The stay was fine but the finishing touches were missing Broken light in room, not all towel replaced the second day.

Do yourself a favor, spend another 30 bucks and stay elsewhere. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, dirty sheets, poorly maintained, smelly. It took 10 minutes to check into a prepaid room, not sure if the clerk was just bored or if she had no idea what she was doing.

The hotel at night looked pretty shady but we were pleasantly surprised when we got into our room!! It was gorgeous with the colors and the furniture!!

Had a small issue with the room. Upon speaking with the excellent, courteous desk staff, they offered me a new room immediately - no questions or discussion with 'management'. Great stay.

Room had recently been painted and remodeled, new furnishings, new fixtures except bathtub, new bathroom flooring. Carpet was clean although the heater/air conditioner unit filter needed cleaned. Breakfast left something to be desired, we just had coffee and went elsewhere. Overall, if you just need a place to sleep then this is fine. For just a nights […] rest the cost is a little high. Arrived 1 hour after check-in time and room was not ready. Room had dirty towel left by previous quest. Bedding and shower had hair left from previous guest. Lock broken on hotel side door so anyone could enter the facility at any time. Room was suppose to be non-smoking but smelt of stale smoke.

Stayed 3 nights, room was serviced once. People up and talking at all hours of the night to morning. Hair in bathroom.. Bed was OK and A/C was not too loud.

no remote for TV, no bath towels, no toilet paper on the roll. Bed comfot was terrible, sheets and blankets were questionably "clean".

I've had better experiences at other Super 8 locations but this one is bad. Was a cold night and heater kept blowing cold air.

The hotel and staff were very helpful. The rate for the room was reasonable. However, my "non-smoking" room smelled of smoke and the smoke detector battery was missing. My parents room smelled fine. I guess I should have brought some fabreeze.

Not recommended. Burn holes in blankets. Dirty in all corners where it not easy to vacuum. Splatters of something on walls. Slept in our own sleeping bags on bed. Surprised I got my wife to stay!

This hotel has very nice staff. The staff needs to be better trained however with respect to customer relations. The room was fine however the windows were slimy and had not been cleaned in a long long time. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean. The blanket and pillows were fine. Bathroom was fine. My room had a large chair for sitting, relaxing, […] watching TV, etc... However the chair was filthy , and the cloth was torn in several places. The room was not comfortable because the heater thermostat did not seem to work: I had to turn the heat off and on throughout the night in order to not sweat or freeze. No facial tissue in the dispenser. Dirty towel on hook behind door from previous guest. Waffel maker looked like it had never been washed.

Our beds were fine and the room was clean. The hotel really fell short when it came to the breakfast. There was very limited amount of food and when I asked for syrup for the waffles, they never brought any. Overall, the service was substandard

Nothing was cleaned, clipped fingernails on floor, they never cleaned room. Checkout was 11 am and they knocked on the door at 11:20 I wasn't feeling well and asked them if they could give us a minute and they said u owe us 10.00 for staying after checkout horrible place to stay. Never again. Stay clear of this place....

I made reservations at a neighboring hotel, but a business associate who lives in the area thought the rate was too high so he did some shopping. He came up with this nearby hotel at a huge savings so I told him to book. I arrived close to midnight, very tired and checked in. The hotel had a weird odor, the heater ac unit had parts missing so i could […] not tell if the thing was set to heat or air, the room was painted in the weirdest color i ever saw, the TV remote was sticky. This place was not just dirty in some places, it was dirty and poorly maintained everywhere! Most distressing is the fact that the bed was fitted with a very sub par mattress, but I was so tired I did not care. I tried to get to sleep and realized that I was smelling the cologne of a previous lodger, THE SHEETS WERE NOT EVEN CHANGED!!! In the morning MOST DISTRESSINGLY, I HAD TWO BUG BITES. I had planned on contacting the corporate offices but got sidetracked, but now almost a week later, I WAS SO UPSETabout being stuck in a sub sub par room that i searched my email to locate this request for information sent to me at the end of last week. This may have been the worst hotel experience I have had. The rooms smelled of some kind of cleaner. The water was off for sometime due to a pipe breaking. All the manager would tell you was that it would be back on in 10 minutes. It took over 2 hours and caused one of my family members to miss a funeral because they could not get a shower. Decent motel, no laundry bags, phone book or luggage stand, would stay there again but it is not the best Super 8 i have stayed at.

Reasonable for an attempt at a quick nights sleep if you really have to save your pennies. We stayed there for a Michigan Football game, it's about 35-45 mins to Ann Arnbor. The room was clean-ish. It says it was a no smoking room yet there were ashes on the floor behind the night stand which I noticed when plugging my phone charger into the ONLY outlet […] in the room that was accessible, and I either had to unplug the clockradio or the light to do so. The bed was SUPER uncomfortable, my boyfriend sat on the edge of the bed and I swear I almost bounced right off. That continued throughout the night through every uncomfortable toss and turn. During my check for bed bugs I found that the nasty mattress wasn't even covered by a fitted sheet, just a plain old too small sheet tucked in, one good flip during the night and you'd be laying on the 20 year old mattress. EEK. The bathrooms were semi updated, i.e. towel rack, shower curtain/rod and countertop yet the floor of the shower was so dirty I opted out of showering, stuck to the old Polish Shower (sink cleanup and perfume). There was also some weird ratty beatup looking chair thrown in the corner... no table, just a weird chair... not really sure why it was there... had it been bolted to the floor combined with the odd feeling at the hotel, it would have made me think of a certain Criminal Minds episode. I think my friend best described the pillows when she said "it was kinda like using a piece of cardboard for a pillow". There were also cigarette burns in the blanket of our "non-smoking" room. Front desk people were not at all friendly or welcoming. Would not recommend or stay again.

This was one of th grossest places I hae ever stayed. It was "non-smoking" but smelled like old men playing poker. There was a bug in the bed, no screens on the windows, Mildew on the shower, burn marks on the toilet, a mysterious ring around the toilet and they gave us towels with rust stains on them. I t was so gross, next time I will spend an extra […] $50 and stay somewhere a lot nicer and cleaner. there the room door marked no smoking. our 1st room smelled badly with smoke. management did give us another room. towels were also a problem. on a 3 day stay, we asked for clean towels 3 times.

I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of stale smoke. It took trying three more rooms before we got one that didn't ... and all were labeled non-smoking. Overall hotel is too dark and although I'm sure it was clean, just didn't look so.

The room was okay but there was a used wash cloth hanging in the bathroom. Apparently the maid didn't see it. There was no electricity to the TV, we had to call the front desk and someone came and plugged it in. There were no directions on how to make a local phone call and we spent about 20 minutes trying to call a family member who lives in Jackson. […] The girl at the front desk didn't know how either. The room was alright, but not for the price. meet a few guests that were there and they never had hot water till they left Monday morning. we did not have screens on the windows. Overall not satisfied.

Hôtel juste correct. Drôle d odeur à l entrée. Propre, déjeuner juste le minimum. Mais le prix à comparer des autres était très très bien.
