Phenomenal stay at the Mercure in Nantes. When checking in, the staff was super helpful. My french is passable, but far from perfect, and the staff was super friendly and accomodating working with me in my broken french. They helped recommend a great restaurant, gave me good directions to a local Tabac, and gave me a map where they pointed out some […] things close by I might want to go and see. The room was great. Modern, clean, and all the appropriate fixings one would expect. They didn't have any smoking rooms (like most of France), but the staff was helpful in getting me a room with a balcony, so I could smoke there. The Wifi was good, fast and free. Only complaint is you kept having to log in every few hours. Not the end of the world, but a little annoying. The hotel bar was well stocked, and the barkeep was friendly. The breakfast buffet was quite superb. Everything was fresh and delicious, and they had quite a nice selection. The croissants were amazing (as it should be in the motherland!), and the fruit juice all appeared to be fresh. The price was a bit steep, but not a bank buster. On the day I checked out, I still had some meetings in the morning, and the staff was incredibly helpful by holding onto my luggage so I didn't have to carry my big suitcase with me all over town. I swept through and grabbed my luggage before my train. I would definitely stay here again. I will be recommending this hotel to all my business contacts who travel through Nantes. Skaityti daugiau

We loved the hotel. However, our room was too hot. We had the heat completely turned off but the room never cooled down. The hallways were hot too, so opening the door in hopes of cooling down the room was not an option. We did get a fan from the front desk which helped a little bit. They said air conditioning was not an option due to it being December. […] Also, our room looked down into the lobby. The first night we were there there was a lot of noise from people in the lobby in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the noise just echoed around the entire lobby and kept us from sleeping. Great location, near where the airport bus drops you. Room was comfortable, clean, staff were generally friendly (although they were not great on tourism advice). Breakfast buffet was very good, plenty of food and helpful staff. Overall a very good hotel.

Can not fault the hotel or the staff- excellent services. Ideal location for a weekend stay. The ongoing road works made it difficult to find the hotel but it did not cause to much stress.

There is no way that this hotel deserves four stars. the rooms are like any generic hotel that you would find alongside a motorway. The bathroom was dirty and there were signs of wear and tear everywhere. Very central location and Nantes as a city was a revelation. A vibrant, multi-cutural thriving metropolis. A large, efficient hotel with very comfortable beds. Reception staff not very smiley but dont let that put you off, they were helpful when l wanted to book a restaurant for dinner.

Excellent accueil. Adminrablement bien situé en plein centre de Nantes. Chambres soignées et fonctionnelles. Petit déjeuner européen auquel il manque quelque tranches de bacon avec un oeuf sur le plat !

L'hôtel vaut surtout pour son emplacement bien central. Le confort est standard pour un établissement de cette catégorie: bonne literie, bonne tenue générale. Mais les chambres sont assez petites et sans charme particulier. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité.

C'est hôtel très calme et spacieux. Les chambres sont jolies et confortables, la salle de bain assez grande avec de beaux matériaux.C'est un hôtel à recommander vivement également pour l'accueil du personnel.

I stayed this hotel for one night. It was a little bit small for 2 person, but equipment was ok. Especially I like the big shower in the bath room. Location is perfect! There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. Even If you would like to move far, it's no problem. they have parking area too.

Poichè purtroppo russo nel sonno mia moglie gradisce dormire in stanze con due letti separati.Per questo motivo mi hanno alloggiato in una terribile stanza al primo piano con vista sulla reception dell'albergo(!!) e con impossibilità di aprire le finestre per cambiare l'aria:alle mie rimostranze mi è stato risposto che quella era l'unica stanza a due […] letti che avevano.Se me lo avesero detto prima avrei cercato un'altra sistemazione!Siccome probabilmente non la usa mai nessuno le cameriere ne ignoravano l'esistenza e non passavano a pulirla!Buona la posizione dell'Hotel nel perfetto centro della città di Nantes. Excellent accueil, le personnel de la réception, du bar, du petit déjeuner est souriant et serviable. La chambre est agréable et confortable, l'hotel bien placé. Le seul problème est l'incroyable complexité de la circulation à Nantes, mais cela l'hotel n'y est pour rien.

Cet hôtel est situé dans le centre ville de Nantes et il a une position très centrale ce qui est fort appréciable. Le personnel est charmant. L'hôtel possède son garage avec supplément mais un prix très correct. Bref, un excellent hôtel de Ville.

Hôtel très bien situé et d'un prix prix abordable, chambres fonctionnelles et silencieuses; bonne literie. Un petit bémol toutefois, le prix élevé des petits déjeuners (17€ par personne)

Aucune souplesse apres avoir eu affaire à la reservation generale. Prevnir des difficultes d'acces le samedi. Aimerions des croissants chauds au petit dejeuner à la chambre.

Pleinement satisfait de cet hôtel (pour une fois...), accueil et service de qualité, en plein centre ville mais calme, proximité de restaurants et boutiques, très confortable.
