Radisson Hotel Providence Airport - Warwick

The hotel is okay. Nothing great. If you need a quick place to stay and don't want to be in the city (Providence), then this is a decent option. It's got great amenities, but it's a little rough around the edges. The wallpaper in my room was peeling, and the shower was that great in terms of pressure. The Radisson is a nice place to stay and right across from TF Green airport. The staff was extremely helpful with getting us information on transportation to Newport and options to take. The room was clean and the beds were sleep number beds which made the stay nicer.

The hotel is 2 minutes from the terminal. Pickup took three phone calls and forty minutes. Each time the comment was "our driver just got back and will be right there". Otherwise, the hotel was ok...probably not four star quality but ok.

Only stayed overnight, and it was sufficient for what we needed. Only complaint is the bathroom is too small.

For being a learning hotel they did great! We're awesome about our late arrival and even though we didn't need anything through out our stay the convince of location was great and the room was amazing and cozy for a very reasonable price!

Close to airport, free shuttle on demand, fabulous staff, close to restaurants. Room not luxurious but nice.

I liked the room (119) but was a little weirded out that when I arrived the bathroom window was open to the courtyard and it doesn't even have a screen. Also, I LOVE the free weights and bench in the fitness room but cable on the lat pull down machine needs to be lubricated. Everything was great! Loved the room, the size was perfect. The only thing that was disappointing was the bed. The website said it was a Sleep Number Bed and when we got into the room it was a Simmins Beautyrest. The bed was still great, just not what we were expecting. We are considering buying a Sleep Number Bed, and couldn't "try it out"

Everyone was so accommodating, all my needs. I was vacationing, disabled, visiting long lost family not seen in over 30 yrs. For 8 days. The staff shuttled me to meet with my family anytime the shuttle was not busy. Most helpful, kind and appreciated by my family who could not drive and my disabilities. The staff, management, and trainees could not […] have been nicer or done more for me during my stay. I needed a refrigerator in my room and was supplied one with in 15 minutes. I stayed at this hotel when my house lost power for a few days following a snow storm. Wasn't overly thrilled with the experience. There were several cleaning products left inside the bathroom from housekeeping. The beds were uncomfortable. Room service was great though.

I arrived about 7PM on a very cold evening. Desk personnel were pleasant and friendly. That was nice because I was traveling alone and am a senior. The room was clean, nice, etc., but cold. Thermostat on the wall read 52 degrees - I couldn't make the heat go on - called the desk and assistance was prompt. The problem was dead batteries in the thermostat […] which she replaced. I was in Connecticut for one week. I stayed at this hotel for one day at the beginning of the trip to sleep off a 4-hour layover in Atlanta. When I had two extra days at the end of my week, I didn't think of staying anywhere else. My second stay was as good as the first.

Everything was very nice. Breakfast waitress was friendly, food was great. Legal Sea Foods next door is certainly convenient. Only complaint would be the lack of an on screen TV guide listing which made finding something extremely difficult and frustrating. I understand this problem is something akin to a lot of hotels, but what a drag.

The beds were very comforatble, the rooms were clean, the TV's were very nice and large-ish, and the bathroom was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The common areas were really inviting and well-decorated. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space/patio around the fountain. The only things I was not wild about were the location and surroundings -- really […] too close to the airport, and the view looked like a post-apocalypse movie. Very nice courtyard, nice rooms, pleasant employees. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste they gave me one of each. Rooms were clean, the restaurant in the hotel was very nice and they had great food, nice staff. Great experience I was impressed.

This hotel was clean, welcoming and convenient to our needs. The staff, students of J&W Univer., were very accommodating, friendly and attentive. (especially in Libations, the restaurant). The sleep number bed was the icing on the cake. We will definitely stay there again when traveling to R.I.

Great value and really nice hotel. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which was so handy. Stay on the 2nd floor that way you will hear no footsteps above you. Overall a great choice! There is also a Legal Seafood restaurant right next door so you can walk over and get a great meal. Very satisfied customer.
