We stayed here on both ends of our trip. The building could stand a remodel but it was clean, quiet, and the staff was exceptionally helpful! Good Pho across the street!

For the price we paid, it was an amazing deal. Free buffet style breakfast in the morning, plus shelter for 15 people, it couldn't get better. The location the hotel is situated in was about 4 mins away from the workshop we attended. I would stay here again, even on a leisure getaway. The hotel is also 30 mins away from D.C. I booked the hotel the night before I had to fly in. The hotel was nice and located right near the data centers I was going to be working in. Breakfast was great as well! I would stay here again if I'm ever in the Reston, VA area.

breakfast is good for sure, but the room is not clean. The worst thing is the hotel shuttle is not scheduled as gustes' time, we have to follow their schedule. The front desk service person always gives me a poker face and looks like i own her money!!!!!!!!

Overall, a great stay. Very easy, quick and painless checking. The room was comfortable. The wifi and internet speed was very reliable and fast. Also, the breakfast was the best "included" breakfast I've ever had. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We travel to conferences and for leisure all over several times a year. The staff we encountered during our stay have demonstrated professionalism, effectiveness, and good manner, much better than other hotels with much higher stars rating. Hotel's "soft" quality is always more important than "hardware" quality to us. The room is reasonably neat, clean, […] and equipped. The staff listened to our needs and questions tentatively and acted effectively to provide answer or make proper arrangement. For those food options are important, there's a supermarket next door, a very nice organic market across the street, numerous and diversified eateries to choose from within walking distance (from fast food to Chinese, India, Mexico, Italian, pizza, Mediterranean, Irish bar, etc). I was 100% satisfied with this hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean hotel/room, prompt airport shuttle, great continental breakfast and great location. On the same street of the hotel are many restaurants, right next door to the hotel is a Safeway grocery store. If I had to make a suggestion I would suggest adding a fan into the restroom. This hotel was a great bargain, and it's across the street from a great Indian restaurant (and I heard the Thai place is good, too). My only complaint was that the in-room fridge made a whiny noise that woke me up a few times.

Excellent service. Great accommodation. The area was very good an I liked the convenience of the location. Transportation services was superb. I will definitely reccommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast buffet was very good, excellent service. The airport shuttle was very proffessional and on time.

The rate was excellent, the location is convenient, the room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The complimentary breakfast was the "icing on the cake"! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast finished at 9:00 am though it was supposed to be available till 9:30 am. Everything was removed or closed .Otherwise it is good hotel to stay.

We had a blast! Planning on making another trip back! The front desk clerk was super sweet and the maintance man was very polite! The rooms were clean and well kept! Can't wait to go back!

Very comfortable room for 3 or 4. Staff were on the ball. When we perceived a problem with the tv and called the front desk, someone came to the room within about 5 minutes to help us out. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, with very friendly and courteous staff. The amenities were good. I enjoyed the bikes available on loan -- it made moving around in the neighbourhood very easy. The location is very convenient, with a free shuttle service to Dulles airport.

There is a lot to be said for a super comfortable bed. Our night here was a final night of a long trip that included stays in Hotels costing more than 3 times the rate at this Holiday Inn Express.
