Hall really smelled like smoke. There was a toothpick in our bed!!! - All personnel was wonderful! Pool and Hot Tub are wonderful!

This hotel was very runned down and have the most uncomfortable beds. The pool and hot tub areas also runned down and dirty. The first impression of hotel was the manager out smoking by front door when we pulled up to the hotel.

very satisfied with the room. Beds were comfortable. Loved the pillows. Very close to destination we had to be at 7:30 AM so convinient!

This hotel was very outdated but clean. The Staff was very friendly. We seldom stay at a Comfort Inn but felt it was probably a typical experience..

I gave it a low rating because we didn't get the room that I thought we had booked online. We walked into the room and there was no refrigerator or microwave which is what I thought I had booked. I immediately went to the front desk to see if another room was available. I was asked if we had dirtied the room because we would have to be charged for that […] room and the second room! We were switched to a second room which was a smoking room. We barely had the door opened and walked back into the hallway because of the smell. While we were standing in the hallway trying to decide what to do the manager came along and asked what the problem was. We were then changed to another room. The front desk person still had an attitude. We go to Sioux City twice a year to visit family. We will definitely not stay here again. Skaityti daugiau

Had no idea there was no elevator for my 88 year old mother with ostroporosis and a bad hip !!! That should have been noted somewhere. The suite is too small when you pull out the sofa bed up next to the table/chairs--no room to walk by. The waffle machine was very confusing to people not knowing when to flip it or how much batter; Should have a step […] by step DETAILED sheet on wall. After a very long day of traveling we were greeted by a very nice young lady by the name of Anna. She was very helpful and kind. She gave us all the necessary info needed for our stay there that night and to enjoy a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable and we were pleased with the rate as well. […] I hope through this note that Anna will be recognized. Morning breakfast has much to be desired - room though non-smoking had a decided odor to it - might think about a different hotel next time in the city

Although our stay was acceptable, we stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned on the second day. The first night we only had one bath towel in the bathroom and had to ask for more. The free continental breakfast was good. We did not use the pool.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT! THE ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE. I SLEPT MUCH BETTER THAN I USUALLY DO WHEN AWAY FROM HOME.THEY ONLY PROBLEMS WERE THE BREAKFAST SELECTION AND ONE OF THE WAFFLE IRONS WAS NOT WORKING. OTHERWISE IT WAS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY.

The motel was easy to get to off the highway. When we arrived there were a group of people sitting in front of the door but not blocking it. They were eating and making a mess on the ground. They were there most of the night and left a mess that was still there in the morning. The guest on the second were quite noisy all night. the hotel was conveniently located relative to several restaurants, but there was a mess at the pool. there was a piece of plywood covering something at the end of the pool, and when we arrived, there had just been a kids party and there were toys strewn about.
