The room was cleanper se but in the bathroom there were 2 dead beatles on the floor, for 2 nites. The next day I saw some on the rug. I had to ask for wah cloths 3 times. The breakfast buffet was good and the lady who over saw the buffet was very pleasant and extremely helpful with directions for local places. I was very grateful for her help. The room was okay except that they really need to finish fixing the ceiling where they have done some patching above the bed. Also, the security bar lock was broken and needed to be fixed. The air conditioning unit wasn't so great but okay. I don't know what it would be like in the middle of July or August though. The breakfast room was cramped and […] the breakfast was okay but could have been a bit better. The front desk was super nice and so were the cleaning people I encountered. Not a bad visit, Fairly average but a good value in the over-inflated Lawton hotel market.Very nice buffet breakfast made up for the lack of soap in room. Also off that staff couldn't tell me where the closest ice machine was.

The pictures on internet are deceiving. Taken over 8 yrs. Ago. AC was hot, sauna and heated pool was closed due to broken pumps. In room toilet didn't flush. There was an ice bucket lid no ice bucket... Went to ice machine it had no ice. My sons room had an AC leak and the carpet was soaked. The manager changed our rooms was better but no dirty clothes […] bag. When they cleaned the room the maid there put our pillows and clothes on the floor . Why were they in that room when we had another nite stay. I don't know...so they never put our own pillows on bed and the pillows that came with room was all on one bed.the bathroom floor was wet. Stay was good breakfast was good but the carpet was nasty beds lumpy and a/c leaked on carpet in room in front of door was soaked the whole stay room was musty and the ceiling had cracks in it plugs in room are bad can't plug in chargers for phones or laptops they need updated the pool was cold and the spa was broke it advertised swim through indoor […] outdoor pool but it was closed off I was not happy my mother stayed in another room and the a/c did not work she had to get another room terrible I will not stay in this hotel again Skaityti daugiau

Nothing special, very nice staff checking you in. I think it was the owner I ran across, and he didn't seem too involved. Tons of fast food within walking distance.

Our stay there was nice. The room was clean and comfortable for the two nights there. Was there for our nephew's graduation from Fort Sill. All of the good eating places was close and getting in and out was good. Location was a plus. We will stay there again. Nice for the price.

The customer service was awesome at this hotel but the rooms need to be updated. Some of my tv channels didnt come in, the a/c didnt work right, the room had a weird odor, the funiture was scratched & needs to be updated. I would stay here again being that it was close to everything & the customer service was awesome

It was great. I got extra towels and wash clothes without asking, the room was clean and orderly, the staff was polite, the breakfast was really great, the location to Fort Sill was close. We had a great time and will stay there when we go back in the next couple of months.

You get what you pay for here. The bathroom was horrible! The carpet was ripped up and the rest of the room was just ok the one good thing was the beds where very good to sleep on and the front desk people were very nice but it did look like they may be doing some remodel work and maybe we just got a room they had not got to yet. Went for my son's gradation from Army Basic. The room was clean but very cold even with the heater on. The Internet contion suck was unable to get on line in my room. The breakfast was very very good.

we loved the staff. very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was better than expected. the buildings are older and there have been updates but in all it was worth what we paid and our 4 night stay was enjoyable. We were pleased with the stay. The only drawback was the lively neighbors, celebrating St. Pat's Day early. I brought my earplugs. Both times we visted with the staff on the desk we found them them to be very friendly and competent. The room was fine, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. For the price it is a decent hotel with a typical continental breakfast. If you don't need frills this hotel is worth the stay.

Was expecting a pool due to advertisement. Didnt read lower small print saying seasonal. Just read indoor pool and hot tub. No reason to not be open. Big truck ran for an hour b4 leaving at 6 am... not a bad stay just not a great one either.

I booked 2 rooms. We arrived well after check in time. Rooms were to have refrigerators and microwaves in them. 1 of the rooms was not even cleaned. It did not have a fridge or microwave. The jacuzzi was closed as well as the pool. The rooms were non-smoking but smelled stale. This was in Lawton, OK.

Indoor pool and hot tub/spa were closed for season yet advertised as open,air conditioner in room would not cool and would stay on even when turned to the run fan on option,air filter was clogged and dirty.i was on a trip three weeks before and stayed at another hotel this was supposed to be equally rated hotel with same amenities but ten dollars cheaper, […] I should have spent the extra ten. We stay here when we go to Lawton the staff is friendly, but they really need to update their rooms I feel like I am stepping into the 80's. the bed is comfortable. Sometimes I worry about the carpet not being clean I'm not sure if its because of the color or what so I don't ever walk barefoot on it. Other then that I would recommend staying here .

