last room in a corner of the hotel. I just didn't like that. I felt I was just given the area know one else wanted and it was known to me, not in so many words.
