We had a late arrival and the front desk was unable to give us keys...machine down. They had to let us in to our room with a master key. The hotel is tired..

Nice sized room. Very clean. The rooms are quiet. Would definitely consider using this hotel again. 2 minor issues. No bottle opener, & the diverter for the shower leaks & should be replaced.

Good location off Queensway. Delivers what you expect - happy with hotel. Good hotel on a budget - breakfast simple but adequate. Pariking free. Next to St. Laurent shopping mall so you can shop and be back in hotel in 5 minutes.

Staff is very friendly. Beware that some rooms are smoking. Even if you get a non-smoking room, the smoking rooms are right across the hall. The room was clean and comfy. The only complaint about the room is that the temperature is hard to control. Good location, right next to restaurants and St Laurent Shopping Centre.

This Hotel was close to the job site I was working at. Close to the mall and some good restaurants. Probably would stay again while working in Ottawa.

It was ok for the price. The air conditioner was exceptionally loud and impossible to sleep. There was no microwave in the room. The room was clean.

Didn't have high expectations for my stay here, but even with that said I was very disappointed. The room was supposed to be smoke free but stank of smoke, due to everyone outside smoking right below my windows. I couldn't even close the window because there is no AC and the room was very hot. I had my 3-month old baby with me so I was forced to choose […] between temperature and odor, not a good situation to be in. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We checked in late in the evening and only spent less than 12 hours there. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but we felt that it could have been cleaner around the edges. The free breakfast was okay, but would have been better if there was a place to sit and eat instead […] of taking it back to the room, because then everything was cold. nothing special about this hotel, hall way carpet is blown, old and dirty. room ok, except the drain is very slow. one of the less expensive hotels, so did not expect much anyways.

Perfect for a short stay. If you can live with a non-functional micro-wave in the room it's a good place! Breakfast is ok, too bad there is no place to eat. Better eating in the room than eating in the hall way. Staff were all right! I will go back.

Upon arrival, room was very chilly, and the climate controls where very well camouflaged. You pickup your breakfast near the front desk and bring it to your room, quite a hastle if you have to climb a floor and open 3 doors with your arms full. Bath had no floor carpet.
