Even thou I wanted a "smoking" room, I have never had a room that was so "stale"! Carpet was disgusting, no pool, no jaquzzi. Would not recommend and will NEVER stay there again!

Worn sheets. Blanket with holes. Carpet dirty. Chairs stained. Coffee pot dirty. Overall not well maintained for a not that old hotel.

The rooms are clean enough. The only setback of their rooms is that the carpeting in very dirty and needs replacing and a better program for cleaning them in the future. I would say they were borderline unacceptable.

Although the bed linens were clean and the beds comfortable, this hotel was long past the need to replace carpets & paint. It would not be possible to clean the carpets as they were obviously very soiled. The hall way carpets were also soiled in places. The staff was pleasant but did not know how Expedia worked and so could not inform us of next steps […] when we were very unhappy with the state of our room. There is no service out the breakfast area we have to ask for every single thing and then they will bring it At the meantime I asked for two queen beds they try to give me want to queen and one sofa bed one Queen which is not what I order and they said that's the way we have Hi had to argue with them so they give me what I want.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean, but the stains in the rug were disgusting, hair dryer did not and the smell of smoke on the first floor was terrible. I did not know that hotel/motel still allowed smoking in their establishments.

This is my hotel of choice every time I am in Windsor(twice a year) to visit my elderly mother.Their rates are the best and it is close to the airport. The hotel is looking a little tired however but it is clean and comfortable. I understand it is undergoing a renovation. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is adequate. Stayed in room 205. The carpeting in the room has grease stains and other stains to the point we were un comfortable to walk in bare feet. Non smoking room with a cigarette burn in the main comforter. The toilet nneded to be repaired. It took 10 min for the bowl to refill and was not very good at flushing.

Given the price, this was a good value. It was clean, and while the room was small it was adequate for our needs. It is close to Applebee's (just across the street) and it backs on to a fairly large shopping mall for those things you forgot. There is a SilverCity theatre about 1 km away. I would stay there again.

Ramada South Windsor is nothing fancy but is clean and simple. The Staff were cordial. The location provided easy access to resturants and shopping.

This hotel is not impressive in any way, however I found it to be clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for an amazing hotel experience this is not your stop, but I was looking for a clean, affordable stop to allow for most of my time out with colleagues. It worked perfectly for this reason.

Brought 6 year old grand daughter along. Plan was to grab a swim in the morning before we went out for the day. Our little girl was terribly dissapointed when we were told the pool opened at noon. Checkout was 11:00. Had I known this, I would not have booked. Washroom door was hanging off the hingesand scrapeing the floor. Tightened with my Swiss army […] knife and reported to front desk. Windsor is not known for it's ambiance and this hotel fits in. Dingy, smells like smoke even on the non-smoking floor. Needs a total reno. I am quite surprised that the Ramada name is even on the property. very disappointed :(

When I travel for business I look for the following things: a clean room/ bed, a convenient location, reasonable prices and (if possible) a continental breakfast. While the location, breakfast and price were all fine, the cleanliness of this hotel was so severely lacking that I would never stay in this hotel again. My complaints: the first room I was […] given had visibly dirty sheets, the second room had clean sheets but I didn't dare touch anything else - the furniture was filthy, bathroom had hair all over it and the carpet looked nasty. Not a bad hotel to consider. Easy to get to. Convenient if you are traveling there. There is a Applebee nearby to take care of dinner, and a Time Horton for breakfast. Hotel has free internet. Very nice hotel for the price.
