The hotel is conveniently situated about half an hours walk from the old town and the Guggenheim Museum but as at March 2013, the hotel is undergoing extensive building works to the reception and restaurant areas. Whilst no noise disturbance was suffered in the bedroom, as a result of the building works, the reception and restaurant areas look cold […] and are bare and uninviting/empty. The hotel is located in a residential area which is quite separate from the main city centre. The metro connection does make the journey very quick and it is quite nice to see another aspect of the area. Upon arrival at the hotel I was shocked to see that the entire property was a building site undergoing heavy maintenance works. No mention of this […] was made at time of booking and to be perfectly honest I don't feel that the hotel should be open at all whilst being in such an state. No bar, no lounge, no lobby, no regular restaurant service. Luckily I was out exploring the whole time, if you want the hotel to be part of the holiday experience then this is not the place to book. Sound proofing from room to room is extremely poor and I hardly slept because of my noisy neighbours. The hotel is in an excellent position near bars, bus stops and Metro. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially to us lazy non Spanish-speaking British. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bilbao, especially at the price we paid.

This hotel is in a good location, just a five minute walk from the old town. It is comfortable and has good facilities. The only thing I would fault would be that the internet is extremely weak/slow and does not work in rooms; only barely in the reception. My non smoking room stank of ingrained smoke. When I challenged the staff at reception, "im sorry sir, its definitely a non smoking room and we cant change you" Terrible!

I had read the reviews before I chose this hotel and had expected better quality. But, don't be fooled: The 4-star rating means nothing! The hotel's reception desk staff was the worst I have ever encountered. They were unconcerned about problems I reported with the room. There is no A/C, or at least there was none while I was there, and the heat ran […] raising the temperature of the room to 28ºC. I turned off the fan, but since the windows are sealed shut, there was no way to lower the temperature. I complained and was given the room next door, which was only slightly cooler, 24ºC. The cleaning staff cleaned my room only once in the 4 nights I stayed in the hotel. When I complained to the front desk after the first time, I was told it was probably because I had a "do not disturb" sign on the door in the morning. I left the room before noon that day and returned several hours later and found the room untouched. Although one of the three people at the desk told me that someone would clean the room, since no one asked what room I was in, I knew that they were only trying to pacify me. I stayed in the bar for a few hours, just in case. 3 Hours later, I returned to an untouched room. There were many signs of disrepair and lack of maintenance in the room. The shower stall (my room did not have the transparent walls that some people complain about)looked as if it had not been properly cleaned in a while. There was quite a bit of black in the grout, either mold or filth. I don't know which. The beds in my room (I had a "king sized" bed, actually two twins pushed together)were old and contained very uncomfortable springs that squeaked with every movement. The bed was definitely on its last leg and should be thrown out. Or should have been replaced years before. The hotel isn't near anything and probably isn't the best choice for a tourist. I would recommend for a days stay not more. mainly due to the surrounding area. I asked for non smoking room, the one i got was full of cigarette burns, carpet looked not very clean and worn. Bed was comfortable though. i woke up the next day early to catch a flight, i was lucky because a lot of street noise and repair work drilling started just before […] 0800. it is also relatively close at the airport. room service good quality and quick. prices normal. Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas dejó mucho que desear. A parte de las molestas y ruidosas obras (el hotel no esta terminado), por la noche es imposible consumir cualquier cosa ya que no hay ni servivio de bar ni de habitaciones y el mueble bar es para decorar. Por otro lado no funcionaba correctamente ni agua el caliente ni la calefaccion de nuestra habitacion. […] Y por ultimo, habiendo pactado un late check out, a las 11 de la mañana nos sorprendio la mujer de la limpieza entrando en nuestra habitacion. Ombygging/ oppussing av hotellets fellesareal gav et litt dårlig inntrykk ved ankomst. Men vi fikk et rolig rom etter ønske. Resepsjonen viste stor vilje til å yte oss god service ved oppholdet. Ca 300 trappetrinn ned til sentrum var både pro og cons.

El hotel y los servicios son buenos, pero queda retirado un poco del centro. El hall es espacioso y los empleados amables. El garaje tiene un difícil acceso. Las obras en el aparcamiento exterior, tampoco contribuyen. Las habitaciones están bien dopadas y son cómodas. La relación calidad/precio, es buena.

Fräsch interiör och stor platt-TV i rummen men tyvärr dåligt städat och tex. ett tjockt lager av damm på översta hyllan i den öppna "garderoben". Ingen dealbreaker men duschen saknade schampohylla vilket är klantigt 2013. Rätt ok hotellinternet (1,05/0,35Mbps) när man väl har WiFi-signal men routern är för svag så internet fungerar bara i ena änden […] av korridorerna. 場所は旧市街から地下鉄一駅、その他の場所へ行くのも便利です。車で旅行する場合は市街地のど真ん中では一方通行、狭い街路などでなかなか到着しにくいですが、ここだと大通りに面しているのでなんなく見つけることが出来ます。丁度改修工事中であったが特に不便は感じなかった。部屋はビジネスホテルとして快適で、机も広くコンピュータを使うのには最適である。朝食も種類が豊富で大満足。

La estancia ha sido mejor de lo que me esperaba, el hotel me parecio muy moderno, espacioso, y la habitación la calificaría de 10, sobre todo una excelente calidad-precio para esa ciudad tan bonita y recomendable. El hotel estaba en obras y creo que cuendo esté todo terminado va a dar mucho gusto hospedarse ahí. Davvero eccellente. Alcuni segnalavano il problema del bagno a vista, ma il vano con wc e bidet è chiuso da una porta . L'unica aperta è la vasca, ma verso la canera la vista è esclusa da una veneziana. La stanza è insolitamente ampia. I letti molto larghi e comodi. El personal del hotel se mostró muy amable y nos buscaron una cama king ya que teníamos un bebé. El desayuno era estupendo. La única pega es que es de construcción americana y algunas cosas son prefabricadas... pero estaba todo muy limpio.

Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla, mutta on kaukana keskustasta. Hotellin yhteydessä on olutravintola, josta on mahdollista ostaa vähintäänkin riittävän kokoinen lounas. Päivittäin muuttuva menu.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas en calidad, baño minusculo con bañera fuera, poca intimidad, detalles como el precinto del aseo no habia y el rollo de papel higienico estaba usado... en la habitación se oía las conversaciones de los de al lado, y al no tener sábanas sólo nórdico tano mi pareja como yo pasamos mucho calor, nos levantamos sudados, pero […] si te quitabas el ededon no tenías con que taparte, y era un día frío...muy caro para su calidad Skaityti daugiau
