Location was great for Montreal, it was easy to find hotel as I drove into the city. The room was OK. There was some leakage coming from the heater next to the window. As I was closing the curtains for the night my foot got wet. My room had a funny smell to it. It may have been the wet carpet next to the window. I let the manager at the hotel know, […] but nothing was done about it. Also, when I turned on the bathtub, yellow rusty water came out. Again, I let management know and nothing was done. Very clean and relaxing environment. I love their massage soap bars. It's right next to the Metro station so It's very convenient for sightseeing.

Very nice and clean, close to downtown and the bell center. Still abit pricey compared to the other hotels. No free internet in your room, and the things that they said that were in the room were not there ex: game console, ipod dock clock radio and various other things.

This is a great hotel. It was a bit steep because I was up front about three people staying so they added an extra person charge. Other than that it was great. Very clean and classy throughout. The location is awesome if you're planning on getting around the city - just a few minutes underground (awesome in the winter) to the main train station and […] subway. Only a few minutes walk to Crescent Street (bars/restaurants and the Bell Centre) The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is awesome, so is the lobby bar. My family loves the Hilton, wonderful service clean rooms,polite staff- but mostly because they are pet friendly- we travel with our small dog and we were made welcomed there with our dog- stay there every time and will continue to do so in the future! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!!!

i was there two weekends a gao and went back because i wasn't desapointed with this hotel...i little pricey but by the time you get all these taxis in , it comes to the same

Very nice staff and luxurious Hotel. So well located. Realy enjoyed swimming in the outside pool while snowing in February. The breakfast is to die for!

Very nice hotel. Right next to the train station. Staff are very nice and speak both English and French. Heated outdoor pool is great. Temperature stayed at 29 to 30 celcius in February. You got to love the central location.

The heating system is somewhat antiquated; it took a long time to heat our room to comfortable temperature.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean. I had no issues whatsoever with the hotel and would easily recommend this location to family and friends. Definitely value for money.

Loved, loved, loved!! We picked it based on location and the expedia rate, and were very happy. We stayed three, non-consecutive nights over the course of one week. The staff speaks English/French seamlessly and is gracious about floating between the two. The attention to detail is excellent and the staff extremely professional. Specifically, we had […] a great experience with Mauro at the front desk, who checked us in for the second time (remembering us from earlier in the week), gave us several recommendations on things to do, and just generally went above and beyond. The hotel is located extremely conveniently with underground access to the Via Canada Central station, a Metro (subway) station, the Bonaventure conference center. Walking distance to Crescent and St. Catherine's streets. Probably walking distance to far more things, but as the temperature during our stay averaged around about 5 degrees F, we took cabs and the subway most places! We did not eat at the restaurant at the hotel, it looked excellent but we'd been recommended several Montreal "must-gos" and didn't have time. We would definitely stay there again!! Skaityti daugiau

Went here for a night away from the normal back in Ottawa. Nice friendly staff, clean rooms, hallways somewhat outdated. Overall great room, and excellent service.

Excellent location - easy access to the subway, close to everything. The staff was helpful and friendly and the pool was definitely the icing on the cake - even in freezing temperatures it was comfortable to swim outdoors :)

Upon checking in, we were asked if a few steps to our floor were okay or would we like some help with our bags? Well, a few steps was 22 steps and it was a long way back to ask for help after all. Rather deceptive. The creamer provided in the room congealed in the coffee. The pot only made about 1/2 cup. At the restaurant where I was directed when I […] asked where to get coffee, the waiter seemed annoyed when we asked for coffee only, cleared the place settings, and was visibly irritated the entire time. Overall the hotel was very nice. We made good use of the outdoor pool. Staff at the pool and in the hotel were excellent. Thank you for that. We did find the hotel to be very noisy. Someone close by was having a party it seemed and was up past midnight. Then around 3am others were shouting somewhere. The room was comfortable but cleaning left some used […] kleenex and used face clothes on the counter. I'm sure this was just an oversight. Outdoor pool temperature could of been 3 to 5 degrees warmer than its 85 degree temperature. hotel pool area requires either a steam room, sauna or hot tub.

We arrived and asked for a large room, handy to everything as we are older patrons. We were shown a room prior to our check in to make sure we were satisfied, excellent... Every person we were in contact with that worked for the hotel were excellent, friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor. No one was too busy to help or offer instructions […] to us. We came here back in the 80's on buying trips for business and since then our family and friends have enjoyed their stays here as well. The hotel is situated just across from the Central station-very convenient and 2 mins walk to the Bonaventure metro station. Hotel is clean and room is spacious. Enjoyed out stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff courteous. Breakfast at the hotel was quite expensive, and we went to look for cheaper breakfast options in the central train station across the street.

We had a delightful weekend in Montreal. The Hilton Bonaventure is a superb hotel. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is just across the street from the central train station, minutes by foot from the downtown shopping district and a very pleasant and scenic walk away from beautiful Old Montreal. The Hotel was pleasing and for the purpose I had it was up to my expectations. That being said the Hotel would need a refresh as it seems to be stuck in the early 90's. Parking is not convenient as it is far in the lower level of the building and they do not offer a Bell Man to have your stuff brought down or even to your room ...reason I rated 3 […] on staff and service. The hotel is close to the Bell. It's older but clean. The biggest disappointment was the food quality and service at the Belvedere restaurant. Also they have a nice pool but thought there should be a hot tub since the outdoor pool isn't that hot.

It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy a nice weekend in Montreal when you are there on a business trip and can't go home over the weekend. The pool is just hilarous !!! And the fitness center is modern, claen and really fun to work out.

The wait for the elevator was not acceptable. I'm not sure if there was only one elevator in service however the line up to get one was at least 10 - 15 minutes long. We did use the stairs, however it is 10 flights and would not be good going up or down with luggage. Other than that, the hotel was nice and in a great location.
