Hampton Inn Birch Run/Frankenmuth - Birch Run

Convenient to Little Bavaria, Zehnder's and Bronners. 2 person hot tub in the room and regular bath tub in the bedroom area. Had to try it....where else can you soak and watch TV at same time. Warning....huge tub will take at least an hour to get water level correct to jets work. Too funny!

Bed linens were nicely laundered. Overall, very nice accommodations.

The hotel looks really old and run down. The hotel has this old and musky smell when I check in. Our bathroom door does not close properly and the lock does not work. We had to turn our A/C off because the noise was really loud. The pool was really small and crowded. We decided it's not worth our time to use the pool. We had to tell our daughter it's […] not safe when it's crowded at the pool. The "full breakfast" was not good and very tight space to get our buffet style food. I took a nibble at the scrabble eggs and threw the rest of the food away into the trash bin. We skipped the hotel "full breakfast" and drove straight to Bob Evans Resturant for breakfast instead. We came to Frankenmuth/ BirchRun for our anniversary get a way, and the hotel and the area was very nice. We definatley like the Hampton/ Hilton hotels and would recommend it to our family and friends. Everyone at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. Thanks for a good stay. The hotel was wonderful, we had a fantastic experience. Directly across from the Birch Run Shopping Outlet and less the 10 minutes from Frankenmuth there was plenty to do and see. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was very helpful.

Great hotel.....wonderfully located for shopping at birch run or visiting frankemouth. Did expect it to be noisey, since the hotel seemed to be booked up, however was pleasantly surprised with the quiet, even in the am!! We did however wake up late on one of our days stay here and went for the complimentary breakfast to find that there was not much […] left at 945. We were close to the outlet mall shops. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also not far from Frankenmouth and Saginaw.

The service was great, breakfast good, jet tub awesome... one quirk though. The mattress was super firm like hardwood floor firm, but the turn day into night curtains were awesome, the jet tub was amazing, and the price was dynamite! Great place to stay.... just soft bed sleepers beware.

For the most part it was good, the staff was attentive, the hotel was clean, the room was nice. It would have been nice if the people in the room next to us would have smoked outside instead of in their room, since it was a non smoking hotel.

My stay was excellent. The people were friendly and helpful. The room was the nicest I've stayed in, in a ling time. The breakfast cook, Maximus, made us smile and cooked some great eggs. Thank you!

I enjoyed the stay even though it was for one night. The desk clerk called my room shortly after I settled in to ask if everything was o.k. Never had that happen before. The breakfast attendant was extremly helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will stay again.

I love that Hampton cleans the bedding each time and they are so soft and comfy. I have stayed at Hamptons whenever I travel and I have to say in this one I was a little disappointed in the size of the room. It seemed small. There were 2 queen beds in the room, but not much floor space and no ref. or microwave. coffee in the bathroom which seems unsanitary […] to me and no coffee bar in the room to put this on. Other Hampton's have always had these features, so was kind of disappointed. 4 people on the room was a little tight. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. full-on menu, I swear. Great perk. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. We were disappointed that it was posted adult (18+) hours from 10-11pm for the pool and spa, and it was filled with kids. So much for a romantic kid free evening. Room and other services were fine, one of the timers on the Belgian waffle maker was broken so some people burned theiirs.

If you are doing a tourist or shopping trip to Frankenmuth, Mich., Birch Run is a great place to stay. Right off the freeway, it's less than 10 minutes from downtown Frankenmuth. The Hampton Inn was very comfortable, with a nice indoor pool and hot breakfast for a great rate.

For the price that I paid for the room it was amazing. The jacuzzi tube was clean and worked well, the whole room was neat and tidy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were no issues that I can think of that would make me not use this hotel again. Had a wonderful experience.

Morning breakfast was awesome as was our service provider for it ! Room was ok also, a little disappointed in the small T.V., and trying to turn it on ! Noticed in the bathroom that the toilet was built for kids as I thought I was setting on the floor almost. All in all a good value for the cost. . The main floor is a little beat up but clean. This is an older Hampton property and they haven't redone the bathrooms, but the rooms were very clean and it was very quiet.

We highly recommend this motel. We chose this location as our family was shopping after Christmas at Birch Run. Had several younger children with us who weren't interested in shopping, so we stopped at the Hampton to find out when our rooms might be ready. This was around 9:30 AM and check in time was 4 PM. The attendant on duty, Kurtis, said our rooms […] were available at that time, so we were able to unpack and bring the kids back during the day to swim. Hotel is too old, needs updating and the breakfast is the worst of the Hamptom that I've stayed. The service at reception is terrible and the pillow and sheets smells. Would not stay if ever at Birch Run again!
