The kitchen has nothing in it at all. Empty cabinets and empt draws and sand paper towels . They also charged me $80.00 for a pillow that they said was missing and called me 3.5 hours later to ask me if I had it and I said no . When I received my credit card bill they charged me $80.00 for it! Well I got news for them!

This hotel was very clean, and most importantly the beds were awesome. Would stay here again. We had a queen suite and it was very spacious.

Overall, The suite we rented was a good value and the staff very courteous and helpful but they could've scored higher on cleanliness and condition. Specifically,The bathroom "needed to be detailed" and the sliding doors to the closet were "a little tired". I'm sure that the condition of the sliding doors could be attributed to the hotels proximity […] to Disneyland and recurring "kid traffic". I had a King Suite (room 101), it was very nice with a separate bedroom, couches in the living room, and kitchen. Bathroom was very nice with an integrated shower (not a separate bathtub). The front door was broken though, that's my only complaint really :)

Since my boyfriend and I were going to Disneyland, we stayed here since it was close. The rate was inexpensive and the hotel is beautiful. We took advantage of their free continental breakfast and enjoyed it at a table outside next to the pool.. the bed was very comfortable and the room was emaculate. For the price, it can't be beat!

Stay was overall great. Unfortunetly room 328 had a consistent knocking noise in the wall cavity of the shower which made for an interrupted sleep. The buffet b/fast was very good and overall great value.

Even though this time we had a couple of issues, they were so minor as to not lower the overall rating. The TV didn't work and made this annoying clicking sound that wouldn't stop. It was late though so we just unplugged it and when we told them in the morning, they marked it down to be fixed right away. Couldn't ask for more than that. The door frame […] secondary lock got stuck also, but again, pretty minor. Overall, this is a GREAT place to stay. Great location, great space, great pool, great staff, comfortable bed, in room safe, a fan in the restroom (which nowadays is becoming an amenity), and plenty of plug outlets. I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and very easy to get along with. The rooms were excellent I couldn't be more happier with the turn out. The bed and pillows amazing. The breakfast was great plenty of food to go around. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will return to it again.

Terrible!! Manager is NEVER there and they had a Zombie at the front desk who looked like he was on drugs or medication. They gave us the wrong room accomodations and had no rooms to facilitate the problem, on top of that they wanted to charge us for using a roll away even though they made the mistake!! Beware!!!

Was amazed on how nice the room was... Accommodating 2 adults & 3 children isn't easy and the room was a perfect fit.. The only down fall is the $250 hold for using a debit card otherwise our stay was great.

The hotel looked great the rooms were fantastic however the service was not so great. We arrived at night to check in and there were about 8 others in line in front of us. There was only one person working and she was obviously new and had no idea what she was doing. She told most people that they booked incorrectly and that she couldn't give them a […] room. About 4 families left and went to different hotels! Lucky, my room was fine and I got checked in quickly. I was just shocked to see her working again the next night! Our standard king room was small but perfect for an overnight stay. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel was surprisingly nice. Some age showed, in the bathroom particularly, but this was offset by a nice sized room and comfortable bed. I expected a Continental breakfast but got a full American breakfast! Fast, free internet was also available.

I stayed here in January and was very happy with everything. On this visit I noticed the small details were missed. Remote control not in bag, extra blanket and pillow in closet no longer there. Decent breakfast turned into I think I will just have toast.

For the typical price of a room elsewhere, I got a good size suite at this hotel. The room was clean and functional. The hotel staffs were friendly and courteous. The kitchen staff who worked the breakfast area was super nice as she kept making the hot waffles for guests. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Check in-easy. Room was clean and updated and nothing broken. Needed a tub stopper-brought up to my room within 10 minutes. Stayed for 7 nights and every day beds would be made and things replenished (towels, tp). Breakfast was not so great. Fruit was bananas/apples, yogurt and granola, toast station, cereal station, apple and oj and coffee (which was […] gross). They did have eggs and sausage but the eggs were like those MRE's (military fake dried eggs) which were gross even with ketchup on them and the sausage was really greasy and grizzly. The best part of the bfast was the mini waffle station-those were YUMMY! Laundry facility was a joke. One on the first floor and one on the 3rd floor. The first floor laundry room was just that, a closet of a room. One washer, one dryer and soap to purchase-$6 to do one load. The washer coin machine broke and I had to get someone to come fix it. The dryer was fine. I forgot to get my stuff out of the dryer before leaving and called the front desk and ask if they would just throw my stuff in the bag I left on top and said they would, but when I returned that evening, the clothes were still all over the counter in the laundry room. My fault for leaving it but they said they would get it for me and didn't. Check out was great and super easy. I stayed in a suite and I liked it. The layout was good, it had a small fridge, microwave, bed was king size - comfy, living room area, good size, not too old, got a good deal so I was happy. Breakfast in the morning was good also. Parking was easy. I recommend.
