It was quite nice for an overnight stay while travelling
Location just off I70 convenient for our stay. We usually spend 1 night before reaching our destination in Virginia. The Hampton Inn has proven satisfactory in the past as well as this year for us.

"A Happy Evacuation"
We escaped Kitty Hawk, NC ahead of Hurricane Irene and headed to stay near our grandchildren in Hagerstown, MD. We have stayed here before and always come back, but just want to say how kind and accomodating the entire staff was during this (potentially stressful) stay. It was very important to us that they understood when we needed to extend day-to-day, […] not knowing when we would be able to return home. They simply made us feel at home. Excellent choice if you are circumscribed into a budget. Very good ratio=quality/price. Beds could have been a little bit bigger. Very decent breakfast included. I will book it again on my next trip. Highly recommended.

"Very comfortable stay"
We stayed three nights at the Hampton Inn in Hagerstown and had a very comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold options. Coffee/hot beverages were great and offered throughout the day and evening. Everyone we met was very friendly and warm. There were plenty […] of restaurants nearby. Also, the hotel is close to the main road but far enough that we heard virtually no noise from the outside in our room. I have stayed at Hampton Inns about five times in the last two years. This Inn supported my perception that Hampton Inns are the best deal in hotels. The Inn is easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good. The room was clean, well organized and comfortable. There are many restaurants within a short drive.
