service staff in the front desk are arrogant and bad manner. keep you waiting for half hour when checking. i booked a non smoking room but the room turned out smoky even the air conditioning filter was so dusty that you will smell strong odor when turn on the air conditioning so I got to turn off when the temperature in the room was 10c in the midnight […] that I almost caught a cold.. next day they have no hand over on my message to change the room when i back to hotel. bad management too. the staff out side of front entrance was polite whose the accent was not from local shanghai. the shanghai local staff tends think they are superior to customers so suggest hotel to hire more staff not from shanghai who is more loyal to service work. 6 of us stayed 6 nights on a family vacation in Regal Club Rooms. The rooms were very well appointed and of a good size, the only criticism being that the beds were quite hard. The Regal Club Lounge was a useful facility with a great view in to the stadium. The hotel staff were all very helpful with a good standard of English. Food was of a good standard […] and variety. The hotel is located very close to Metro Line 1 which gives great access to the whole city, so although not located at the heart of the action, the hotel is well placed as a base from which to explore. Nice hotel and staff. Rooms a bit small and view not great. Hotel.com map shows hotel in wrong place. It is by shanghai stadium subway, which is a bit further from french concession action than i anticipated. Could still be an option since price is fair. "Good location and comfort but bad service"
Location is good as the hotel is near to the Stadium station. Comfort level of the room is good too. Room is clean and standard international amenities such as internet access, food in fridge and etc are provided. There is fully equipped gym provided and a nearby swimming pool is available. However, the service provided is rather bad. On my first […] day, someone came into my room after evening when I was out. Hotel management said it was a turn down service provided and because I did not put on the DnD sign, they came in accordingly. Should have at least called my mobile or do not come in at all as my items were not locked yet. Also, workers in the lobby looks bored on all 4 days I was there. When I returned from a shopping trip late one night, with several bags in tow, coming out from the taxi, this female and male worker just stared at me and my bags, without offering any help. Very bad service and impression. This security guard, instead of looking outwards for potential threats, keeps looking at me too. Bad service, attitude and quality towards customers. Definitely not a good stay if you are particular on service. Overall, if you can withstand the truly bad service, the hotel is good for comfort and location. Otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel. The word now is global, and this hotel's service is way below global standard. Time for this hotel to have a change in attitude and mindset. The hotel is very well maintained, and has the comfort and decor of a 4 - 5 stars hotel. Definitely. It is very new, comes with a gym and a swimming pool. And many restaurants. It is not quite located in downtown, but it is a very short walk to the Metro, so you can get anyway very conveniently. The walk to the Metro is less than 5 mins. Maybe even […] 3 mins. The surrounding area is mostly residential and the sports stadium. But there are nice Shanghai local eateries along the street. Good food and cheap local prices. Very nice hotel, but a few things I can pinpoint: - Free Wireless internet also in rooms, not only in lobby. My IPAD has no input for internet- wire. Had to pay for this in lobby.... - Informationbook in rooms tells about option to use of stadium/stadion for run/jog for guests between 6 - 9 am. When I asked the personal behind the info/check-in counter […] in lobby, they said "no". - Maybe a "no spit" sign in poolarea. Too much spit'ing there....all over. This hotel is part of the stadium complex, it is a little bit awkward to find that this 4 star hotel building is actually the stadium itself. But, overall, the hotel is clean, the room is comfortable. During my stay most of the facilities were closed due to Chinese New Year, all the staff were on holiday, only 1 restaurant was open, everything else […] was shut down including health club, swimming pool, Spa, other restaurants. "hard beds, but good location and friendly staff"
Some staff members speak good English; usually had no issue asking concierge for written chinese directions to places to give to taxi drivers. Staff was generally accomodating; room was nice; even restaurants were decent (especially the Chinese one.) The location is incredibly unusual - inside of a very large stadium that was briefly used for the beijing […] olympics. The surrounding neighborhood has lots of decent food places/shops/street food, etc. Very, very close to Metro lines - highly recommended for location. The beds were inexplicably *hard* though - even the rollaway bed was overly firm. I like a firm bed, but this was kinda ridiculous. "No Aircon, Great chambermaids"
Nice hotel in a good location, my only problem was the Aircon in the whole of the hotel except for the rooms was broken and with 90% humidity and 38 degrees even at night it was really uncomfortable to sit in the hotel or bars or retaurants. I and many others told them about this every day, but during my 6 days there nothing was done about it. Look […] out for Lily the chambermaid, she is super friendly and happy and looks like a China doll and does a great job, so if anyone from the hotel is reading this , give her a promotion to reception, she's better than the ones you've got. Like other reviews indicate, portions of the hotel are in need of maintenance. But, overall the experience was good. Very pleasant staff and friendly environment at happy hour! Very close to the METRO which will get you everywhere in Shanghai.

