The roof was leaking right inside the main door (it had not been raining). The pool was labeled as being open (it was closed for inspection). Staff were not the most helpful. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was two thumbs DOWN. Never going back!!!!!

The room was ok for the price , but the breakfast was horrible . They were out of orange juice , out of apple juice , toaster and microwave did not work . We told the desk clerk and he came out push the same buttons we did and confirm if was not working , then went back to the front desk . The hotel and rooms were very clean and well maintained. But service was another issue. I was left waiting at the counter for over 15 minutes before a desk clerk came to check me in.

I felt safe and the room was clean. Staff very friendly. Good place to stay for the money

the stay itself was ok but when you book a certain room you should get what you booked i booked a king bed smokuing room i get there they didnt have one and i had to stay in a double bed non smoking room so word of advice give the customers what they book for

I stayed here one night because I work close by and didn't feel like commuting after visiting friends in Dallas (I live an hour away). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and smelled nice. The complaint I have is about the bed, it was as hard as a rock! It had no cushion to it whatsoever. True it's not luxury but it was clean-- and we had a flat screen tv; surprisingly in more expensive hotels they can have the big tube tvs still. That is usually a deciding factor for seeing if the hotel has been updated. 1 bad thing--- make sure to ask for a room on the opposite side of the side with deluxe inn next to it. I found that this hotel was purfice in every way. It was convieniently located to every envent I had to attend. There were nearby resturants within walking distance. the comlimentary breakface was great.

The location was good and easy to find. The room was clean .The staff was NOT very friendly. We were a family of four but we had to ask for the fourth set of towels. Your website listed a DVD player in the Hotel but there was no DVD player

Not a 5 star but for the price you get superburb value. My room was next to train tracks and the noise was managable. Weekends do get a little noisy but all in all very good stay.

My family enjoyed the stay there had no major problem the dryer went out but the lady at the desk was very polite and called for someone to fix it right away. overall the kids liked it a lot!:)

Arrived about 8:30 pm and was told by front desk clerk that I had no reservation and they were full - he checked twice. I began to get very unhappy and showed him my Expedia confirmation on my Android. He still told me sorry. Then I happened to mention in leaving I had called and requested a handicap room...and all of sudden he remembered that he had […] already charged the room out. The hotel was only 3 miles away from where the concert was. Hotel very clean and noise free. People were very nice. Would stay again

The front desk employees are rude, never picks up the phone and just has horrible customer service.

A decent hotel stay for the price. Plenty of offerings at the breakfast buffet, athough nothing fancy. Muffins, breads, boiled eggs, hot/cold cereals, coffee, juices, etc. The locations is better suited to business trips, as there is nothing nearby walkable except a gas station convenience store across the road.
