First time I have stayed here and I frequent AC. Wish I would have stayed here before. Got a good rate from hotels.com for about $50 a night Sun - Thurs. The pool was so relaxing during the day. I was able to get some much needed rest before poker tournaments. I stayed in the Waterfront tower with a nice view of the city and pool below. Our first impression of the hotel was grand.. We had an ocean view room that was wonderful!! There are resaurants and deli's to fit anyones budget and the food is good. The best kept secrets is the adult only pool!! It's fantastic!! We are looking forward to our next stray at Harrah's Resort.

IT was nice but i was unhappy about the family pool not being open and the ice machine was broke on my floor.

Great stay with one thing that bugs me The staff was great and helpful when needed, The room was nice. The restaurants were worth every penny. The casino was a blast. The thing that bugs me was I needed to make one phone call home on the hotel phone for 15min. The call cost $65. will have to think about another stay after being needlessly gauged like […] that. The service at the Harrah's was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everyone including the staff at the pool kept wishing me a Happy Birthday. The pool was amazing. The room was clean, and I loved the size of the bathroom. The downside is that the hotel is located so far from everything else...the boardwalk, casinos, and the shopping outlet. […] The Total Rewards bus transporting you to other hotels takes soooo long and stops running at 11 pm. Exactly what I wanted: a reasonably priced room (actually VERY reasonable) that was clean and roomy. There were a lot of restaurants that met all types of budgets. The pool was awesome.

We stayed at Harrah's to celebrate my wife's 33rd. She had a blast, maybe too much fun! We arrived a bit and with an unexpected friend so a formal late dinner was not an option, so we ate at Bill's Burgers and loved the burgers. The servers were friendly and made us feel at home. The pool makes up for anything else that you don't like. We stay here often and find that the staff is pleasant and helpful however this one time we had a housekeeping staff on the 39th floor that was very noisy. It was all quite comfortable and enjoyable until the occupants of the room adjacent decided to party through night. We got virtually no sleep at all.

The room was spacious. The tub drain would clog up during showers . Didn't like that. Bed was comfy. View sucked. Pool was amazing. Scmicks steak house food wasn't hot enuff. Steak over done . But over all experience was good .

Borderline harassment when it came to the house keepers. After knocking multiple times way before check out times they even tried to open the door thankfully the latch was on. There was also a miscommunication between the front desk and house keeping.

The hotel is a little outdated but very clean. The rooms are huge, the beds are comfy and the pool is awesome. Their Pool after dark party was so much fun. The drinks aren't cheap but the ambiance is super fab.

my hotel experiences was ok from the pictures i saw online i expected much more though the rooms more not as nice as i thought it was very clean and put together if you're under 21 please beware that most of the fun things u want to do u want be able to like swimming ect.

The negs - We booked an ocean front for a few more dollars and was disappointed. They should have stated it as, marsh/neighborhood view, not pictuesque at all. They provide a free shuttle to the main boardwalk, it runs every 30 minutes to 10:30 pm. You will not be able to walk to it becasue of the distance and the shady neighborhood you are in. We patiently […] waited for the free shuttle for 25 minutes, once it arrived, we let the elderly and handicapped people go first. When we got to the door, the driver had to turn about 4 of us away due to full capacity. Instead of waiting another 25 minutes, we took the local transport, JITNEY for $2.25 per person, each way. It is not a direct trip, they stop at different casinos. That was interesting ...... Besides these two isues, the hotel, casino and pool were surely worth the price we paid. Great. Until a house staff knocked on the door to wake us up at 9 o'clock in the morning. Check out time is 11am. But overall beautiful hotel.

I travel frequently for business around the country and my stay at Harrah's in Atlantic City was, without a doubt, my worst hotel experience. I searched for 4 star hotels in Atlantic city and Harrahs was listed therefore I booked this property. The room had an old, smoky and musty odor. The sofa in the room looked very dirty. I had to call security […] 3 times until 3 am to deal with a irate guest bashing a door that was 2 rooms away. I called front desk and asked if they could change my room but they said they had no availability. Highly doubtful as i book my room the same day as check in. The shower leaks and flood the entire bathroom floor. The ironing board has an old cover that needed to be replaced years ago. There is nothing positive I can say regarding this stay. I was on a non smoking floor, room but the vents blow cigarette smoke in to my room. Felt like I cont escape from cig smoke through our my whole stay. I dislike cigarette smoke. I won't be making another trip to the harrah.