I was in town to see my significant other graduate from fort sill. I would stay here again if I go back to lawton! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. It's also a perfect location if your going to be in town to go to fort sill (it's only a few miles away). Very pleased with my visit.

Upon checking in to a non-smoking room, i was overwhelmed by the smell of smoke, I called the front desk where I was told, with attitude, "well, I can change you room if you want." I then went back to the office to get my new key. The desk clerk was clearly agitated at having to do this and said she was goingto have to move other people because of it. […] Upon goingto the new room, I discovered the arm and leg of the chair was loose and ready to fall off, the hair dryer was falling off of the wall, the tub and grout were dirty/moldy. But, the worst part was the frame of the bed, it had two sharp bars sticking out of the side, which were covered by the bed skirt. I discovered them by hitting my shin while sitting on the bed. I am glad I discovered it before my 1 year old granddaughter got injured. I chose to wait unitl checking out to report this to the front desk. The man who checked me out seemed uninterested, I repeated again how dangerous this could be and he just said "ok". I then told him I had hit my shin and luckily wasn't seriously injured, he then wrote something down on a notepad #I think he just did this to get me out of there#. As for the maids, their uniforms looked like something you would wear in jail of while working in a hospital. I wouldn't say it was the worst place I have been in, but definitely the worst service. Good hotel for the money. Rooms were clean. The guy at the counter at check-in was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good. Wifi was actually high speed. Lots of food and entertainment close by. I'll stay there again next time I'm in town.

The room was not clean. The last person's soap was left open on the bathtub and the shower head fell off when I tried to adjust the water pressure. Speaking of water pressure, there wasn't any. Very noisy neighborhood and just didn't feel safe during my visit. Would not recommend ever staying in this hotel for anyone.

Had a problem with the heater and got my room switched no questions asked. Breakfast was stocked, if I'm ever in this area again I'm definitely staying here.

The room was in a poor stste of repair,it did not include the microwave like stated online,the air conditioner did not work right, and although it was in a central location the neighborhood was terrible. I will say that the staff was kind and courteous and tried their best to help us out.

The hotel was not very full, but they put me way at the back where it was rather creepy and poorly lit. The toilet was running and flushing itself all night. And I wondered if they knew what a vaccuum was for.

Room was very drafty not well insulated, cold front moved through town was very cold here had the thermostat set to 75 went to work came back and thermostat was reset to 68 it was pretty cold in the room. lot of street noise. but for the price a descent stay

the room when you first walked in smelled moldie and for a king size bed there wasn't enough room to walk around the bed and the tv was just right at your feet instead of a location where you could sit in a chair and watch it. there was not a fridge in the room. The door had a crack so you could see out side the door. Stairs leading up to the room needs […] some repairs so if you had to any kind of walking problems I would recomed to go some where else to stay. The bathroom floor was dirty and none of our trashcans had bags in them. The overall appearance was kinda old looking. It was in a great location, close to everything. Red Lobster next door, A pub Gert's across the street, a few fast food places nearby and close to Fort Sill.

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The only complaint my son had was that the room was lacking a fridge to keep our drinks in. My only recommendation would be to check the outlets in the room. We had some difficulty in charging our various electronics. The only one we could really use and rely on was the one in the sink area. The one plug […] you had to due kind of a balancing act to sustain the charge. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this visit!! We had 3 different rooms. The first room had no bedding no lights, I thought someone was playing a joke on us. The second room was DISGUSTING!!!! We pulled back the sheets and white stuff was on the grbeen blanket, the floor was gross and the tub was mildew EVERYWHERE!!! The third room was okay, I tossed […] and turned in the bed just because of the bed in the other room. We had to move all of our belongings and the girls (workers) had to move the fridge and microwave upstairs to the room...we got there at 8 something and didn't get to rest after a long drive until 11:30p-midnight!!! Rooms were decent and beds were comfortable. Slightly noisey if by the pool at night. Hot tub still not working as I assumed it would be, since broke since at least April on another review. Budget friendly motel. You get what you pay for.

I checked into the Gangsta' Inn about 9:00 pm. Finally got a room key after the desk girl got finished talking with her two friends in the lobby. I took notice of the 2 police cars just sitting in the parking lot. (Later, I felt much safer knowing they were scoping it out.) I opened te door to my room and it was a disaster. Bed unmade, trash everywhere.... […] So I go back to the front desk. They acted unsurprised and unconcerned. They did get me a different room--next door to a rave party apparently.
