The hotel charged for everything and the prices were crazy. It was $3 for an icecream bar or a bottle of soda...insane. Breakfast was supposed to be included and was not!! Rooms were tiny!!

i thought it was a very well done hotel. No complaints. the only thing i didnt quite like was that the beds weren't as soft i would have liked but nonetheless. still very comfortable. I would recomend this to a friend

The hotel was very comfortable. Although there were 3 weddings going on while we were staying there, one could hardly tell because of the soundproof facilities.

Nice hotel very friendly staff. Food service was good. We expected to be closer to USMA West Point, was actually about 25 minutes away, but after several trips this became routine. Nice drive, nice location.

There was a towel shortage during the length of our stay. There were also no towels available in the pool area and the pool was not clean on the last day of our stay. The jacuzzi was not heated properly and was lukewarm.

Stay was fine. Bring back the breakfast buffet rather than order and serve. Takes too long when the cafe has an event to cater as well.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and checked me in very quickly. I love the fact that there were happy hour and breakfast options available. The room was a bit small. I liked the pool and jacuzzi. It was great before the kids showed up. The kids dominated the jacuzzi.

I loved the renovations they did. I thought the layout was a bit sprawling...but other than that. perfect. we travel to that area a lot on business, and will definitely stay there from now on. the new lobby was awesome. very nice place to relax and get a drink...or work on your computer. the location is also great. right across the street from a new, […] awesome diner (Red Line Diner), and also right near, Starbucks, Panera and Subway. The hotel was clean, decor was pretty. The hotel restaurant was an upscale snack bar; I don't think room service was available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble hooking up to the internet, but their 24 hour tech support quickly resolved the problem (a previous guest had apparently plugged the cable into the wrong port behind the computer […] desk). The TV had a channel "Guide" menu, but no clue to what was on the channels now or later, except for the "pay for view" movies. Otherwise you had to surf, watch the program for a while & figure out what it was. I called the desk to ask if maybe I was doing something wrong, but there was nothing else to be done. No newspaper in the room, no local tv listings. Tried looking online, not very helpful. My room on the highway side was noisy, but if you book a hotel by a highway, you have to expect that. I'm sure if I had asked to move to another room that they would have arranged it. Anyway, I had a lovely view of the mountains behind I84. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and packets of coffee, sugar, creamer, etc. but no water to make them with, unless you wanted to trust the tap water. You can buy bottled water in the snack bar, or pick some up nearby. Lots of chain restaurants in the vicinity--walking distance, even. Overall, it was a nice if not luxurious spot to escape to during our power outage, when all we really yearned for was a clean room where the heat, lights, & plumbing worked, which they did. Just felt like a box , it had no soul. Berakfast was not ready even at 6.30 am . I needed to get on the road and even the coffee was weak and only luke warm. Never again

my wife and I booked this hotel because it was close to bar that we where going to see must see band. the hotel is very clean, and we had no issues with either our room or the hotel. Our only gripe was that we booked a room that had a rate that included breakfast, and the women at the desk kept insisting that we did not. After several hours of protesting […] back and forth she finally gave us a coupon for a free breakfast. after going to breakfast the next moring all I can say is we should of found a diner. I tried to make a belgin waffle and the mix was oily , and when the waffle was done I could not even take it out of the waffle maker. Needless to say I wasn't to happy. The Fishkill Marriott consistently provides a high level of customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness. From the check-in process to breakfast, I am always impressed with friendliness of the staff and their willingness to do anything to make my visit that much better.

The bed was so mushy I had a sore back for a week. The pillows were equally as mushy. The heating system was ancient. It was either freezing in the room or like a sauna. Couldn't find a happy medium for the temperature. Horrible nights sleep.

Stay for a weekend and found the hotel to be a good value. You have the option during the weekend for either a continental breakfast or a menu driven one. The rrom was clean and the housekeping service was good enough to bring a toothbrush for my son. Extra blankets was not a problem either.

First impressions are everything, and this hotel stay was doomed from the beginning. The desk person that checked us in was rude, arrogant and dismissive. He would not upgrade us even though the hotel was 60% full at best. The assigned room was poorly located near vending and ice machines. It did not have the usual refrigerator.
