Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Hotel manager Mary went to the limit to make my 3 night stay fabulous. Great breakfast and good WI-FI plus lots of good restaurants in the area. Good central place. If back in the area again I will stay here.

The Continental Beakfast was pretty good. Room was clean had refrigerator and microwave, very comfortable.

FRONT DESK WASN'T THERE HE WAS WACHTING TV (8:45 PM), WHEN WE WENT TO OUR ROOM THE TV DIDN'T HAVE BATTERIES AND THE PHONE WASN'T WORKING, ALSO THE WAKE-UP DIAL DIDN'T WORK.

Most enjoyable, Hotel Staff was mist helpful in helping me find locations to which I wished to drive, even to the extent of providing me with MAPQUEST print-outs of routes and maps. At first glance the personnell seemed a little unpolite but later was ok. Room is pretty comfortable but needs to be renovated. Breakfast is good.

Wonderful Hotel Great Place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I They really treat you like family. I have had to stay here a month and I enjoyed every day of my stay. Hotel was easy to find and get in/out of. Room (suite) was spacious and bed comfortable. Only drawback was bathroom cleanliness. Floor was sticky and hairs were here and there. I did not eat the breakfast, but my wife said it was more than she expected. Would stay again for the price.

I am from Monterrey, NL and I went shopping with my family and two friends. The rooms are great, very comfortable beds... but the breakfast should have more variety of food... But it was GREAT for the price we paid.

Good condition and mantainance, nice hot breakfast, new LCD TV´s in rooms with some HD channels, just a problem........ maybe they need change the phone conmuter, the phone service is too bad, very low sound, and connections too slow, definitively I´ll be back to this hotel in my next visit to Mc Allen, Texas

good. hotel comfortable. breakfast choices were a bit limited...we had (cold) scrambled eggs, toast/bagels, cereal milk, coffee and juices. but it was overall ok, and we were thankful for the convenience of eating at the hotel. i would stay here again.

I was gladly surprised by the spacious, clean rooms since this was the first time I stayed at this hotel. Best cost-effective option out there. I will return without a doubt next time I'm in McAllen.

Hotel was well kept and all personnel I was in contact with were very helpful and courteous .Even though it is next to an expressway, the room was quiet. It fit all our needs.

You come to expect a level of service and cleanliness when staying at a hotel with this number of stars. Not the case at this hotel. The staff were polite and efficient. Didn't know what to expect from the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised. Front desk was friendly, Rooms were clean & comfy! Very nice for the money!

Overall the staff at the desk was very friendly and knowledgable. The room however, like shower had used soap, and personal effects from the last visitor, so someone must have forgotten to clean it. Wasn't a good experience. Everything else was fine

It´s a good highway hotel but it needs some maintenance and better front desk service. Convenient price for the service.

The hotel was nice and clean. There was some water damage on the walls, but the room was clean. Probably time for a remodeling. The hot breakfast was good with plenty of selection.
