Hampton Inn and Suites - SouthPark at Phillips Place - Šarlotas

I prefer boutique hotels, but I was coming to Charlotte for less than 24 hours to visit a store in the area, so I decided to stay at the Hampton Inn. For me, the location was perfect and I'll definitely come back here when I have to visit the store again. The hotel itself is cute, and from what I've heard a Hampton Inn like no other. I had a jacuzzi […] tub in my room (which I didn't use) and they had a complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was simple and nice. The staff was very helpful sending me in the right direction the next morning and setting me up with a cab service. At the end of the day, it fit my needs for this trip and made my visit easy. We had a wonderful time during our weekend visit..It is in a wonderful area near great restaurants, a movie theater and shops...It was light up at night and a great place to stroll after dinner... Will stay there again!!

Don't let the Hampton Inn name fool you. This is a beautiful hotel in a super shopping district. Highly recommended by a frequent traveler. I always stay here on my way South.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. It's right at the South Park Mall and attached to a Palm Restaurant. It's clean and the rooms are well appointed. However, I've stayed there a few ties and always seem to have in the $180-$200 range. It's a bit steep for a Hampton Inn in the Charlotte suburbs. The Hotel was more upscale than your typical Hampton Inn. Breakfast was quite good. Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable.

This is a typical Hampton with a great staff. Only thing I would change would be the price, but they get away with it because of the fancy neighborhood.

Somewhat surprised by the low rating this hotel had been given but it was in the right place to fit in with our plans. However we found it to be even better located than we thought at the end of a small but very up market shopping mall with a delightful wine bar, wonderful deli and a cinema. Within walking distance of the South Park Shopping centre […] and a branch of the Cheesecake Factory. A Wholefoods supermarket was just about to be constructed nearby so the location ticks a lot of boxes for us. We were greeted with courtesy and efficiency and our room was clean and bright with everything presented to a high standard. We are planning to return and would stay in this hotel again. This is a great hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone and we will be coming back again to it on our next trip to Charlotte - we will book extra days next time!

Comfort, ease, and a touch of luxury at affordable prices. Nice linens and fabrics in room. Location convenient to South Park Mall as well as a cinema, boutique shops, and restaurants on site-Dean & Deluca, PF Changs, others. Easy parking. This was one of the nicest Hampton Inn's I've ever stayed in. Great location in a posh outdoor mall area. Also located across from another indoor mall with upscale stores. The free breakfast that came with our stay was great, fresh - not continental. I'd recommend.
