The exterior of the motel leaves you second guessing, but interior is clean and attempts to update rooms have been made. Beds are comfortable. Worth the stay. Accessible to numerous restaurants .

My overall stay was pretty good but I had a couple of issues. The person that checked me in was really friendly. He gave me a room in the very back of the hotel and it was just only me. I pull around and as I park I seen a big group of guys walk out there hotel being loud making their way upstairs where I'm guessing they had other friends up there plus […] it was spring break. I went back to the lobby to change out the room and he was very understanding and put my closer to the lobby. I probably wouldn't stay here again since a outside walk up room isn't my thing. Thru out the night I can hear people walking up and down, being loud, and cars parking. If your a girl and your by yourself it's probably not the best hotel to be in. Skaityti daugiau

It was very dirty, I even slept with my own blankets and pillows, and walked around with socks on at all times. It was also deceiving booking it on hotels.com. I would never recommend this motel, not hotel.

The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The eggs and sausage both monings I had continental breakfast however were stone cold. I did use the microwave to heat them, but they should have been hot when served.

This motel is about as close to the center of Addison as you're likely to find. It's an older facility, so the decor is fairly dated, but with the lights out and your eyes closed, who can tell? The room was clean, stocked with all the expected items (soap, shampoo, lotion, glasses, coffee, etc), and small appliances (hair dryer, coffee pot, iron & ironing […] board). The clerk who checked me in was very helpful, even changing my room for one on the first floor when I was originally assigned a second floor room and there is no elevator (bad knees, can't climb). wish we would have had a heads up on the construction/re-modeling of other rooms in the hotel, which just so happened to be next door and the following 4 doors down. After the crew had called it quits for the day, right around 5:30pm, the neighbors on the other side of us, decided to stay outside on the "porch" all night and continue to get even more […] drunk. (completely agree, and absolutely NOT against the idea that people drink and relax while on a get away/vacation) The problem we when they became rude and obnoxious, using inappropriate language and making degrading comments and not taking the hint even after closing door, curtains and turning lights off in our room. completely understand that hotels are not responsible for how guests act and what they may say while intoxicated, i think it was a combination of the construction, loud saws, loud slamming of doors, constant hammering all day long, and shouting of workers among one another to hear each other over all the other chaos going on around them, lol, a combination of all of those things, on top of my rude neighbors that made our stay anything BUT relaxing!!!! Unacceptable other than the bed. Had a "bottom of the line" appearance and feel. We were quite surprised that it did not live up to its name. Were scheduled to spend three nights, but checked out after one.

I have been staying at this hotel on and off since 2005 and it's currently undergoing a refurbishment, some of the rooms are s little dated... But now with the refurb my room was bright, clean and new from top to bottom. Anyone who doesn't like s hotel door that opens to a courtyard not a corridor should be more careful when booking and not write a […] bad review afterwards???? It was horrible!! The staff was very rude and treated me like i was stupid. The sheets smelled like cologne and random people would knock at my foor. I dont recommended this place to anyone. It was torture sticking it out for 2 days!!!

The room smelled like new paint which gives me a headache, the air conditioning clunked enough to wake me up, & the bath towels were least 5 years old. I would prefer not to stay here again. On a positive note, many fine restaurants surround this location.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good, but it felt like Low Quality Inn because of junk stored around the rooms, a moldy looking bathtub and a smokey smell in the non-smoking room.

I had selected this hotel based on other reviews and its location, but I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else. Other than the main traffic area the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. It smelled of heavy cigarette smoke and I saw two cockroaches. The location is ideal, but the rooms need drastic updates and maintenance. […] The ceiling in the bathroom had several brown water marks from a leaky roof and the fixtures and carpeting appear to be orginal from decades ago. The hotel is in dire need of renovation! Room is in poor condition, and TV was extremely old. Although it was obvious the room had been sprayed for roaches, they were present and large everyday during my stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room appeared to be clean enough. Hot water and shower pressure were good. But the decor is horribly dated and unwelcoming. The air conditioner was not plugged in, a lamp didn't work, and the non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and cheap men's cologne. Between the awful decor, cheap feel of the room, […] and the hotel's abundance of sketchy-looking people walking around, I could never recommend anyone stay here. Stayed here for a quick trip to DFW. I chose this place because of the price and proximity to my destination. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I had a quiet and nice experience here.

I've booked a couple dozen hotes through hotels.com and this was by far the worst. Proof that you get what you pay for. It was convenient to my meetings, but that is about it. Dingy, old smell in the room. Light fixtures broken, extremely dirty tub and sink, and a not real pleasant smell coming from the linens. We stayed there for a day and initially it looked like its a good hotels . But unfortunately the whole night till morning there were people who were shouting talking and partying . Neighborhood was not good that's the reason. Also the pillows were not good tried hard to sleep but couldn't . Wont be staying again and wont recommend this to anyone.

Reserved hotel room because of plumbing issues at the house. Had my 11year old daughter and her friend...they had a great time in the pool and loved the continental breakfast that they offered as well. All in all this is a great place for a short stay...very convenient location and surrounded by tons of restaurants and things to do. Safe neighborhood .. […] Addison police don't mess around!! We had to make a last minute reservation when we came home from work and the AC was not working. The motel is convenient to many eateries in Addison (try BJ's microbrewery down the street!) and was a pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price (in an area where prices tend to be high). The only thing appealing was the pool. It was clean although the lounge area around the pool appeared dirty due to moldy looking ground. The furniture in the room and carpet had spots on it, the wall inside had water damage. The iron didn't work. They ran out of the hot breakfast items at 9:15 although breakfast was not over until 10:30. The grounds […] were unkept, grass needed cutting, old folded up carpet unnder the staircase. This was a wonderful, basic place to stay. Service was wonderful, and the room was clean. It is a very convenient location to anything in the Addison, TX area...many places within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were quick and painless. If you want a nice, clean room that is not overpriced, then do not hesitate to stay here.

The room was clean and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable! The service was a little slow but we did check in late and there was a sign stating they would return shortly. The staff was friendly and fun to joke around with. It was convenient in location to the local night life and an overall plesant stay.

Great hotel for the money. With the exception of outside doors (expected in some value hotels), everything was fine. Good Indian restaurant next door.

If you want to travel to the 'Big D' but want a convienient and comfortable hotel as a reliable, clean, helpful and safe base.. this is for you! I know some people don't like hotels where the doors open stright into a courtyard or parking area, but what that looses this place more than makes up for it by having the best team of staff you could imagine! […] Five star service at less than 3 star prices! Vic and his team will look after you and make you feel like family. I had a fault with my A/C unit.. it was checked, repaired and fully fuctioning in 20mins!
