Hotel workers were not very friendly. The cleanilness of the room was horrible. Mold and mildew in the bathrooms, dirty towels, carpet felt dirty and left the room smelling stale. The bedding did not smell fresh and the bed sank in and was extremely uncomfortable. The rooms definately need updating.

Carpets were very dirty, bedding had hairs in it.... overall ran down. Had reservations for 2 nights and cancelled the second night and headed to a nicer hotel. Would never stay here again!

We had two nights of good sleep on very comfortable beds and cleans rooms.

Locks were broken on door and window. Room was right on main road and was very loud inside (street noise). Air conditioner flooded my entire floor and soaked my luggage. Front desk was unwilling to switch rooms even with these problems. Breakfast was awful, most machines were either empty or broken. Avoid at all costs.

As the other reviewers have stated- its old... Walked into a room with barely enough room to walk between "areas" and automatically smelled like a smoking room but we were in non- smoking. Must be the bad ventilation because the whole place smelled old. Was afraid to let my kids in pool when I saw a guests child (about 9yrs old) cleaning the pool... […] read about possible bed bugs so we took flat sheets and placed them on top of the bed covers (you never know)... comfort wise- felt like I was camping, there's no place like home. If there had been availability at Best Western or Holiday Inn I would have taken it- but they only had single rooms and I would have had to book 2 rooms for myself, my husband and my 8 and 5 yr old* so we went with this place. durty carpet, the matrex bed uncomfortble old and durty, bugs (spire and a roach). It was difficutl to get free wi-fi like is promote, low signal.

When I was checking in the front staff yelled at my son for touching the waffle machine. I did not like how he spoke to my son and I asked for his manager's name, he said Henry, and I am the Manager. I endend up not having breakfast there and went out to avoid Henry the Manger.

The hotel is pretty standard (just needed a quick place to stay on the way to Yosemite). But the front desk staff (owner?) was very friendly and suggested some local places for dinner. A good choice for a clean, basic place to stay.

WEll for a nithgt that i needed rest, this was perfect. Under construction, but best comfort (and I stay in great hotels). It was the only hotel available and I panicked but it was the best sleep I had. (Scimpy on the continental bkfast) but very helpful, clean, nice and quiet.n (Rate was excellent!)

I would have paid extra to stay in a cleaner and friendlier place at Holiday Inn Express which is right across the street. This place was too dusty and filthy for us. Not enough towels for my family, 3 of us 4 got rashes from what we think is from the bedding and it took 20 minutes just to check out.

The room was nice, but there was no tub with a spa in it. Which might be the way it is writen??? I found out that I . . Other then that the room very clean and near freeway with places to eat wihin walking distances. The room was very nice with frige microwave coffemaker in room 2 queen beds are very comfortable.

Nothing negative at all but as what could be expected next to a freeway exit. Staff very helpful and nice.
