The hotel advertised free wi-fi and that's a must have for me to stay in touch with work. However, the signal on the wi-fi was so faint the connection kept failing. I called the front desk to complain and the owner kept making excuses but did nothing to fix the problem.

Hotel was dirty sheets stained tv was orange could barley see picture room smelled of strong bleach. Was told had wifi but thier was none when I called they said too bad were sorry been having a problem for a month and were rude about it. Only two pillows and asked for more they never came would not recommend

Fair. Pillows were very flat and small. Had burn holes in sheets. Room had odd odor...later discovered someone's left-over food in room frig.

Overall nice stay, you do get what you pay for and I do not recommend for more than 2/3 nights because the bed is kind of uncomfortable and make sure the maid left towels before you get in the shower. Close to RI or CT beaches (30 mintues).

Our room was extremely moldy and smelled very bad. There were things missing like towel racks, mold all over the ceiling, and the sink had no front to it. The smell was terrible.

Very nice. Happy with the staff. Clean room. Nice to have hot coffee & juice with a bagels & donuts waiting for you when you get up. This is our second time staying at this hotel. Didn't like the hotel at all. Got somking room where i mentioned must be non smoking . Service was bad. Air condition was not working properly.

The room was unclean. Especially the bathroom. The carpet was very dirty. The recliner was filthy. The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel every spring in the bed. Left with sore shoulders and back. Strange spicy smell in room. Won't stay here again!!!

rooms are OK. for the price it is what it is. Room was big, 2 queen beds and lots of extra room. Convenient to Mohegan, a 20 minute taxi ride that cost $24.

We had an issue with the first room they gave us, because the heater wasn't working. But the manager moved us to one two doors down and the heater worked great! The rooms are extraordinarily large. You could throw down an extra sleeping bag or two in the unused space. M wife and I stayed in 2 days and 1 night during a power outage in our neighborhood. The hotel room seemed to be pretty old but clean. The neighborhood is peaceful. The hotel is close to many food outlets and restaurants (located on the Long Hill Road). If you are looking for a short stay in Groton, you may consider this place.

I brought my own spray cause you didn't have a non smoking room with one bed--In this day and age you should have more non smoking rooms so we don't have to smell the smoke which has seeped into everything--I sprayed to get rid of smell, but I think it is wrong that to get a non smoking room I would have to pay $10 more--there are more non smokers then […] smokers--make the adjustment and get the smell out of the chairs bed furniture curtains etc. thanks-Paul Skaityti daugiau

This hotel is on a side street off of the main drag. It is in a convenient location but the location is a bit isolated, which made it feel desolate. Breakfast was very poor. Donuts were stale.....This is the place to stay if you just want a bed. The room was spacious.

The owners were very accomadating and helpful with directions. The room was clean, we had fresh towels every day. The door was off the parkinglot more a motel than a hotel, the bed was comfortable and we had amicrowave and fridg. Overall it was a good ok.

If your just looking for a decent place to stay that is very affordable this might be the motel for you. This was my second visit to this hotel and both times I have been satisfied. The rooms have a mini-fridge and microwave, and the room was clean. If your looking for perfection....keep looking. There were stains on the carpet. One was from an iron, […] however there was no iron in the room. The ice bucket was cracked. There was no switch for the light when you walked in. At night you have to find the lamp in the dark. But all in all it was perfectly fine for us. We will most likely use this hotel again when visiting either Mystic or the casinos. Skaityti daugiau

It was close to everything the service was beyond horrible. I'm a traveling boilermaker and don't require a fancy room but this place was horrible they did not clean our room they did not give us towels we were the only people there biggest mistake don't ever go there

The rates for a Friday and Saturday night were far below the neighboring hotels, and hundreds below the casino resorts. Convenient location, not further than 15 minutes from any of the major attractions, clean rooms and comfortable beds. My only complaint, no coffee makers in the rooms.

I was eaten alive by bed bugs at this hotel! It was a dingy place far from the casinos to begin with, but after being bitten over 20 times it became the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was also very rude about the whole situation.

WE ARRIVED AT OUR DESTINATION AFTED 400 MILES OF TRAFFIC JAMED ROADS WHAT A SITE TO BEHOLD THE HOTEL WAS A TWO STORY WHITE BUILDING MUCH LONGER THAN IT WAS WIDE VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. The light in the bathroom fickered. Tthe owner hit with his hand instead of fixing it properly. It continued to be problem. I had to ask for shampoo. The next day I asked for more which he said,"We don't provided shampoo and he seemed anoyed." I would recommend people stay in the Quality Inn across from the street which is only $20 more expensive.. […] The attitude won't change at Knights Inn because it was the owner that runs it and he is very cheap. it was just as other reviewers said. very basic, but clean. It was much closer and easier to get to Mohegan Sun than Foxwoods casino. I would stay there again for an event at Mohegan, but not for Foxwood events. good, inepensive motel if you're just looking for a place to sleep for the night

Nothing fancy I knew this from the pictures and the price for a friday nite stay. I did think I would have a better nite sleep. The people above walked very heavy. Housekeeping next door @ 7am. The Place wasn't full the parking lot was half empty, No reason to clean a room right next door to a was that was occupied. Dresser drawers were falling apart. […] Empty beer cans behind the dresser. very friendly, check in and out easy. nice size rooms, comfy bed. had fridge and microwave. bathroom light blew at 11 pm and man at desk fixed within 5 minutes! very good stay

For the amount of money I payed per night, I expected more. I could've ignored the smoker's room but carpet and furniture in that place were atrocious. I had to go to a CVS to buy disinfectant to spray the room so I could feel somewhat comfortable touching anything in there. Rooms were clean and sufficient for a nothing fancy budget. However, we had 4 people in the room and only two towels were provided. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned in between nights. Upon our return to the room the next night we need to go get more towels and when we asked why the room wasn't cleaned, we were told to email the manager. […] Overall staff was very unfriendly. Was an average hotel . Could of been a little cleaner. Beds very uncomfortable, but did not expect much with last minute reservations. It is located in the center of all the locations we were visiting, so not bad location.
