We stop for a night only but I can't say we were happy with the overall service. The room had a smell far from fresh air...the TV was working but the quality of signal was poor. We didn't get from Reception Desk the Wi-Fi code even though it supposed to be included in the price and when we tried to call the front desk to ask for it we realized the phone […] was not working. Hotel was fine for an overnight however the carpets in the room and hallways were in desperate need of cleaning or replacing. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good with make your own waffles.

Very helpful staff. My daughter had an upset stomach when we arrived, the desk attendant have my husband directions to the nearest Walgreens. Then called out room a few hours later to make sure we found everything we needed. Very nice well maintained pool.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was a big disappointment. Old beaten up furniture, bathroom was run down, door jams were rotten out and not repaired, beds were not comfortable at all - we all had soar backs in the morning. From the outside the hotel looks very clean and upkept, inside the room was clean but needed a full redo

Once again it was very nice stay. We have statyed at this hotel for the past 3 years as to travel to and from Virgina. Very nice facility and outstanding staff. We a busy travelers and would highly recommend this facility.

We arrived late, and the staff took good care of us. Good fitness room and pool and whirlpool very nice. Friendly and courteous staff, awesome facilities!

There was a lot of maintenance going on in the lobby but the place was convenient and well cared for. I enjoyed the hot breakfast.

We stayed here one night on our way from Hilton Head to Detroit. It's fine for a lower priced inn. Room was spacious and clean. The people were courteous. The morning breakfast was pretty standard. Presently remodeling.

THE HOTEL WAS UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS SERVED IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM. The room we had was on the 3rd floor .It was a pie-shaped room, huge, with king bed, fridge, micro wave, coffee/tea etc. Would stay there again for sure.

Not a bad stay, but my room was right next to the lobby, where renovation construction was happening. Needless to say, I was woken up much earlier than I wanted by drilling and sawing noise. I think the place will be great when finished, but it made for a much earlier morning than planned.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was under renovations so it wasn't as clean as it could be. Pool was a little chilly but it was neat to go outside in the winter. I loved the idea of a breakfast to go bag if you weren't able to enjoy the hot breakfast. Hot breakfast had a good assortment.

The rooms in this hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. Very deceiving. They were doing some painting and renovations when we stayed there. All the rooms are very outdated.

We stay here at least once every year, and it is always very enjoyable! Nice rooms, good breakfast and a great pool! Friendly staff is a bonus. Definitely recommended!

We booked a room and were put on the 2nd floor of this hotel. Unfortunately they put a room full of children above us. Between the early morning yelling and they running around and bouncing a ball, our relaxing stay was ruined at 6am. The children continured to make it sound like our roof was caving in until we checked out. This hotel offers a great pool with an outdoor swim out from inside. Great location, near a lot of dinning options. This hotel is not "new", there was peeling paint and rust in the bathroom. The room was nothing fancy, but comfortable. We stayed here 5 years ago and I was more impressed then. I would stay here again, if the price was right.

Our room was cheerful and very comfortable. The decor appeared fairly new. The bed was the best - great mattress and quality sheets and comforter with duvet cover. The small coffee/fridge bar area was useful too. The free breakfast included more than most hotels offer. The hotel is dated but clean and the indoor pool which looked nice was closed. The breakfast was good though and they had an empty room which was hard to find in that area.

The hotel is one of many in the area which means there are restaurants and gas stations nearby also. The rooms are fine for an overnight stay on your way somewhere. The free breakfast was convenient and what you might expect.

Our stay in Beckley was great. We were doing family research around Fayetteville, Ansted, Green Sulphur Springs and Elton, WV. The Country Inn and Suites in Beckley served as a great central location for this purpose. We also did other sight seeing in the area. A 2nd cousin and her husband also met us in Beckley. Clean rooms, nice pool with a bunch of little kids running around. Walls seem a little thin which made it noisier than expected. Good breakfast, would recommend for families. The staff at Country Inn and Suites were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional! It is located right off 2 different interstate highways so it's convenient to just about everything in and around Beckley. We were very pleased with our stay.

The room was smaller than we had at our pervious hotel. It was still ok. Had a table, comfortable beds,only 3 pillows for a double bed,could have used more. Room had a funny smell, we were close to the pool so that could have something to do with it. The staff was friendly, however the manager never smiled and I seemed to be bothering her with questions. […] We had a power outage which affected the intenet the next day, however it was repaired quickly. We never did get the movie rental to work, we were told this is an on going problem. The pool was really nice, indoors leading to an outdoor. Large and well maintained. Very comfortable beds and a separate area to watch TV in while our child slept. The decor was a little dated and could be spruced up. The breakfast selection was great with both hot and cold choices. Rooms were in need of a remodel. Carpets quite stained and room musty smelling. Bed comfortable, nice pool, good breakfast with nice variety.

It was Nice - Staff - BREAKFAST - UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! We stayed real close to lobby - This part seems a little dated but still clean. Was a great location right off the Interstate. Kids loved the pool and I loved the comfort. The beds were the best!! For a free breakfast, I was OK with not going to Bob Evans across the street; food was good.

The hotel & breakfast were a good value for the area of Beckley where it is located. Whoever owns it is definitely NOT reinvesting profits into maintaining the premises but friendly staff makes up for it. Air conditioner & coffee pot in room 212 were both broken but staff found us a new room & helped us move.
