We enjoyed our short stay. However, I believe parking should be free for guests. Do any of the rooms have no water views?

Hotel was great except for the shower. Great location, nice sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, nice king size bed. I am 6 foot and with the shower head up as far as it would go the spray only reached my throat. The hotel upgraded us (without asking) to a suite - which was large and very comfortable. Just a slight dissatisfaction: They did not grant us even 30 minutes past the check-out time. But we like the hotel very much and its location on the beach and easy walk to restaurants.

A lovely hotel with a great location right on the beach. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Good gym and weight room, nice pool and a great buffet breakfast!

I came not expecting much since it's peak period... I am impressed with the service provided by the hotel. Will definitely be in my holiday destination again. Very kids friendly.

We expected Crown plaza to be cleaner and better. It was a 3.5 star quality. The staff did not know much about the bookings.

We stayed here on our way home to the Hunter Valley after a USA holiday and this was our 2nd time here. What always surprises me, after staying in US hotels, is you arrive and theres no doorman,and very minimal staff overall, there is generally one person struggling on reception - answering the phone while trying to maintain the front desk. Top location, walk everywhere, the only down side was the poor state of the bed and pillows. Would stay there again.

i would have to say it was one of our best stays and we have travelled the world. the pool was actually heated as stated, the spa was hot and working beautifully, the front staff especailly kiriacous were superb and ever helpful. i would recommend the hotel for both the superb service and more so the fact Terrigal is vibrant and full of life.

My husband and I fell off the radar for a couple days following our son's wedding the week before. We were happy but exhausted and this was a wonderful place to rest and recover.

This hotel is in a great location -right across the street from Terrigal Beach. The buffet breakfast was great. Made to order omlettes and change in Menu daily. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that check in wasn't until 3pm, and our room wasn't ready until 3.45pm. Reception staff advised that they would call me when the room was ready, […] but if I didn't check back, I'm sure that it would have been a lot later than 3.45pm as all check in staff were very busy. Reception staff were very nice and apologised. Our room on the 6th floor had lovely views, and it was nice to sit on the balcony for a morning coffee. Parking was $18 a day for secure parking. The air-conditioning in the room seemed a little hot at night - we had to turn it right down at night, but it seemed to be ok during the day. The restaurant could change the childrens menu $15-00 for a 5 inch well cooked pizza and chips. It would of been accommodating if it had some salad, cost $1-00 Main menu $40-00 for a T-bone steak with a few spinach leaves, I asked for medium to well and it comes out with blood seeping from the bone area sent it back and asked if they could re cook it. […] Overpriced restaurant and Not Impressed. Enjoyed stay, very good breakfast, especialy fresh juices and omlettes. Upgrade pleasant surprise. Lovely gym, pool and spa to enjoy. Very helpful staff.

Hotel was across road from beach staff were very helpful room was clean but not all was inside as per expectation only 1 bathrobe and slippers no bathtowels and no toohbrushes could do with a bit more in this area other than that no problems whatsoever.

The hotel is looking a little "tired". Not enough staff at front desk / concierge to handle guests checking out and car valet service. No porter service to assist with luggage on arrival and departure. Would only recommend as there is no competition and the location is superb.

Loved the coffee cart in the breakfast area of a morning. It was awesome and the staff were excellent baristas :) I had a sports massage and it was the best one I'd had in quite some time. Would recommend this place to everyone that can afford it.

I loved the opportunity to have lazy mornings, long breakfasts and relaxing walks on the beach. This was a memorable family holiday even though it only lasted 3 days.

My friend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza, Terrigal for a 3 night stay. We found the staff to be very friendly on arrival and the room was very clean and well furnished with a balcony. We had the buffet breakfast whilst staying there and it was fantastic! Everything you could wish for to eat. You could even get a takeaway coffee from the barista when […] leaving breakfast. The Crowne Plaza is handy to lots of restaurants and nice clothing and gift shops within walking distance and the beautiful beach is just across the road. Erina Fair is also only 10-15 minutes drive away for the movies and loads of shops. We had a wonderful time at the Crowne Plaza and would recommend it to anyone. Skaityti daugiau

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Terrigal was fantastic. We weren't expecting much at all, as we were only getting the basic room. The room was bigger than expected, bathroom was clean, and the concierge was very friendly we felt welcomed. There's an outdoor heated pool, which was a bit too cold to use at this time of year, which was a bit of a disappointment. […] We were brought swimmers expecting an indoor heated pool. Nothing was a problem for the staff which was well trained and had a pleasant and welcoming attitude throughout all departments. The food was excellent - better than one normally expects at a hotel. Room service was prompt and the food was hot. My friend and I were there for a few days rest and relaxation prior to going into hospital; for a major operation. […] We could not have chosen a better venue. The weather was against us for walking and other activities but we enjoyed ourselves inside the hotel whose lounge bar and dining rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel was lovely, in a great location and the staff helpful. However it took ages for anyone to answer the phone from the room and the phone did not work properly. There was also only one dressing gown in the room. The service in the first floor bar was not great. The Tea Tree Spa was excellent. The bar on the ground floor was busy and noisy until […] 2am. Love that the rooms have been updated and refurbished, the outside of the hoteol could now be painted to match the lovely interior. Pool and spa are lovely. Seasalt degustation menu- savouries were fantastic, sweets were a real disappointment, who puts trifle on a $100 menu??? Overall, great hotal, great location!

Comfortable stay close to resturants and across from the beach. Service o.k. however would prefer staff to finish serving you and say goodbye before talking on the phone to some one else and just waving you off.. a little rude.

We booked a two queen bed with balcony room and found it very comfortable and quiet with nice views out onto the ocean. It rained most of the two days we were at Terrigal but the hotel is close to everything so this wasnt much of an inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is very good as it is close to not only the beach but a number of great eateries and other amenities.

Hi we enjoyed our stay at crown, we've stayed before, the only complaints I'd have is the noise at night, dont know if it was the wind banging on the door but we could not sleep on easter sunday night it was so noisy, also the breakfast is too expensive and the coffee in there wasnt worth waiting all that time for.
