The bed was so comfortable and the staff very friendly. We drank so much coffee... I think the staff made it just for us!

We have stayed here several times when visiting family. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and include a microwave and fridge. Breakfast is great. They have a large selection of hot and cold foods. Each day there is a different variety of hot foods, so you never get tired of the same thing.

As always, I wouldn't stay anywhere else except for Hampton Inns.

i have stayed in better Hampton Inns. This felt a little more like a Motel 8 but maybe it was the location and just seemed it was mostly workers staying on business who were there rather than families. Rooms were pretty dated, although basically clean. Continental breakfast was good.

This hotel is very old and the owner has invested very little in hotel maintenance. The pictures on the web were 20 plus years ago.

I love Hamption's happy hour and little meals. Often it's just enough for dinner without going out to eat. I was disappointed there wasn't anything like that, but the breakfast was good.

This hotel is completely updated with the comforts travelers expect on the road. The beds are so comfortable and the furnishings are current. Even the free breakfast is full of both hot and cold choices. This was a tremendous value!

We all know Longview is a cesspool and I was dreading a stay on the highway at a Hampton Inn. But I was pleasantly surprised-- amazing desk clerk, delicious breakfasts, and very very trendy/updated rooms. AND ACTUALLY CLEAN. A diamond in the rough!

Older hotel with outside entrances.I would not stay here again. Crummy breakfast, noisey and just not what I expect at a Hampton.

Very bad hotel!!! In the first room one of the beds was dirty. There was hair and crumbs in it. A bug crawled into my husbands ear at night! We would never stay there again..

Hampton Inns are always nice. This one was nice too. I was surprised that it wasn't built like the others with an interior hall and elevator. It was a motor lodge. It must have been another chain previously. I was a little dissapointed at that but it seemed to be less expensive because of that. It was fine since we were on the ground floor. The stay was nice...the room was nice. the only complaint I have is that you can hear the road noise from the highway at night.

This hotel was highly rated and the room was reasonably comfortable, but the service was mediocre at best. We had to call the office twice to get our promised rollaway bed and each day had to remind them we needed extra towels, even though we left notes for the maids. Our last night there, several other fmilies checked in and were running and yelling […] up and down the stairs until nearly midnight. When we came to the lobby for "breakfast", the tables and chairs provided were sticky and filthy. We arrived an hour before breakfast supposedly ended and were told they didn't want to make more waffle mix...couldn't we eat something else? When my daughter insisted, the woman brought her a dixie cup partially filled with waffle batter( enough for one small waffle- there were 3 of us). The beds were comfy, breakfast was good and room cleanliness was so-so. My main complaint is that the door wouldn't shut so the cold outside air was blowing in as well as the highway sounds. I didn't ask for a different room because I was too tired.

good hotel! love the jacuzzi suite!! the only bad part was the door to my room was not sealed off properly so it made a whistling noise alllllllll night long...very annoying...

Overall, a nice stay at this hotel. Only thing I would change is the arrangement of the rooms. You have to go outside to get to the lobby where breakfast is served. When it's 25 degrees outside, it's hard to get motivated to get out.

I was impressed when I first walked in to my room. It was clean, had a huge whirlpool bathtub, fridge and microwave. The Wal Mart is close by so I could pick up anything I needed for my 3 day stay.

Although the room and staff was nice I was unaware that this location was set up more like a motel then a hotel. As a single female I don't like having my room accessible to anyone out there and will not be staying there again.

This is a nice hotel with reasonable rates. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an awesome hot continental breakfast which had a different kind of egg and meat each day we were there. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you can deal with door-to-the-street motels, this one is fine in every other regard. But it is NOT your average Hampton Inn. I was disappointed. Photos are not indicative of the property. This is a glorified motel. Service and breakfast were decent.

For the price the hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very appealing with a variety of items to please any taste. The only drawback is the hotel is located about 15 minutes from any nice sit-down restaurants. But the variety of restaurants was worth the drive.
