Very friendly staff and very good location near major highway and dining/shopping district.

Excellent facilities, attentive staff, good food. Only thing we would have liked was a small fridge to store Meds and specialized food.

Observations: Positive - 1) clean bathrooms. 2) clean and comfortable bed and sheets. 3) Reception desk personnel were helpful, nice and can speak English when needed. Negative - 1) Some smell when you enter the room. 2) toothpaste was not provided in the room unless you asked for it. 3) Bedroom and washroom are very small, can feel claustrophobic. […] 4) Quite a long drive to reach downtown Montreal. Stayed here with my wife and children. Most other patrons were business people. Very nice hotel. Clean, quality finishes, liked atrium. Pool and exercise room nice. Neighborhood not for walking around.

Not happy with the front desk when I checked out they doubled charge me without doing any effort to make sure it was already paid so I have to do all the work for them. And I asked for a join room and when I called the lady said they will try but they can't guarantied and when we got there the guy said they don/t have any join rooms so one of them was […] lying......... Really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. "Kids eat free" was a great deal! The food choice and presentation was excellent! 5 minute drive to La Ronde - it's what we were looking for!

Our stay was awesome - the only issue was that we had a room near the ice machine which was a very busy location on our first night. If you stay on the street where the hotel is located, the road will take you into Longueuil, which is very picturesque.

Except for the slowwwwwwww elevator, this hotel was excellent! Clean room, polite bilingual staff and a beautiful decor inside and out!

Great for a weekend stay. Close to A-20 and Metro (subway) station to Montreal. Very convenient for public transit -- take bus route 20: it runs express to the Metro. 81 will get you back after the last run from Montreal. Get your schedules online though because you really need to know the timings or you will be frustrated. Comfortable hotel.

Good: In a location where we could quicky access the Metro and major highways - easy to access Montreal and surrounding area. Great customer service. Clean/comfortable rooms. Very well maintained and staffed hotel. Everything was the way it should be, except it's not convient to restaurants, entertainment, etc.

Good in general. Can't comment on restaurant as we did'nt eat in the hotel. Computers should be upgraded as they don't function properly. Thanks.

Hotel was great. Great location next to amusement park. The wifi connection was not good in the room due to many connecters possibly. Breakfast was great.

the first morning they forgot to wake me up eventhoug I ask for a wake up call the night before, I choose that hotel because of the hot tub but for all of my 3 days of stay the hot tube was not workable, we didnt have a bathe tube in our room and I was not aware because i have choose a king size bed, I dont think that i will choose that one again,

Great value, very nice looking and clean hotel with great service. Also, great breakfast buffet was included in our rate.

We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night.The hotel had booked a party directly below us until 1 AM.Music was too loud to sleep to.I would have thought the hotel would have only assigned rooms to guests attending the party above the party room, to avoid disturbing guests not attending the party.We called at midnight to find out when the party would […] end,but the staff did nothing to help us.When we told the staff about this the next morning,they seemed surprised anyone would complain.They offered us no compensation for our sleepless night. Hotel very convenient with a very good service. The room was clean and had a good size. The only trouble was his location because it's difficult to go downtown to Montreal island, many bridges and it takes quite a long time ( 20 to 30 min)

The hotel is atrium based. Very well organized. It appears to be new. Rooms were clean and modern internet connection worked well. dining room was neat, courteous staff and good sized swimming pool and gym. Location is a few miles from downtown Montreal but definitely worth it compared tondowntown premiums. We'd stay there in the future.

we stopped here on our way home to Ontario. We were pretty desperate for a hotel as it was getting late, and many others along the hwy were booked up. This one seemed so inexpensive, i was a bit worried. However, it turned out to be perfect for an overnight. The desk staff were very nice and check in was easy. The room was clean, spacious, with comfortable […] beds. There is a pool, but we didn't have time to check it out. Kids under 12 eat for free and we took advantage of that. The location is on the edge of an industrial area, and there is nothing beside the hotel. However if you want to walk, the downtown of Longueuil is about 45 minute walk, or 5 minute drive. There are many shops, lively cafes and restaurants. We had a super dinner and worth the drive down the road. So I wouldn't be afraid of the price, this hotel has EXCELLENT value for the traveler. The hotel was noticed from the highway, easy to get to. It was a nice comfort stay. We wanted something to eat and sat at the bar/restaurant. The food came quickly, was hot and tasty and just what we wanted. Easy to get back on the highway in the morning.

Over all it is good clean hotel. The room size wes small for 4 people and their stuff. We eat restricted food. There is no kitchen facility available. You have to request restuarant staff to warm your food. Oher than this we enjoyed our stay. The location is good beside the river.

About two weeks after i left the Hotel, I was charged $800.79 for a 32 inches broken TV; which was already been broken before my stay at the Hotel. If you are given room 304, be very careful after turning the TV on. The hotel surrounding was filfthy, very bad odour . NOT much on the breakfast. Fruits were not as fresh as thought. Bar price too high. A pint @ $9.00!!!!!!

I was so impressed with the customer sefrvice my dad and I received. From the impressive breakfast buffet, to the extra towels and coffee that got delivered in under 5 minutes to the friendly staff, this hotel can consider me a faithful customer.

This was a great hotel for a family trip to Montreal. While we were not right in the city--the price and the pool made up for the drive into town. The younger kids had free breakfast as well!
