The staff were very nice and understanding as was our third party agent when we had to relocate. Our room was typical, clean and beds were okay. We only stayed one night of 3 since we did not know they were under construction and it's a major remodel. We were staying in a hotel due to renovation in our own home. We will try back after it is done.

The staff was very nice The continential breakfast was good but the area that it is served in is very small. The room was very small. It was very inconvient getting from local restaurants and back to hotel because of the exits.The price was reasonable but we got what we paid for.

Not for a romantic getaway or anything like that. We went for a friend's wedding, and needed a place to stay nearby. That's exactly what we got, but nothing else.

The only complant I have is there was no room to have breakfast. Three tables for the whole hotel just did'nt cut it!

I have to say that I was a little hesitant about renting a room here after reading some of the reviews but what a surprise. The room was very clean and smelled nice and the beds were very comfortable, the AC worked well and the room had a very nice flat screen television. The room and bathroom/shower were TINY. They didn't even provide you will full sized pillows. The hotel had an old mildew smell to it and the staff was not friendly at all. The woman at the front desk didn't say hello when we checked in or out. I'm never staying at this place again.

Friendly staff, easy access, great price. Refrigerator in room was plugged in , but did not work. Hotel chairs had a cloth seat which was filthy, and they need to be thrown out immediately. room 123. Other than thta, very nice place. i would stay there again in a minute.

This is a clean adequate place to stay in the Eastern Shore. Front desk very helpful and friendly. One complaint is some noise being on highway side and downstairs. Air conditioning not terrific either.

Room had a bad smell. It was very warm in the room and thry did not have the air on, we slept with the baconly door open, that is how warm it was.

I only stayed for 1 evening and found the hotel and staff to be hospitable. Amenities were good and staff was friendly. Decent restaurants nearby nad an overall safe environment. Would recommend to anyone staying for a few days.

Convenient to Centreville. A little 'worn' around the edges but relatively clean. The pillows left a lot to be desired. Too small to be comfortable.

Nice hotel but the beds were uncomfortable...too soft. But great location, staff was wonderful, and nice continental breakfast.

I will not stay at this hotel again. For the price the rooms are small. the bed is uncomfortable, to walk into the building you pass a dumpster that smells like rotting fish. The breakfast buffett they endorsed at the VFW behind them was terrible! The other hotels at Kent narrows are much better.

Located centrally to a major part of the Chesapeake Bay, this hotel fit the bill. The rooms and decor were modest and small, yet very clean, maintained and well supplied. From the outside, this looks like a fairly nice hotel. Once I got to my room, things changed drastically. The room itself could use a very good cleaning. There was black mold all around the shower enclosure and the shower itself had a strong smell of urine. The carpeting also had an odor that did not go away until I ran the air conditioner for about […] 3 hours. The ice machine was disgusting. There was brown water dripping from it and there was mold all around the ice chute. About 2 hours after I arrived, I decided to relax and watch the TV. When I turned it on, there was nothing but static. I figured this was a temporary thing (cable does go out from time to time). I went out to get some dinner and when I returned, it still was not working. I called the service desk and no one answered the phone after about 20 rings. I tried again about 30 minutes later and the woman who answered said there was a power surge earlier in the day. This surge required them to go to the guests rooms and reset the TV. Since she already knew this, it would have been reasonable for her to say this when I checked in. A minor inconvenience, but one that could have been corrected very easily during check-in. Very convenient to US50/301 at exit 43, across Bay Bridge from Annapolis but therefore inexpensive, for the state Capital area. Easy access to Main St/Rte 18 for anything in Queenstown-to-Stevenville area. Small pool with too many silly rules posted. Very clean room and bathroom. Nice firm mattress. A/C not too noisy. Night […] auditor was missing when we arrived about 2315, with no sign on desk and no answer to switchboard - came back from errand after a few minutes, but a sign on desk announcing same and return time would have allayed anxiety. Close to main highway, clean, room we stayed in quiet, roomy. Attendants friendly,helpful, close to many good restaurants sights. Good for quick stay over or couple of nights-no pool, no exercise room continental breakfast offered, and internet service.

This hotel is a great deal for the price. The weakness is the very thin walls. Sounds travelled and I felt like people were so close that they were in my room. Otherwise, the hotel was extremely clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast was actually decent with decent coffee available all the time. No fitness room at this price.
