Pros: cheap, convenient location. Cons: we booked 1 king bed room for Tuesday night, but they said they don't have any which is unbelievable and unacceptable. No fridge. No coffee maker. Smoking & ugly air fresher in casino where you have to across.

I've stayed at TI before and for some reason I don't recall the place being as smoky. The rooms were non-smoking but I could still get a sense of smoke on the bed linen.

Nice hotel, but very few options for inter hotel transportation as other established hotels offer. Disappointing due to location & added expense of taxi or shuttle!

disappointed as the kids could not use the pool. Pool was packed with adults standing drinking alcohol. Had I known I would have booked a different hotel. Not a family oriented hotel. As for us adults, casino was smokey and there wasnt a convenient location to grab a quick bite around the clock.

My wife and I had a great weekend stay with our children. The room was on the 34th floor overlooking the Siren's Show. We could see and hear the show without even leaving our room. Plus we were seated next to the pirate ship's battle point at Señor Frogs for dinner so we didn't miss any of the showings. first and last experience @TI!!! old, dirty, and unfriendly personel the worse experience in Vegas ever, hotel wise !!!!! we did not spent time inside the casino or restaurants because of the low quality of service and depressing conditions .only the neighborhood saved our stay @TI

It was okay. Service was very slow with the exception of Kahunaville. They were great and very quick and friendly. I talked with Chris the GM and he was just a doll! When I did my research, TI came up on just about every list of family friendly or kid-friendly hotels in Vegas. Now I am wishing I had picked a hotel with a bigger, more interesting pool complex and I was definitely disappointed in the Sirens show with the famous sinking pirate ship. The room and the stay was excellent. I highly recommend TI. It is in a great location and the service is very good. Just two complaints: 1) There was an unexpected resort fee of $25 plus tax. The registration/check in line was over an hour long! When I called to make dinner reservations I was on hold for over 10 minutes too. The service could be improved. The buffet was not great, but it was included with my room so it was fine. I would have been mad if I had paid the $32 for it however. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is maintained […] well. When I made the reservation for my stay they assured me that the resort fee would be waived if I didn't use the services. When I arrived they refused to waive the resort fee on both my rooms and I started off my vacation shelling out $224 for resort amenities I didn't use. Nice Hotel, rooms are a good size, we had a nice view of the strip. Hotel is easy to get around. Crowds are a bit crazy when the Sirens of TI are playing though.

If you like poor customer service with cheesy gimmicks (buffet coupons that don't work the nights you are staying, resort fees, and customer service that is too overworked to care, then this is the hotel for you! My stay was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I disliked was the resort fee. Hotels.com should advise people booking through your company that when they get to the hotel there may be a resort fee. the fact that I got a good rate for the room made it easier to pay. I paid the resort fee and didn't mind paying it but, I do think […] I should have been advised of this fee in advance. TI is always a safe bet and when you get a Hotels.com deal, best of the bunch. Room was more than satisfactory. I used the gym and though it wasn't manned at the time I arrived (didn't know to help myself to a bottle of water before exercise) it was clean and efficient. My friend and I ventured to the buffet which wasn't busy however the service to […] let you in was way too slow and that seemed for no reason. We stayed for two nights in April. Check in quick and efficient and small problem with allocated room was quickly resolved. Room itself was spacious, albeit a little "tired" looking, but we did have a great location and a fantastic view of the "Strip". Room housekeeping was basic. Overall great value for money. Tourist tax was unwelcome expense.

I had a smell in my room that I noticed when I checked-in but it was tolerable because I was not in the room very much. I do, however, have a problem with every guest having to pay a resort fee ...even if they do not use the amenities that are part of that fee. I think the fee should be added if / when the guest starts to use any of those services. […] I will be glad when the smoking policies will prohibit guests from smoking in the casino nearest to elevators or high traffic guest locations. I feel (that because of second hand smoke, this being a family property, and the many portable oxygen canisters on the property) smoking areas should be located on the farthest ends of the casinos. Would I recommend this property? Yes, but I will be knowledgeable of the type of client that I refer. Will I stay again? Possibly but it will not be my first choice UNLESS the price is better than I can beat at another accommodating location or some of the concerns I mentioned above, are changed. Skaityti daugiau
