Great location,staff very good,bed very uncomfortable,mold on bath room ceiling ,couldnt get room air conditioning to work right,tv terrible ,.first hotel in cocoa beach that we didnt feal safe at.

i combined business with pleasure. the room had a good enough kitchen and a view of the ocean and pool. the weather was great. we made use of the discounts offered in the area. and ate well. i would reccomend a stay at best western for relaxing. the staff was attentive to our needs.

This is a very typical beachside hotel that has been revamped. Nice pool, next to the beach and close to area eateries and attractions such as Ron Jon Surf Shop. Have stayed there several times and I book it every time I go back.

I made reservations for me & my husbands 14 yr anniversary and this has been the 3rd time we have stayed @ this hotel and I have to say that it has always been a great place to stay , friendly staff and the rooms have always been in fine condition. As long as they have this hotel we will continue to stay there.

I really look for CLEAN,clean clean, I keep a set of flat sheets in my suitcase, just in case I get into a jam..The condition of my room was excellent, spotless, fresh, clean, spotless..the staff was wonderful, fresh brewed coffee, view of Cocoa Beach Pier,,,,,,,,,,it was delightful, I would recommend to familly and friends, they deserve more stars […] .. We could not check into our room until an hour and a half after check-in time. It appeared "dirty"!! Extremely over-priced for the condition!! We will NEVER stay here again!!

The staff was very well trained, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unusually good maintenane for an oceanfront property. Quiet, pleasant room with a good beach. Near good restaurants (Florida's Seafood Bar and Grill) and near the pier.

This was an amazing hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Received a wonderful dscount by booking here instead of at hotel directly. Room came with free hot breakfast that we all enjoyed! We paid more money for a suite thinking we could fix a few meals in the hotel and have a little privacy at night. Both beds are in the same room so no privacy. The full kitchen is barely equipped with anything you would need to cook a meal. No pans, glasses, bowls....etc. Only had four plates, one fork, 3 spoons, 4 knives and a toaster. Hair on shower walls - digusting. Door frame into bath - completely rodded through - you could see interior of wall. Pillows uncomfortable. Wall over bed - filthy with hand prints. Room above - at 2 AM sounded like someone running a marathon for 15-20 minutes, followed by the bed sqeaking for sevel minuts.

Location is great and the breakfast was good, however other than that I was not impressed with the hotel. If I were to stay in the Cocoa Beach area I would pay extra to stay somewhere else.

We loved Stanley!! He was the man who checked us in, he was very friendly, funny, and helpful, as we're most of the staff. The breakfast was awesome!! Banana bread great and my daughter would live on the blueberry muffins. The first room we had before our cruise was a smaller room on the main level. It did not have much room for luggage etc. on our return from the cruise we stayed in a suite on the 2nd level. room was spacious for our family of 4, clean, and made our 2 day stay more enjoyable. Pleasantly surprised by the nice rooms, beautiful courtyard, and easy walk to the beach and fishing pier... especially at such a good price. Backwoods Steakhouse is the place to eat (15% coupon would be better there!).

Hotle is really a converted motel. You directly access the room from outside which leads to a very dirty carpet. Wireless Internet did not work the entire stay despite repeated calls to the provider. Greeted by Stanley at front desk who was friendly helpful and professional. We were allowed to check in 3 hours early at no extra charge. Found room to be very clean and cheery with nice bedding and fluffy towels. Room had a small kitchen area with sink, counter, micro-wave, and frige. A nice bonus we weren't expecting and also a super mkt. across street. […] Very nice heated pool with pretty landscaping. Beach was a short walk over the sea grass on a wooden walkway and from there and easy walk to the pier with restaurants and entertainment. You won't find a hotel closer to the pier break in Cocoa Beach than this one. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with this budget hotel. it well exceeded my expectations. If you're headed to Cocoa to do some surfing, this is the place to stay.

The suite I stayed in was nice on the inside. Very clean and up to date. The outside - not so much. This is a hotel that attracts partiers and was very noisy with drunken guests both day and night. The staff of the hotel was extremely kind and welcoming. The managers even host a happy hour on Thursdays! The rooms were a little damp, but I think that's to be expected with 90% humidity for the entirety of our trip.

The room was extremely damp with a very high mold smell. Perhaps all rooms on the first floor of a hotel near the ocean run this risk, but it was really bad.

Everything was perfect except for the lady from Ron Jon trying to give us passes to the water park. I told her politely I was not interested and she continued to follow me into the breakfast area and show my children a picture of the water park. She put it right in their face. It was very rude and obnoxious.

The first room we were in was extremely damp. Everything seemed to be wet. When we asked to be moved to a different room, we were accommodated pleasantly and the new room was fine, except for a leaky toilet and shower.

Took 4 hours and numerous calls to get our toilet fixed. Room was small but OK...in the annex, not the main hotel, which I didn't realize at the time of booking. Room was very close to the pool, which was small, but very clean. Drinks available at the pool, but no food, apart form candy. 3 minute walk to the beach, which is lovely. Rooms were not ready on time. Beds were hard. Rooms smelled musty. Maid service did not come for 2 days but management did correct that situation when we complained and were very gracious about it. Location was good with easy walk to beach and pools were very well kept. Breakfast was excellent.

we could not check in until after 4:00 which was a bummer, the sliding glass door in our room would not open so we could not use our balcony and then the people above us kept opening and closing theres until late and it made an aweful noise.