クラブルームに３泊しました。部屋は清潔で広い。クラブフロアは、夕方からカクテルアワーがあって、ちょっとした打ち合わせにいい。サービスは従業員によってレベルが違うが、おおむねサービス精神がいきわたっている。宿泊客は欧米の人間が多い。ただ、中国語ができないなら英語がしゃべれることが基本。日本語での対応を期待する人には不向き。また、私は利用しなかったが、ホテルの一階にあるマッサージは高い。受付で、値段をみて断ったら、立ち去ってから、店の受付の女性が、「Ｓｈｉｔ！」 くそ！とこちらに聞こえるように叫んでいた。いろんな意味で欧米化しています。
フロントの対応、清掃等は問題なかったが、入室時に前の人の臭いが残っていて不快な思いをした。

フロント、ポーター、セキュリティー、はＯＫ。朝食のメニュー、味も合格。が、浴槽にお湯をため始めてしばらくしていってみて、あれ・・なんじゃこりゃ半分も入ってない。ま、お湯の熱さは文句ないので時間をかけたら何とかたまったので無事入浴。 エアコンによる乾燥防止のため、ホテルに泊まる際はいつもかならず浴槽にお湯をためたまま寝るのですが、ここは二時間ほどすればもう浴槽はからっぽ。 そんなに新しい建物ではないので無理もないかと思うけれど、すくなくともお風呂の栓がまともでないようなホテルは星の数にかかわらず、他の人には勧められません。

日本人なら文句を言わない、と勘繰りたくなる部屋です（失礼）。良品廉価とは程遠いです。もし利用されるならランクアップして利用すればOKかも。国内外の利用されたお客様のレビューを見ると評価が極端に分かれています。良い評価のお客様は、この部屋は利用されていないでしょう。逆に悪い場合は、そのコメントにもあるように 私同様の経験をされたものと思われます。 深夜、ホテルにチェック・インしエレを降りると、他の部屋の声が漏れてきます。部屋の広さは一人には十分、ただし内装、設備は古く室内温度など微調整は無理。清潔感もいまいち、極めつけは、翌日 バス、シャワーを利用しょうと蛇口をひねると茶色の水が、利用を断念し外出（この事はホテルに伝えていません）。帰ると部屋のカードキーが使えない。フロントへ行き対応してもらう […] も、その際、説明もお詫びもなし（きわめて事務的）。ホテル全体の施設、設備、サービスは悪くないと思います。近くに地下鉄の駅もあり、何処へ行くにも交通の便は良。タクシー利用の際は、係の方が一生懸命に探してくれました。この部屋だけの評価が全体の評価を下げる結果となったことは残念です。たぶん、この部屋はホテルのコンセプトからも、イベントなどの団体客の利用が主では？最後に深夜に香港から浦東空港に到着しホテルにむかう際、メモと口頭で住所を伝えたにもかかわらず、ホテルの近くで右往左往、場所が解かりづらいかも。ホテルの方、辛口ですみません。次回 チャンスがあればランクアップして部屋を利用してみたいです。みなさん良い旅を！ Skaityti daugiau

"とても素晴らしいホテル"
メトロを使い２番出口を出て直ぐに着きました。事前に調べておけば問題なく到着できます。部屋は十分な広さで、（バスは小さいけど）清潔で、アダプターや延長コードの貸出もＯＫでした。 どこへ行くにも便利です。 プールもあり、準備して無かったですが、スポーツショップが近くにたくさんあり水着やゴーグルが安く買えました。 泳いだり、近くのマッサージ・ショッピングセンターでお土産を買ったりと、まったりした休暇を過ごす事ができました。NHKが見れるのも日本人にはうれしいです。

이케아와 15분 위치, 스테디움안에 위치한..조금은 생소한 호텔 위치. 호텔 바에서 내려다 보이는 .. 경기장. 듀럭스 륨을 이용해서..인진 몰라도 객실은 꺠끗하고 비교적 괜찮은 편이었음. 추워서,,온풍기를 틀었다가 ....밤새 건조해서 너무 불편했음.

ロビーや廊下は綺麗だが、内装が傷んでいて、床鳴りがした。 床に段差が有って、夜のトイレは気を付けないと危ない。 タクシーを待つことは無かった。 Hotels.comの上海のホテルのマップは、これまで５・６か所のホテルに泊まったが、全部違っている。 私は住んでいたことが有るのでわかるが、困る人もいると思う。

二回目の宿泊でしたが、フロントに時々日本人がいることをしりました。日の丸のピンバッジをつけています。このホテルは競技場に併設されたホテルです。イベントが無ければ、トラックをジョギングすることもできるそうです。この日は痛恨のライブをやっており、騒々しいかったですが２１：３０には終了し、寝つきに問題はありませんでした。
