Hyatt Place Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs - Franklin

This was our 2nd stay at Hyatt Place. And I will choose this hotel again. I knew I could count on exceptional service, cleanliness, hospitality and comfort. The rate was also remarkable for the events that were going on in downtown Nashville.

The stay was nice and convienient. The room , although spacious, was very humid. The towels never dried. The beds are very comfortable and having the sectional cough with ottoman was great! Where the a/c is located , it made it difficult to cool the living-room area. No microwave in the room, if you need this.

Very nice and very comfortable beds. I wish the sink area had some sort of a door. Other than that hotel was great.

Late night receptionist was very attentive and knowing her customers noted that my reserved room on the 5th floor where most of the noisy customers still drinking at the bar stayed, offered to move me to a quieter floor, which was very nice of her! A great start to our vacation. Just a one night stay. I was really thankful for the very comfortable bed with good quality sheets and pillows. Some nice touches, you can see the TV from both the sofa or the beds. The only trouble seemed maneuvering the bathroom door to get in as the bathroom is tiny!! It was our first time at a Hyatt Place. We liked it so much I changed our hotel at our next stop to the same brand. It cost us around $30 more, but for the four of us, it was a nice floor plan that made staying here worth it. The breakfast was included and adequate. If you want to pay extra for a big breakfast there are plenty of options nearby.

We had a great stay. The room was generous sized and clean which made it very comfortable for just hanging around between outings. The bed was comfie, but the sheets were a little scratchy. (FYI, now days you can buy Egyptian cotton 600 count at "Stuf-Mart" for goodness sake.) We weren't very impressed with the breakfast, but then we ate a little later […] and items weren't the freshest. We were very well pleased with all thing involved in our stay. Rooms were very clean and we especially enjoyed the sitting area where we could relax and watch a little tv(which we seldom get a chance to do). We will be going back to the Nashville area next year and will most definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a great location it was near the galleria mall and resturant. We were there for a funeral. The only problem was the bathroom was too small and the bed suppose to be two queen size beds. The beds were full I have never seen queen beds that small. I picked the Hyatt so I could spend about 48 hrs. with my 3 children to celebrate the holiday season together. They live in the Nashville area. I liked that my son could have the sleeper sofa and he enjoyed the L-shaped sofa when he was doing his video games and when he didn't want to shop with myself and his 2 sisters. From arrival to check out the service was superb. My room even smelled fresh. I was surprised to see a sitting room...pleasantly surprised. At breakfast there was no pepper for my cottage cheese, but it was quickly found by a friendly and courteous member of the staff...so sorry I forgot her name.

My best friend and I stayed at Hyatt Place for our annual girls shopping trip. The location is perfect and I love the modern vibe. The staff was wonderful. My friend and I ordered hamburgers from the kitchen and they tasted great. We ordered them with tomatoes and since they were out of tomatoes they gave us our meal free. This hotel was located in a great place and the staff was awesome, the only problem we had was the bathroom was very small and ventilated poorly but the beds were fabulous the covers were super clean so we would def stay again.

Off the beaten path, the first night was the most quiet night ever in a hotel. Very pleasnatly surprised with size of room.

I love the layout of these rooms. I went to the area with a girlfriend and there was plenty of space for each of us and all our stuff. A comfortable sofa to sit on made us able to not have to live on the beds like in most hotel rooms. that mixed with a bar in the evening and great coffee in the morning at a great price--perfection!!

Wonderful layout and staff at hotel. The Breakfast workers work their tails off! Great hotel, my only complaints are somewhat minor: 1) Hallway Clutter: Hallways always had pieces of paper (paper towels, toilet paper), leaves on the ground; 2) Bathrooms are way too small - legs almost hit door when going bathroom. My husband and I had a king suite and it was quite nice! Bathroom was a little tight, my husband almost had to step into the shower to close the door. But the vanity area outside the bathroom was spacious enough for both of us to get ready at the same time. The room had a large sectional couch, with the bed in a separate part of the room. Hotel employees very helpful on front desk and in bar area. Room clean and location convenient. Sofa fabric beginning to look a little tired.

Very comfortable and friendly service by all staff. The only issue I have is that the breakfast area is a bit smaller than other Hyatt Place facilities that I have stayed at, making it a bit cumbersome to move around while selecting your breakfast.

Overall the hotel was very nice and staff were extremely friendly. My only complaints are that the bed in my room was way too soft and the towels were scratchy. I would definitely stay here again.

Food was excellent!!! I didnt feel like the floors were really clean. I did notice they needed vacuuming and the bathroom floor grout was dirty. I love the space we had and the beds were comfortable and clean. The atmosphere was nice and we loved being close to so many restaurants and shopping stores.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast service. But it has two drawbacks -- it doesn't have a restaurant and there is no shuttle service to the airport (a $50 cab ride.) There is one fairly expensive restaurant nearby, but the others are about a 1/2 hour walk from the hotel -- not bad if you have a car.

We stay here for 2 or 3 days 2 or 3 times a year. You know what you are getting. Bed is very comfortable- we get the king. Large flat screen TV is great for down time when my husband needs a break from family! All rooms have a separate sitting room with a pull out bed if you ever need it.
