Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice. Only complaint is the non smoking rooms smelled like cigarette smoke.

Only problem we had was called the front desk few times after hours, the staff does not answer the phone.

Overall stay was nice. However, plumbing needs more insulation. Anyone taking showers in other units, the water flow was loud.

Great hotel for a family!!! Very patient with needs of a large family (extra towels, extra blankets). We were made to feel as though our needs were the most important.

I would rate this hotel as pleasing. For the price, I thought it was expensive compared other hotels (i.e. Hyatt Place) I have stayed at in Pleasant Hill. The least desirable aspect of this hotel is the location. The hotel is not close to many local eateries. The hotel rooms are spread out. We stayed at the Residence Inn Pleasant Hill over the holidays - it was comfortable, clean and convenient to sourrounding activities, although not intuitively easy to find the first time.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. I checked in and let them know my husband wallet had been stolen but he would be coming by and needing a key. They assured me it would not be a problem as I was to be gone all day. I received a call from my husband that evening saying they refused him a key and that they were very rude. I called the hotel and […] they said just have him come back which was not possible due to him being about 40 minutes away to make a long story short they ruined are vacation and when I talked to the manager he could care less. There were five of us staying in our room at the Residence Inn. The configuration of the room/suite was perfect. We all had plenty of room to relax and get ready in the morning. The price was definitely right. You always get so much more for your money at a Residence Inn. I always look for this chain when traveling with family.
