We had a great 2 day stay at the Hampton Inn in Missoula. The highlight was the friendly front desk and lobby staff, plus service from housekeeping. We were particularly impressed that they utilize help from Opportunity Resources in employing developmentally disabled to work on the housekeeping crews! The hotel was undergoing some remodeling and will be nicer when finished, but we found the rooms very nice and well insulated. Even though we were right next to the elevator, we never heard it operate. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel lobby was being revamped, breakfast was served in one of the rooms, otherwise the place was superb.

Hampton is always a favorite. It's overpriced for the size of the rooms, but consistently meets expectations. This stay was no exception.

Overall just an excellent experience. Everything went smooth and was problem free. Clean comfortable and decent breakfast. That's what you want when you travel, no worries.

Very friendly desk staff, always smiling. Cookies were a perk for my Granddaughter after a long drive. Breakfast was good. I stay at Hampton's if a choice in my travel locations. I have always been happy with the cleanliness, location and security.

Wonderful staff and clean rooms!! You've just have to love the breakfast (I always grab the lunch sack breakfast on the go from the front desk) and the workout facility. Customer service was outstanding. Kindest staff I've ever encountered on a road trip. Breakfast choices left me hungry, but otherwise an outstanding stay in a great hotel.

Last minute travel plan changes required finding a hotel in Missoula on very short notice. Hampton had room, very nice pool for the kids and a good breakfast. Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to go

The room was clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The breakfast is great. Tea & Coffee available all day along with a bowl of fruit. They also offered a small library with books and games. We were very happy with the hotel for the cost.

The primary reason I chose this hotel was because they advertised their pool and hot tub with 24hr use. Upon check-in, I was a little disappointed to find out that their hot tub was not working, and shut down for my entire stay. Due to some recent back pain, I was very much hoping to get some relief during my stay. Had the repairs been mentioned prior […] to booking, I would not have been so disappointed upon arrival. Aside from the hot tub, my stay was very nice. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and very comfortable. The swimming pool was great for both the parents and the kids and we seemed to be the only ones using it. The only thing negative was that we were in a non-smoking room that was on the 4th floor which had smoking rooms on one end. You could smell the smoke on the floor but not in the room. My family had a great overnight stay at the Hampton Inn in Missoula, MT. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and hotel itself were very clean and appropriately furnished with items that were not outdated. Loved everything but the guy maid that was trying to get us out of our room 2 hours early from checkout so he could clean our room.

Have stayed with Hampton Inn in other cities and found their chain to offer a good standard of service and facilities. Breakfasts are of good quality and good selection of food. This location in Missoula lived up to that reputation. We needed minor repairs to our vehicle and staff was very helpful in directing us to a repair facility.

Would've appreciated being closer to downtown, but served our needs for a quick stay so we could continue on our way home. Clean and with nice, friendly people to register and answer any questions we had.
